I have a friend that was taken by nick last week sometime, and i am trying to convince her to come on here and share her story, but she is being reluctant as of yet. She didn't let me know that she was doing business with him or i would have warned her about this and many other posts relating to this crappy businessman.
Just thought i would share, as i was witness to what he sent her, it of course arrived dead...
Hasn't heard back from him either from what she has told me.
Didn't suprise me a bit though after all i've read.

Not that i am aware of, but have not talked to her in a couple of days.

I like the set up that you have in the green house, however mixing locals in area? How are you telling the female locals apart? Can you tell an Nosy female apart from any other local of female?

I have many of those enclosures, some shaded, some in more sealed greenhouses to control temperature. Multiple sizes as well. I alternate them as they progress in size then separate cretin ones based on growth rate, color, local, sex. They are kept in enclosures similar to that all their lives until they are shipped out. I love open air housing! Nothing replicates natural sunlight and fresh air!

Why would i Mix locals?! are you guys nuts each "Cube" has a separate Local and size range. All the cubes are also heated under mulch and in the trees at the flick of a switch.

well you definitely live in the place to do it, I'm jealous... i get like 2-4 months out of the year i can sun my group...i like the set up..

Yea I thought the same thing, and how do you know what sire is with what dame and what locale sire is with what locale dame and what locale is the dame? But the set up is nice, I only worry about temps sense most were on the ground.

Just my initial thoughts.

they were on the ground because i had just transferred them to that cube. The enclosure are heated. I never mix locals unless breeding intentionally. And i do check temp ranges from all sections constantly... anything else fellas?

Im all for everybody breeding chameleons, like many others they are my passion and the reason for this forum; and I am jealous of the area that you have to work with... id kill for that kind of weather and space... But really man... Coming out onto KingSanke getting banned in the Fauna BOI, then starting to burn your bridges with the online chameleon / reptile community all in one week is a bad idea man. You are obviously excited about what you got going on but you really need to tone it down a notch guy.

I don't care who mates who color wise, as long as they are all pure, i save the color morphs for the designer guys. W breed for local specific only.
I actually Misted the whole cube for the 1 guy shedding then remarked him 1/2 hour later, and gave him a kiss(he wasent happy with me).

How effective is that? Isn't that a bit of a fire/burn hazard do your chameleons? Why not use ceramic heaters?

Considering that chameleons are arboreal, doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose of undertank heat? Also, they naturally like to bask in the sun so why have heat cord unnaturally warming their feet and undersides?

I guess because a lot of your specimens seem to be on the ground - partly to avoid the dominate male in the tree - I guess the undertank heating is appropriate. The stress they must be feeling is not.

Alright, I typically stay out of this kind of stuff. However, Nick, it's in your better interest and integrity that should you want to "be friends" then you should play that way.

If you've produced thousands of panthers, that's great. Congratulations, in fact. There are plenty of knowledgeable people here on the forums that would be willing to share information I'm sure, but the way you're going about things isn't the way to do it. Even if you don't want the advice or knowledge shared, you're still lacking in the "be nice" department.

The questions asked here started out generalized as I see it. They were simple, and I too had the same questions. I don't think original intentions were to attack you, but when you're responses attack others, what do you expect? The generalized questions I speak of are the following:

1. How do you separate locales, and why do you house Nosy's with Ambilobe's? You've said something about cubes, but I'm still not completely clear on this. I understand you moved "next weeks sale" into a cube, and it appeared to be just males, but that's all you had to say.

2. How are you separating females, and how do you know locales on them?

3. Why heat the tree? You answered this now.

There were/are ways to go about answering the above questions. Hostility wasn't the best way, I fear. I do believe most questions were asked in an honest manner, and your honest and civil answer is all it would take to clear up the question. When you say things in a calm manner and answer the question as proposed, it only helps you. One, you're answering questions that many have just in general. Two, you're building a rep in a potential customer base. Let's face it, while you may not be new to the hobby, you're new to us. We'd like to know where you come from, and how you raise your animals. It's not a knock, but an inquiry. I'd love to give you my business (as I'm sure others have thought to do too), but such questions are imperative to many of us here. We care a lot for our animals (just as you say you do), so the husbandry from day one is key info that many of us like to have.

Bottom line here is that you can still try and redeem yourself. Whether you want to do that is up to you, but I'm assuming that in the best interest of your company and you, it would be more wise to just get civil and not consider every question a knock on your business. I had the same questions many had here, and they weren't meant in a negative way.

I've seen your ad. It's enticing, but I want to know more. Will you answer?

I couldn't have been more kind in my questioning, and it was the same questions you are still dodging (and that everyone else had). The color dot system is a joke, you can't possibly keep up with every shedding animal and "re-dot" their tails.

As was said before, just like in the BOI, you went from a simple inquiry to being half buried in a day, and it has everything to do with your attitude.

Hey man, to tell you the truth I was considering getting a few from you. Needless to say that now I am glad that I did not! I don’t worry about producing any # of animals, what I have gets the best care that I can muster, I don’t have to spend my day running around a green house checking dot patterns on chameleon tails wondering if I mixed up a local thus giving my friends (customers) sub prime or misrepresented animals. With the less than 100 animals that I have it takes me all day to care for them properly. How the heck can you give personal attention to you chameleon mill?

Looks like I am on Nicks Stalking list and have started to be harassed. I received this message today from him on face book recommending I eat a cheese burger and that I am a loser. I do love a good cheese burger so that didn't bother me too much. It was the mention of the unhappy customers.

The good news is Nicks business is booming. Apparently he is doing a lot of it and 90% of the customers are happy. I am really happy for them. I am curious how the other 10% feel at the moment. So out of the thousands of customers he claims to have 1 out of every 10 is unhappy, 10 out of every 100 or 100 out of every 1000. I guess those are not bad numbers

I will not attack him personally and sink to his level but I will share the facts.

I have blocked any further communication from him. I do not want to get caught up in the harassment, but again this should be shared. It came form his own mouth.

Won't happen. Only people who did business with him through kingsnake can file a complaint against him. KS is not going to listen to other people who did not directly do business with him via an ad he placed on their site.
