    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

actually it is my transaction as we both agreed upon following up with the whole transaction with nick, once again i don't need to repeat my self on this matter ill let my bank and repti racks settle this one,ill glady refund nick when the chargeback is complete.

sorry if i offended any of you in anyway or you are not happy the route i am taking with this.anyway UFC unleashed is on and there is a few good fights on so night
 
When I add it all up it seems to me the OP is doing the whole thing (underselling to someone else before receiving the cage, then claiming the chargeback, even this thread) just out of spite because of the delay. Looks like OP just CAN'T be messed with, at least in his mind.

And don't give us that junk about needing the money for a new cage so you under sold it, then tell us you will buy Mysterious Nick a new one for anything up to $313. You'l blowing hot air on one or both of those statements. I think both- see my first paragraph.

That's mighty cheap of you. If the money is "nothing" for you and paying him back is your intention, then just do it. Waiting for a charge back implies you can't even afford it ... not to mention it's VERY poor business skills :NoNo:

I agree that the OP seems motivated by spite. But more than that, and perhaps more serious, is that the OP seems to believe that the ultimate decision between permissible and impermissible is for him to decide. Here is a post which looks like it says that the OP was fined for piracy and he says he would do it again; obviously to him the difference between right and wrong is his decision alone:

The OPs actions are not issue based. He has been fined for piracy and says he would do it again. He is interfering in a transaction that is no longer his, for purely personal reasons. I would stay FAR away from ANY transaction with him. In fact, given that he seems convinced that the difference between right and wrong is for him alone to decide, I would stay far away from him period.

actually i sold the cage due to the lead times i just said that in the ad to get the sale, tho that was not the reason why i bought the critter condo if you don't believe me u can glady contact chris allen who sold me the cage,i had told him the reason why i bought the critter condo months before,even tried to sell him my repti racks in sale of a critter condo as i needed a viv asap

i asked repti racks if i could just refund nick 120.00 and he can just ship me the viv instead as u can go back to the pages earlier but he declined as well.
 
Then by your own admission you're willing to lie to further your own agenda. Oh yeah... We all believe everything you say.

and for further proof my gf never purchased me a viv i paid chris allen directly from my paypal which i posted proof of in this thread earlier if u go back a few pages,and met his friend up and paid him for the delivery of the cage 30.00


like i said i just put that into the ad for the sale,does it matter who bought the cage?no the fact remains is repti racks took to long and i had to buy a condo from chris allen which once again you can glady message him on this site and asked him why i bought a condo and what was my dilemma,i even have all emails which i contacted chris allen directly in the month of sept in sale of the condo which i can prove

as u can see i kept contact with chris allen,i paid for the cage,once again i did put that into the ad but it was just for the sale,i was being nice then and not trying to give rept racks bad rep by bashing them in the thread but enough is enough.
 
had you look at the emails i posted earlier you would clearly see sept 13/11 i contacted repti racks about the cage which was not done,in the emails here around the same time frame i bought my condo as repti racks took long

common sense..anyway have to run but this does not change my mind on the chargeback

I'd suggest that you (OP) just stop posting. You, yourself have totally shot your credibility, there is nothing, nothing at all that you can say to make things better. This is why lying is so dangerous, and why it makes such a difference who bought that cage and why.

i highly doubt lieing about who bought a viv for me is important fact is a new cage had to be bought because of the horrid lead times,so take it as you must

did i lie to nick?nope i told nick also the reason why i was selling it to him and warned him about the lead times,he didn't care since he was coming back in oct.

pretty sad you bash me for lieing over a little thing like who bought the cage

yet you think it's fine what repti racks does,it's cool it will catch up to them one day as a business,but i won't step down with my chargeback and i hope he don't ship the viv out to nick as the charge back is being processed,i couldn't do it with paypal but chase is doing it for me
