I love the cage but if I can't put the glass in it's useless to me... I can try to bend them to get it to fit. But I don't want it to break and be responsible for that
Sent above message 2 times on the 9th the day I got it within hours of it being delivered. Once I figure out the screen shot thing I can post the pic of my sent messages with dates and times that's the best proof but it won't let me post them.

I can't put the glass into the cage you sent me due to the track being very bent and was put on crooked.. for all the money I spent I'd think you'd have better customer service and at least answer me... the cage is useless with out the glass... I was planning on ordering 2 more cages but that's out of the question with the quality of the product you sent me and the lack of caring on your part. If you don't at least answer me I will be sure to post the issues I'm having and warn others not to buy from you on the many forums I am a member of as well as make a report to bbb I've tried to be nice and I'm trying to fix this with you but you refuse to answer the 3 emails I've sent i would never ignore one of my customers like this

This is my final attempt and if I don't hear from you by the end of the day I am going to begin a dispute with my bank for the money you have of mine since I have a product taking up a bunch of space that is useless... the glass doesn't fit in because the tracks are bent and when installed were put on crooked. They are willing to reverse the funds but I'm a decent person and would like to give you this one last chance to make things right with me so you may keep the money and I am finally happy. The track for the glass is crooked and bent making it impossible to put the glass in on one side and falls out on the other. Please take this one opportunity to make things right so I don't have to take further action with the credit card company as well as legally.Please don't ignore me anymore,Julia
There are at least 6 more that I will post in the morning but I did not get a single response to any of those. Like I said I just want it fixed I don't want the money and I was looking forward to buying at least 2 more I'm not a scumbag looking for anything free that's why I've waited so long to file a formal complaint with the credit card I've just been hoping and praying he answers me and fixes it that really all I want
