    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Regardless of the fact that Jerry Abel exists and his name is in the signature above, I firmly believe that each and every post we have seen was made by Nick. He consistently trips himself up by answering questions aimed specifically at Nick in the first person. His contact Email is Nick's

If someone actually has contact info for Jerry Abel, it would be interesting to find out if he even knows about this Board. He also might take issue with this putz using his name.

Nick has contacted me this morning (11/29/2008) to address the copyright infringement issue. He has apologized for the mix-up, and attributed the error to his webmaster. He has since removed the photo from his website.

Nick

I have seen that number on my caller ID a couple of times. The line you called is a dedicated business line that is predominately used to accept messages for call back. Since you have never left a message before today, I never made the connection.

It is interesting that the message today was "Hey John...this is Nick from Precision" One would have thought the call would have come from Jerry.

Early on in this thread you made the statement in response to one of my posts inquiring if "Jerry" had partnered with Nick from DFR

Correct John, he said he knows you from local shows and your a good guy.

To the best of my knowledge, I have never once met Nick and would not know him from Adam

Hello Jerry,
Long time no see. I know the industry has changed a lot since your days in New York operating "Reptile Collectors", and I know the industry has changed a lot over the years, etc., etc., etc.! We discussed this on this forum a couple of years ago. I just was wondering if my memory is correct on something? In your "Reptile Collectors" years didn't you only guarantee live arrival? As for me now, I deal only in imports, guarantee live arrival only and I'm not responsible for any airline or carrier delays and I sell only wholesale to pet stores, and I might add of course, when questions come up, I always tell my customers to remember you always get what you pay for. For Example: When baby ball pythons are in season and I'm selling them for anywhere from $5.00 to $10.00 ea., all I'm able to guarantee my customer is that the animal has been hand picked personally by me. The day may come when my customers demand that my animals are guaranteed to feed, or that they have been treated for this and that, but when that day comes, I will not be selling them for $5.00 to $10.00! Many other wholesale dealers that I know of have this same guarantee policy. While I can't speak for any other dealers with this policy, I currently have all the business I can handle. Thank God!

You have consistently responded to questions aimed at Nick in the first person. Are you honestly trying to make us believe that every one of these posts under the Precision name were made by Jerry Abel?

I really have no desire to continue this on the phone but if you feel the need, call, leave a message and i will return the call when I have time. Given your well documented history, I really don't see the point.

Oh, you really should learn the definition of slander. Since I firmly believe everything I have posted to be true, it really doesn't apply.

Oh Nicky...do you really want to take it up a notch? Do you understand the concept of a DBA? My Schedule C gets filed every year by my CPA with my personal return. Does yours? Given DFR's checkered past...I seriously doubt it.

Dark Forest Reptiles LLC seems to have been dissolved in September of 2007 (what a surprise) I wonder how that particular entity would bear up under IRS scrutiny?

Just a little fyi. All of nick's stock and money have come from mommie. It is quite funny. Jerry Abel is just a name so Nick can have a business it's that simple.

By the way, wrong on all accounts. Married for 21 years, I live in a rather nice house owned free and clear and work both of the Tampa Shows as well as Daytona each year. You are more than welcome to stop by and say hi.
 
LoL, the way nick described this "Precision reptile labs" business is the same way he described his heap of garbage business Dark Forest in some email arguements I had with him. Stuff like "You obviously think we're just some garage dealer, but we're really a multimillion dollar retail facility!" Yeah okay.... Dark forest reptiles... the business I have never found a good thing said about.... and that I read about on the news for employee arrests for animal cruelty..... is a multi million dollar facility. Okay. Mind you it folded about 8 months after all of his claims. I really sucks that douche bags like Nick exist in the world, let alone in our hobby. What else I find funny is how how he accuses all of his critics of hiding behind their keyboard and never face him man to man, all tough guy like.
