    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Having BTDT, this is not always true. Arbitration and mediation are often used as a way to avoid the expense of a court battle. Usually they are set up in front of a retired attorney or judge.

That said, today is Wednesday so demanding that Eabele find someone to represent him for a Friday arbitration meeting isn't happening, even if he were in CA and not in Europe.

Eabele will not only win his losses but attorney fees as well.

I am saying do you agree that you sent that declaration page and signed it just with those few statements. Then admit it here say sorry for crap I went trough because of it. Then we can have an indepentant third party arbitrate. They will look at our text conversations see that we had no formal contract then look at exactly what you sent anyway again, because signed thus becoming official agreement that got me in hot water because I applied for commercial license. Then see all the crap and pain booth claim figure out who they blame more for the problem and set value to it and both party's agree part ways and proceed. These are third party retired attorneys or court aid or even judges some times. Arbertation and or mediation is so much cheaper especially if what I say is true. Because California as in divorce or other legal arguments that arise look at booth and mostly outcome is 50/50 minus attorney fees we booth would be negitive.

Or admit it here get a hold of me and see if we can work out deal. It will most likely be better then any cout case.

I understand you're realizing the bad position you are in and now you want to fix without going to court?

If that is the case it would make me some sort of happy since you have been very terrible and costly to me since I have sent you my snakes. Fixing that would be the least you could do...

No you misunderstand I want an apology by Friday and statement what I said he submitted in declaration likely caused me problems. Mediation and or arbitration will get it anyway and full exposure will be reviewed. I understand that it will take time for mediation. I just want the deceleration page addressed and an appoligy by Friday.

1. Chris keeps saying about all these Attorneys and agencies he has contacted and all this money he has spent.

Any good Attorney would tell you to ignore this thread and not to make any public comments because you could or in Chris's case will incriminate yourself. They would advise you to take your 5th Amendment rights because all of this WILL BE USED IN COURT OR ARBITRATION.

Eabele has said very little and even stated his Attorney has advised against sharing any evidence and to be careful about what he says in public. Simply put to let his Attorney handle this matter on his behalf.

IMO Chris has no Attorney and Eabele does or will very very soon.

Chris knows he lied in FG&W forms and Customs forms. He knows this would come out if he tried to seek prosecution towards Eabele by stirring up Customs paperwork issues.

Also value in country A is not necessarily equal to value in country B. Supply and demand as well as cost to acquire.

No you are misunderstanding I would tell attorney full truth we have text and desgussions about deals but nothing signed. I also submitted a declaration page with my signature. This declartion statement was either in fraud or a new breeding agreement. I decide under my own free will to send snakes anyway even after Chris said to only send origanal snakes pre paid. This declartion page got Chris into some troubles and angerd him, he stated he was returning snakes but then someone else stated he stole them, unfortunately I agreed and went along with it this causing Chris further stated losses and more anger. He took my declariton page of value and sent cost plus 400 in shipment. Then tell all other Crud to but reason you went home with zero snakes last time is you continued with lie I stole it was a civil issue and not criminal.

Most likely the outcome of lengthy trail is 50/50 I'm willing to submitted to that now and here but only if you attest to the truth and say sorry. I will not go after you anymore for what I believe you did was criminal. And you would get 50% of sold value or snakes back as I do believe I can still reopen return CITES authorization. But 50% here and now is way better then 50% of said value after court cost plus the added pressure of not being tried for fraud against Ministry of Fiance.

Up to you. Either way how we do it I am selling all my snakes. I am done with snake people.

I have insurance against civil litigation not me trying to get attorneys opinion prior to litigation or the retainer I am having to pay to come after you. Also the fees I had to pay in talking with criminal attorney due to false statements but only because it's pre lawsuit and or pre charges. Then you must as anybody would have to pay consultation fee.

The only "evidence" I've seen you "put" is in relation to someone whose involvement is merely tangential to this situation. You've done nothing to prove any of the other numerous claims you've made, in regard to how you're justifying keeping animals you've never paid for. After all he claims to own them legally and is selling them so he should be proud to show off his collection.

Can someone familiar with the import/export process for boas please list what entries must appear on the US F&G and/or Customs paperwork, and which party (sender or recipient) is supposed to fill out each portion of the documentation?
