Soooooooo , let me get this straight. Randall Ellis has single handedly destroyed all political ties with between Africa and the US and Canada . At what point in time was he designated ambassador to Africa? Anyone who decides all Americans are crap over 1 deal are so narrow minded in thinking that they start to become nimrodded at best. At the same time Randall has single handedly destroyed reptile keeping in Texas . LOOK OUT , still 47 states to go. Maybe the humane society of America can recruit him for their fight since that 1 guy has single handedly destroyed so much.

Dave, if you have such a hard on for Randall Berry, go start a thread about it. You are doing nothing but detracting from the issue between Ellis and AA. The longer you wait, the worse it looks for you.

I can understand not wanting to discuss a case in current litigation, but, by your own admission, you are stiffing people.

If one was thinking about doing business with you, this would probably not give them "warm fuzzy feelings."

David, just so you know how I got bit, it was more of a Dry bite but but enough to cause me some serious problems, I was holding the net bag up using forceps trying to UN hang the injustices fang from the net bag it was wound up and twisted in the bag like an figure eight when the fang was freed it unraveled in the bag swinging the net bag around and caught me in the wrist with the fang protruding the mouth of the snake just wanted you to know it was not incompetence in handling the animal

I did not think about the new cell number I had to switch service because no one could ever get through to me because the service is very poor


I was traveling trying to collect funds owed to me I contacted the flue which turned in to a pneumonia so I have been extremely sick and went to the hospital to find out I was sicker than I thought this is the first day I have been able to contact you or anyone else.

I stated that "WE all are ambassadors in a round about way when we deal on an international scale"..
An example was clearly stated By African animals in their post that they put their trust In Ellis because He was/ is American..
They went out on a limb and shipped the animals To Ellis without seeing a dime because they put a little/lot of Trust in him (Ellis) and this is how he
plain and simply screwed them in return for their generosity.
It's not going to effect the business community as a whole but It will surely affect those that would have dealt directly With Ellis or how African animals will deal with potential customers in the future! Myself included..
I think It's safe to say anyone that continues to support Ellis in business should get their heads examined ! Plain and simple eh?

Both David and Maria has made it clear that due to this cluster with Ellis they will now want no less then 100% up front from any American importer. So that does effect us as a whole but on the other hand I am sure that niether David or Maria think that all American are evil scammers.

I am not at all suggesting that because Ellis shafted these people that in some way reflects all Americans..
I did say that it reflects how AA will deal with others in the future, Myself included...

This case Is one example...

Using Ellis as another example, His getting tagged by a venomous snake
can have a profound affect on keepers of venomous reptiles or on herps in general if legislators get wind of that fact.."Not a handling mistake"?

The Hot community is small up here in Canada and a bite from a captive snake is big news. I can assure you, when a bite occurs,(rarely) a large segment of the herp community would be banging on their keyboards giving the keeper in question the "what for". Cases like this usually bring down the resultant negative legislation.Again one person can wreck it for many....

I can do this because unlike Ellis, I pay my exporters the total invoice on time.

I may not personally make a lot but I make it honestly and it is mine.

The point is that due to Ellis stealing the shipment from AA any exporter could get a shipment from AA fOR 50% upfront and 50% after getting shipment, now for a American to get a shipment from AA they have to pay 100% upfront. This may not mean much to you but to a importer it means the world.

I personally do not use AA but it will not take long before the word speads to the other exporters in TZ. and they start the same method of payment. So Limo instead of making joke and trying to be funny you may want to think about the higher price you next imported East African animal may now cost.

Higher import cost means smaller orders which in turn means higher animal cost which again means higher prices.

Should we all insist that they instead send us half the shipment first and then we'll pay them half of what is owed?
