Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've got to tell you, Adam, the you guys are so mean routine is already old. If you want to critique/comment on things here, this is the place...but this site isn't all about you. A quick look at this latest bunch of posts gives me the impression that you are trying to needle people into responses. Maybe you are looking for a virtual hug & a heartfelt "Welcome back", or maybe you just want us to denounce the members you had conflict with before you got yourself together (or maybe you want them to give you the hug and tell you none of that matters anymore)....it doesn't work like that in the real world. You chose to be a flaming a:censored:e, and people responded.
You once told me that you wanted to contribute & be a positive part of this site - you're back, and you have that opportunity. I'm trying to consider the idea that you think that's what you are doing in this thread...but it isn't quite coming together for me. As you pointed out, there are many different people here; with many different personalities, styles, and goals. Not everybody is going to think, or act, the way you want them to...and most of the members don't really care what any random person says about them. If you want friends, be friendly & that will happen. If you want to pi$$ people off, well, I'm sure you can manage that (just don't try too hard - remember, the moderators here are more active than in some places :rolleyes: ).

This site sucks in a huge sort of way. It's really a shame, because it's so well put together and everything. There's a forum for everything and tons to do, but the people here are like people you'd meet at a bar. Not my ideal crowd tbh.

You're all a bunch of jackasses if you can't shake a hand when it's offered to you. Plain and simple.

You've been handed the rope. What you decide to do with that rope is completely up to you. If you get upset because people will watch you wrap it around your neck and cheer you on when you kick the stool out from under your own feet, exactly whose fault is it that your own neck is in that noose?

And for the record, no, I don't delete someone's account here, even upon request. In most cases that is just a convenient way for them to try to wipe out the record of their own poor choices in participation here.... :shootfoot

Because you keep telling people they dont understand, then you say, you dont understand, because you are wired differently.... So is... just about everyone else, why people have different opinions, and different ideas. Why people react one way, while others, react a completely different way......

Wow.... Youre being quite the jerk, arent you? Im posting.... actually pretty nice things to you, and in your other thread, and not one response from you, towards me..... Im not getting all... UPPITY and emo about it.

You need to seriously get some thicker skin. This site, is not the place for you. Might i suggest Nickelodeon.com..... They might be a bit more friendly over there. Or maybe Neopets.com.
 
Doesn't want to be held accountable for his posts. Wants every post to be judged on it's own merit and nothing he has said before to be taken into account.

A person can change and learn, but this seems to work 99% of the time.

I'm not trying to dodge my past. I am trying to get people to focus on the present. Yes. Every post SHOULD be judged based on ITSELF. When people assume the worst of people, well, they make asses of themselves. Plain and simple.

Why should this site be any different from the real world?

When you say horrible things each time in the real world, or stupid things, or whiny things.... then say a few nice things... do you think people are going to not remember the bad things youve said? and only judge you on the current things youve said? NO. If you say something.... you own those words. If you dont want people to judge you on words youve said, then DONT say them.

Can people screw up? Sure! And most are pretty forgiving. But when one tries to make themselves out the victim, when noone has even said anything remotely badly towards another, and was originally trying to be nice or tolerant, and you throw that back in their face, trying to make a nonexistant point, of something that dosnt even make sense... well... I think you can figure it out.

You want respect? Earn it. Dont come on this site, and expect to be treated a certain way.
 
People are much more mature when they don't have a monitor to hide behind. IRL, I'm not treated the way I am here. If I was, I'd probably be bitching there instead of here, don't you think?

Im the same way online, as i am in real life. If you want respect from me, you earn it.

You dont throw useless insults ( Direct or not ) at someone who was attempting to be positive towards you.
 
I don't hide behind a keyboard. If you are as arrogant and snotty in real life as you are online, then I'd treat you the same way.
You do not get a "free pass" every time you walk up to someone again. If you're a jerk, you get treated like a jerk.
Your first post on this thread stated that you acted like a jerk here, and you didn't sound at all as if you wanted to not act like a jerk in the future. I have yet to hear you say "Hey, sorry I've acted like a jerk, but I'm going to try to be a decent person from now on".
What I hear is "I act like a jerk, but I want to be able to act that way, without any consequances". Tough poops. It doesn't work like that.

IF... IF you did want to "turn over a new leaf" and start acting nice to folks, then DO IT. You sure are not doing it in this thread, nor should you expect everyone to trust that you'll be nice from now on, and just forget all your previous jerk behavior. Start acting like a decent person, and SHOW everyone that you are different, and watch people's attitudes SLOWLY change towards you.
I always will give people a second chance... or even more, but only after THEY show me they want to act nice. Otherwise, I'll expect more of the same behavior as they've shown ALL the times before.

I'm not going to paint a target on my chest just so it's easier for everyone to shoot at me. I treat people how they treat me. I always, ALWAYS start out as kind and decent as possible. It's the way I am. It's part of my existance. What I am now is a reflection of the people I've seen on this site. And I don't like it. Hence my starting this thread in the first place.

Again, not a "I want to be a better person" but an excuse as to why you want to be a drama llama. You have a lot of decent posts, so I'm confused as to why you insist on being a drama llama as well?
Why not participate without trying to act all emo and "Everyone hates me", in a thread? Is it just that you're young and think you have to be melodramatic? Why are you proud of being a jerk? Is it a image you want to people to have of you? Please, explain.
