    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

bobby, please, if theres anything i can do to help, please let me know. after my experience with ray (i will have to dig up the link, but i was the "mean turtle lady" that made him shut down his internet dealings), i would gladly do whatever it takes to see this guy taken down. not to mention im still pretty upset that if you do a google search on my name, the first thing that comes up is his hall of shame, which he has not taken down yet (although he was sent a letter from a lawyer regarding defamation of character and libel, with a pending lawsuit)....

Anyone that "knows" me probably realizes I have little to no problem with shooting myself in the foot on a regular basis..but if by posting such an ad, you'd be doing the same..it's probably not worth it.

yeah, and they want you to pay 5.00 to verify. i thought you meant you just needed a verified paypal account to do so. then i wouldnt have had a problem. Bobbys taking care of it as i see, so ill let it die on my part. ah well. i freakin hate scammers like this.
 
I would urge anyone thinking of using that site to reconsider!!! They allow known scammers to operate on that site. Sounds like another site we all know too well. If Livedeal.com is in support of scammers, then their actions speak for themself.

Maurice, I went ahead and posted this response on Fauna, I might add, the largest reptile sites on the web.
I think not taking action against this account is poor at best, people need to know that you let known scammers
use your site.

Bobby, I don't want to make poor analogies so I will skip over the various comparisons and comments that immediately came to mind (none was really precisely on target in this instance. I don't think there is an online marketplace out there that would yank an account based on a third party notification like that. They may well be scrutinizing ol' Ray, but there really isn't anything they can do unless/until he screws up there.
 
Well I had written a post more or less saying the same thing..but the damn storm knocked my router out as I submitted. I agree with Harald. I'd love to see ray drawn and quartered as much as the next guy, but I don't think blackballing a site that isn't actually ray's is the answer. It seems to me that the powers that be at livedeal are taking a similar stance to what Rich and others that run site many of us frequent have taken.
 
For those who have been ripped ioff by Ray, Try contacting Livedeal and telling your story. I would thinkl that a bunch of people complaining about Ray just might get their attention.. Randy
 
I guess you guys are right, but there has been way too many people scammed by him. They are not all lying. This new site should realize he is a scammer and take his account, That is my opinion. It would be different if it was one or even two people that got scammed by him. But there has been way too many to count.

Randy, I think that would be a good idea as well!!

I still will never use a site that allows scammers to sell on their site. There is way too much proof of his actions. I do not think it will be long, and he will hang himself there as well.

I wasn't suggesting that any of the scammed were making up their stories, or that what you stated in your emails was less than factual...just that no online marketplace is going to just cut the account of a member in good standing based on the comments of a 3rd party. That would be like DHL cancelling your account because I emailed them saying you ship snakes (I know, you ship through Unishippers...give me a little leeway/poetic license, lol). Sure, in either case, the company involved might take note & look a little closer at things...but until they actually see that there is wrongdoing, they aren't going to do anything. Heck, for all anybody at that site knows, you are ticked at Ray because he ran off with your sister/wife/girlfriend/whoever & you are just trying to screw him over.
 
Harald, I linked them to this thread. Then they decided to keep him as a member. That speaks well for them? I think not.

As for DHL, funny you brought that up again. I told you time and time again, as well as others, they know I ship snakes..... You are the only one that seems to have a problem with that. Anyone that buys from me will tell you the boxes are clearly marked. Yes, the label clearly says Ball python, or Boa or Cornsnake. So, I wanted to clue you in just in case you decided to throw this back up even again. And NO, I do not lie to Unishippers!!!!

Now back to the topic!!

As for the others, other people have told Harald the same thing. but he keeps bring it up!! They ship through Unishippers as well. I do not deal with DHL. My account is with Unishippers, if DHL has a problem with shipping snakes then it would be up to them to take it up with their largest account (Unishippers). I don't think that is going to happen. :rolleyes:

Harald, I was not the one that dredged this up again, you did. But at the same time your post above casts a shadow on me, IMO. I will not take that lightly. I will set the record straight when needed.
