Here is my 2 cents... Back in September, I purchased from another Fauna member 2 Repti-Racks that she no longer had use for (long story, not applicable here). When I was first able to contact Repti-Racks about the transfer of this purchase, I was told lead-time was around 4 weeks. (I will only say this about the "lead-time".. it is inaccurate at best, and an out right fabrication at worst. )
I have received the tanks right around December 1st, they are wonderful tanks.

I am posting, to show that Repti-Rack purchases do get transferred... The point I am making is, the new purchaser (Nick) has to contact Repti-Racks.... After the member contacted them letting them know that she sold the tanks to me, that was it for her communication with the company; I provided my address to the company (pretty sure I did, although my Paypal address is confirmed).

Personally, I wasn't involved in any of that crap other than to watch it and laugh for the most part. I'd say telling someone you are glad the pet they rescued and tried their hardest to save deserved to die was probably one of the lowest things I have seen a human being do in a loooong time. Sure, they got out of hand as well but you were by far the worst offender. I had no real qualms with you selling your dragons, they are yours and it is your choice. I had issues with the way you treated anyone who disagreed with you about any topic in general like they were the most ignorant people in the world but after seeing just how stupid you really were I decided that arguing with you was completely pointless. It actually became pretty amusing to see you make a fool of yourself over and over. It really is no surprise to me that you managed to turn yourself in to the laughing stock of these boards as well lol I started reading this thread and was going to post about your real history at first, I did let Reptiracks know in a PM about some things that may help his case. When you started lying and acting all innocent I was laughing so hard I almost cried, half of your worst offenses on the other sites were deleted so throwing around your post history like it was going to prove something was actually a clever idea. I decided just to let it go and watch because I knew you would shoot yourself in the foot before this thread ended so I sat back and watched the fireworks. Lo and behold, here we are.





Now that you have managed to make yourself look far worse than anyone else could I'm just going to go back to watching and laughing lol

once again i don't mind if you disagree about the way i buy and re sell dragons that's my choice,w.e keep it on bd.org no need for it to go on fb,call my cell phone,follow me on breeder pages,then bash me,yet when i do it back it's a problem and it's the end of the world,once again don't treat others like that if you don't like the same treatment back.

Yes but before the sale to nick me and repti racks both agreed upon certain terms when it was being shipped to the buyer

I don't EVER do deals over the phone, to prevent situations like this. It was your choice to use the phone for the deal, and now you're suffering the consequences for it.

I know you are VERY busy with cages and I mean you no extra trouble as I'm sure customers with changing minds probably drive a growing and busy business such as yourself mad. I, however, am very simple and understand good things take time. I have been looking at your cages for some time now and maybe it was luck, or fate, that I came across Almandos ad. I guess when you are completed with the cage you will just be sending it to me, instead of Almando? He said he was going to contact you sometime today but I just wanted to send you an email to introduce myself as well as praise you for an outstanding job with vivs you are producing. I am deployed ATM and do not return until mid Oct so if you think you can bust out a few more before then, feel free too. If it's going to take longer than Oct anyways then I guess it works for both of us.

From when nick stated he returns from over seas in this e-mail above which going by it he was still deployed from time he bought cage from almando till who End OCT weve had no contact with Nick from End OCT-Dec till monday to get a shipping address and to be confirmed in an e-mail and we have sent nick several e-mails since his return and just got replied back from nick and was told he had no computer and lost track.

pretty sad u deny the terms we agreed to over the phone but since u want to play that game remember who paid me,nick did,remember who was sent payment you from me,who has proof of purchase ME not nick...so i guess we can fight this out with chase i have my proof u have yours
