Does this mean you have NOTHING to back up your accusations?

You see here, on the BOI, a persons word can count for a lot but doesn't necessarily have to.

So far all we have is your ramblings but absolutely nothing to back them up.

Sort of makes one wonder if you're on the level or not.

Playing " The Boy who Cried Wolf " will not help much here, as others have clearly been trying to tell you. Here are three words:
1. Evidence
2. Evidence
3. Evidence

If you want anyone to take your seriously at all, please supply the previously mentioned word.
If you want your name to get out in the herp hobby as someone that does this very sort of thing ( crying out that you were scammed but refusing to post any evidence ), this may tarnish your name instead of showing yourself in a positive light. Some breeders may actually be wary of doing business with you as well.

We are trying to help you here. Please just supply what is asked, that is all.

Like I said I still have some respect for the man, and anyone who knows me (and thats all that matters) understands that I am not out to distroy his reputation, just get his check book to open. If it is nessasary to post all e-mails and the complete deal then I will opt to not do so...... and to say that I just do not get it...... WELL YOUR RIGHT, I DID NOT GET PAID!
If you still can't understand my side e-mail me and I'll show you the NOTHING I have to back my statements with out making Alan seem any worse......

i've never had a rpoblem with alan bosch. he has always helped me out. most of my bp collection came from him. hes always been very professional. i dont belive he would do that to anyone . ive done numerous trades with him and purcased many animals and never had one problem!

so what happened exactly in this situation. it seems to me that a lot of very important details were left out of ths senario.

If my name was better know I feel the evidence would not be as important, but like replied before, if anyone has to see to believe then e-mail me and I'll pass it on Oh the hell with it, this site is set up for the bigger boys to play their games, some one explain how to exactly forward the e-mails between me and Alan is such a way that everyone knows that I am not makeing this crap up..... and when I do I will appologize to Alan that I had to prove it to his herper buddies, after that I will post the e-mails I have received from people doing biz with him( some are reading this and hope I delete their names when posted) that were not happy. Please tell me how to forward all of this....Please for your entertainment..........

Like I said before, I have had many dealings with alan before, also with no problems, and I hate that this deal fell thru on his side, but it did and to prove it to you or this site is means little to me, I have used this site and yes I am sure some one has contacted him by now and hopefully he will pay me promptly....... by the way it has nothing to do with his ball pythons.....

Mr. Kenyon,
If you were wronged then why are you so unwilling to provide ANY evidence to support your claim?
I am not saying that you were not wronged in some way, what I am saying though is that thus far all we are seeing is you making a baseless claim in an attemp to harm the name of someone with many reports of being a good person.
Add it up You (1 person) claims something bad has happened with a deal with Mr. Bosch but won't offer any evidence, 10 or 12 other people all claim he is a great guy to do business with.
If you need someone to explaing how to copy and paste emails just ask and I am sure you'll be given instructions.
Bad guys in this business/hobby need to be exposed but you have exposed nothing at this point beyond the fact that you might be someone to watch out for.

Do you know how to "copy & paste" ? If you go to your emails from Alan and highlight the whole email to be copied.....then hit "edit" above and hit "copy" you will be able to post those emails. When you get to the site for posting you will once again hit edit and choose "paste" and this will place the email in your post.

You know David, I was attacked here on the BOI a few weeks ago by someone who thought he had bad business dealings with me. I posted my whole story including copies of all emails. The BOI actually came to my defense and the general consensus was that I did nothing wrong. That is the whole reason for this forum. But you need to let us know exactly what happened ........when, where and how.

I have know Alan Bosch for many many years. We have done many of the same shows together in the southeast. He has always been a great guy. But I have never had any pending financial obligations to him, he never owed me any money either. I would hope we could hear from Alan Bosch about this sometime soon! Alan we need your side of this story!
