    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You and I have discussed the dinner portion via email and here.
One thing I THINK we should give Will the benefit of doubt on is WHEN did he and WHitefeather become partners? How was his reputation back then (whenever then is).
I agree, dinner is a major factor in this and I would like to hear more from Will on it. On the other hand, we shouldbe fair.........even good people (assuming Whitefeather was one at one time) can go bad.

I don't think it is anybodies business when Micheal Whitefeater turned bad other than Will's. I believe that this is a problem between them, not Jay. Could you imagine the potential scams out there if everyone had a "partner" and then came back after trade agreements and said "No!! Those animals are stolen"... Believe me I feel bad for Will being out animals that he gave to a partner to try and raise (since he does not want to keep big snakes?), but I personally would not give up my animals to anyone and if I did, I would trust them 100%. Also, if my animals were gone they would be reported stolen immediately, not at some point later when I realized my partner was a thief. Also the car theory does not work, because by Will not mentioning anything to Jay at Tinley, would basicaly be like signing the pink slip. Good luck reporting you car stolen with your signature on the pink slip....

Where is Will.....he started this whole thing and then disappears.....I can't see how anyone can equate this deal with buying a stolen car.....all the laws that have been posted here deal with people that knew they were buying something that was possibly stolen or was stolen.....this is entirely different.....also has Will reported this to the police....I think not.....I think he just wanted to start come crap on the BOI and give a couple of people a bad mark on their belt.....it isn't a simple task proving that an animal is yours....even if you chip your animals.....the chip can be removed.....and if the new owner wants too, they can put in their own chip.....

Wow, sure is great coming back to something like this after visiting friends and family over the holidays. Joshua thanks for calling me and informing me about this thread.

First and foremost why exactly am I being referred to as "Andy from NERD"? Last I checked my last name is still Deitz and hasn't been changed to "from NERD". Which makes me wonder why exactly my place of employment is being brought up? Will, you have not missed one single opportunity to mention whom I work for which makes me believe that you are trying to slander the company I work for. NERD has absolutely nothing to do with this issue, so refer to me as "Andy" or "Andy Deitz" or "Andrew" or "Andrew Deitz" or "Andrew Michael Deitz" but leave my place of employment out of it.

Secondly, I am curious as to why this ended up on the BOI right away without you attempting to contact me, Will? I received no phone calls, no email, absolutely nothing.

When I received this animal from Michael she was approximately ten and a half to eleven foot long and tipping the scales at a whopping 16-18 lbs. She was the pride of my collection while I had her and one of the prettiest snakes I have seen. But I have a feeling I will always remember her

That all said and done, I find it interesting that you yourself said in Tinley that the animal was Michaels, now your trying to come after me for it while Michael is conveniently behind bars. That coupled with the fact that you like to mention my place of employment, it seems to me that you are trying to get an animal that you're not entitled too, or looking for NERD animals to replace the calico. I don't see why else other then slander to mention NERD.
 
I have said a few times that the dinner issue is indeed a big issue.
I too was wondering where Will went. I am not sure what the point of bringing all this up was if you are not going to contribute.
Oh well.

Good to hear your side of this whole mess Andy. Some of us figured out what Mr. Slough was up too but it took a while. Sorry to hear what you went through....and to think of what that poor girl went through.....do you think he had the temps up because of a RI?? And of course he didn't want you to know that the animal was sick....sounds like a real nice fellow this Mr. Whitefeather.
And to Brian....I think you have been very good about trying to see both sides of the coin, and trying to give someone the benefit of the doubt.....but you are sticking up for someone that would never do the same for you.....why, he isn't even here sticking up for himself.......if he comes back in a day or two and gives some excuse why he wasn't here, I will not believe him.....I think he and Mr. Whitefeather are possibly birds of a feather.

I appreciate the kind words, Grace. Hell I donot kow what to make of this. I do know that ANYTHING Whitefeather touches will be ruined. He has proven this to me time and time again. That in itself is the only reason I got involved in this matter to begin with. After today, and another thread on here, hell I might not be back. To much stress.

Seriously, I would like to see the outcome of this. Hopefully not too many people will be hurt. It all boils down to one thing. Hopefully NOBODY will EVER deal with Whitefeather again.......when he gets out of course.

I honestly think everyone involved is a victim here. Sad but true.

Hey ...they can be coincidences.
Never the less they are true as I have seen it to the best of my knowledge.

p.s. there are others who asked me to compare Josh's IP to Brian Smith's IP.

Because there are other who also suspected.

But with AOL it is hard to trace because they most often share the same IP...

actually, IPs arent almost the same with AOL. they are TOTALLY random.

I singed in one day with a 172.xxx.xxx.xxx
and then i singed on with a different ip, 64.xxx.xxx.xxx
then a 214

so its impossible to trace a 56k ip.

Actually, Lee, the IP address you get from AOL isn't the address that's seen by everyone else on the rest of the net. They proxy their users through a caching server, and that's the server that actually is seen by the rest of the world. The 172.xxx.xxx.xxx address is a private netblock that isn't publically routable. Hope that helps.

My .02 cents

First off some of you might know me as the P-Monster. My name is Padraig Calnan. Ive met Andy in person several times through my dealings with NERD. Andy first of all knows his stuff. Second in his defense any body who wants to drag Andy's place of employment into this equation is really hitting below the belt. NERD is in my opinion is a first rate company who I personally trust very much. Will and Josh should lay off there little slander campagin. You were all dupped by a career criminal who knows how to play the system very well. You all would have a very hard time trying to recover your stolen property. Whitefeather probably knew that in order to retrieve stolen property from across state lines you need a govenor's warrant to be issued and served and most of the time they are not issued for non-violent crimes. My suggestion is to cut you loses and stop trying to milk this dry cow. The only thing your trying to do now is drag reputable breeders into this mess because you know Whitefeather screwed you good. I doubt he keeps records of his transactions so, even if you wanted to there is no way you could infact drag the legal system into this mess. So why doesnt everbody stop this mudfliging fest. No ones winning. In fact the only one who won is that piece o poo Whitefeather whos sitting behind bars laughing it up.
