Mr. Ellis has duly paid an advance for this shipment and it arrived in Miami on 1st of March.
Further he has paid the balance (deducting the DOA animals) on time to his supplier.
Obviously our money works for his business!

Ellis is now branded a crook. David and Maria now have a very good attorney working to get thier money back (and they will get it back).

So for the people that Ellis has sent sick and dead animals to can be satisfied to know Ellis's day is coming.

I fully understand why you would not name the two vendors at the Tampa Show who told you that I had asked Mr. Ellis to leave MY show in San Antonio...BECAUSE you would be afraid to embarass the twoo vendors, because you know damn well I would contact the alleged vendors and ask them if they told you that.

My advice to you is,
1. Get a life.
2. Stop putting your nose into other people's business.
3. Stop trying to stir up shit.

I guess that by paying for a TZ. shipment in full after he got AA shipment proves that Ellis is a low down dirty .

He steals animals from aa and uses that money to pay for another shipment but I think that David and Maria will make it known that he is a crook and it will end. There are hundreds of exporters in TZ. but they all travel in the same circles, so once they contact the embassy in TZ. Ellis will be black balled. so Ellis' reptile career will be in the

When will you nagging litttle girls realize that I could not care less about what you think or say about me? It does not make me lose sales, lose me money or stop my reptiles from breeding. What it does do is make people chuckle that all these self important people (like your selves)have nothing better to but sit ifront of thier monitors and feel special, because in the real world as kids you were picked on and bullied and always picked last in gym class (if at all). On the subject of Randy Ellis, I personally had a good transaction with him once. I'm not saying he is not wrong in this situation, just relaying my own personal, first hand experiences, which frankly is what the BOI needs more of (personal, first hand experiences that is), rather than rumour, hearsay, innuendos etc.

These people make a living traveling the U.S. doing shows. This is how they pay thier bills unlike some of you guys I am not going to risk that.


I know that Ellis does several of Berry's shows in a couple different cities, so if nothing stange happened then why did Berry know That it was the San Antonio show and I never said anything about him (Ellis) getting kicked out of the show Berry did. The point is that is exactly what I was told.

Well, if they are lying about other vendors at the show then they would deserve to be banned.

I know that Ellis does several of Berry's shows in a couple different cities, so if nothing stange happened then why did Berry know That it was the San Antonio show and I never said anything about him (Ellis) getting kicked out of the show Berry did. The point is that is exactly what I was told.

Their San Antonio show is their only hot show I am pretty sure, and being as it was like a week or two before the last Tampa show then of course Randal would assume you were referring to that one. It's the only one you could be referring to anyway.

WE NEED YOUR HELP ... The following House Bill 1309 has been introduced to the Texas Legislature by Representative Harvey Hilderbran, a Republican, who represents the Kerrville area in the House. This would affect all of those who own or possess or transport into this state a live venomous snake or live constrictor that is not indigenous to this country, (That's right, country, not county.) This proposed Bill would require permits from everyone who deals with these reptiles and will be enforced by Texas Parks & Wildlife.

It is important that everyone who deals with venomous or constrictors not native to this country, write letters to the members of the Committee for H.B. 1309, AS WELL AS other members of the Legislature.

Even if you are not from Texas, we need your help. Remember, if this Bill takes effect, those from outside of Texas will be required to have a permit as well (and, of course, out of state permits will be cost a lot). You would need this to transport into Texas venomous or constrictors from outside this country.

But yet the people that live in Texas still want to defend Ellis. Do people really think that when people like Ellis stir up the by not paying for shipments, shipping dead animals, live on welfareget bit by Mambas and refuse to pay bills overseas that the lawmakers do not know about it. Well you are wrong. Now you all have the house of Reps. on your case and you want to cry well you all have . I am sorry for the honest herpers in that state but you have to point the finger at the right people and Ellis is one of the right people. Florida already has a permit system in place and Texas is following suit but they are going to be much more harsh on you all, so go luck.

These rules are due to the fact that there are fat 2 toothed people living in the desert in 2 bedroom trailers with several special needs kids and the trailer is full of hots. Ellis has told me on many occassions that he is on the Texas star program (which is the same as welfare) it pays for utilities, gas in his truck and food but then he is paying in full for shipments of thousands of dollars or in this case not paying for them. All of these facts stack the laws against you on many levels.
