    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Repti-Racks- Bad customer service

[QUOTE=mikoh4792;

I ordered 7 cages, all but two came broken with the seams becoming undone like described by the OP...

Kinda like my Boaphiles. But I still like them best. Although they are sagging a bit from big females in them.

Be careful Buying Animals from them as well

I purchased an animal from them as a Captive Breed sub adult. Received animal it had R/I and was missing one of its front fangs. Tried to get a refund and offered to pay for the shipping for returning the animal. They said no way. They would not cover the vet bill and they offered no partial refund. Sent photos and sent Vet description of issue. The reptile Vet said animal looked like a fresh import. It was sold to me as captive breed animal. Be careful with these guys. They animal died and I was out over $700. There gain in getting rid of a sick animal, my loss of over $700

Sounds about right. I'm in process of re gluing every seam on my enclosure because none of their glue is holding at all.

We ended up doing the same thing. Also, I figured I would add (since this thread has been bumped again) that the nuts and bolts that hold the doors on have been rusting out. I know that in a previous post they said that they were updating their nuts and bolts so that rust would no longer be an issue (because someone had complained about them rusting). That is definitely not the case. The longer I have these cages, the more I wish I would have never ordered them.

Mind are doing the same. Only on one side though very weird. In any case, I won't but anything from them again. Bad deal. Sounds like the reptiles are just as bad.

Wow, I am really glad I saw this thread again. I know I have contacted them at least once for a quote but decided to go elsewhere. If the cages are falling apart, then whats the point of paying and waiting? Thank you all for your insite, it helps

This exactly. I'm paying full price for the full service. Why pay full price if I have to buy extra parts(ABS plastic bonder and syringe) to fix a broken product? I've made complaints as each cage arrived and nothing was done for compensation.
