    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is just hysterical.

It's a shame that Susan didn't claim to be a lawyer, because impersonating a lawyer for the purpose of intimidation is a crime in most states.  I'm not sure what the law is in Florida.  

However, NO law firm would have authorized or made such a post.    

I agree that the amusement factor is off the scale, though.  I'm away on business this week, and this is just what I needed to cheer me up after mucking around in the rain on Long Island!

Maybe you should start the ole age verification by credit card to ensure users are old enough and at least have enough sense and ability to spell to get a credit card. Maybe we are all looking at this the wrong way.

Maybe the person behind this is really trying to generate their own list of bad guys by having them contact them directly.  After all, who would be likely to respond to something like this?  One would have to assume the targeted audience would have been brought out into the open by the BOI for some questionable ethical behavior.  And they would also have to be a bit slighted in the intelligence department to fall for something like this as well.  Some of those people might not want to be able to be found very easily.

Heck, I can think of a half dozen people right off the bat whom probably are trying to contact this person right now.  Darn shame Suzy didn't make it easier for people to contact her.  Her targets may not be able to figure out how to do that without some extensive hand holding.

I'm sure the plaintiffs in this lawsuit would certainly read like a WHO'S WHO of bad guys whom have graced us with their presence over the last two years.

Man, I can hardly wait..............

And their anomomity is necessarry in order for them to keep their jobs.

There was this one guy who was bad mouthing me on another forum.  He claimed that I was selling hets that were not hets.
Even though I was not selling anything at the time.  He only did this because I exposed him and harrassed him.

Just so you know (obviously the high-priced shills for whom you work [wink,wink] didn't tell you this), but "class action" lawsuits ARE "civil" lawsuits.  Therefore it is entirely ridiculous for you to speak of people being involved "in both class action and civil" lawsuits.  That is like talking about people raising BOTH german shepherds AND dogs!

WOOHOO!!!  Been a while since we've seen one of these.

I wonder is she is the legal assistant to the legal secretary to the legal counsel to Jesse Underhill or any of the other BAD guys who jump up and down about consulting their lawyers about suing the BOI and the people on it.  Maybe they got together and decided that this Susan Smith(boy, if you're gonna pick an anonymous name, at least pick one that ISN'T a murderer of children) was the one to help them win out against all their opressors...the people that they've screwed over.

Looks like we may have a whole suite of defending attorneys here to help out with this pro bono civil action initiated to help protect those poor unfortunate souls unfairly attacked and their businesses hurt by this site.  Gosh, what a noble act for someone to perform!
