    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It is safe to say you would not have paid over $300 for the cage, or you could have bought it from rept-racks. You were getting it for $120, so you jumped at the opportunity.

It is as if he said "Hey man, I will give you 3 $100 bills when I get them if you let me borrow $120 now." You gladly accept the deal, and when he doesn't get the $300 that is rightfully yours, he changes the terms and offers you $170. You are money ahead, but would you let a stranger borrow $120 for a few months without being given reassurance that you would be getting the $300?

You are lucky to have gotten back more than you paid, but he still scammed you.

In other words he cannot understand a word you are saying...maybe we can go on and on for another 20 pages to try and make you understand huh?I have never seen anyone so stupidly ruin their reputation and be completely oblivious to the fact it was happening in front of his own eyes...utterly amazes me!:ack2:

You scammed him into loaning you money. He would not have given you $120 just for asking. You paid him back, nothing more.
 
It is going nowhere in the off topic discussion of Nick and Almando's loan settlement, that is correct.

The initial problem that lead to the bad guy thread was resolved pages ago, and Repti-Racks came out of it only slightly tarnished.

As there is no thread about Almando's transaction with Nick, this one has been utilized to discuss the OP's poor salesmanship.

Perhaps Either Nick or Almando would be nice enough to post a Good Guy thread about the other, since they are both so happy. I haven't seen one yet though.
 
Last time I looked, this thread was about Repti-Racks. While addressing the complainant is certainly allowed - and, in many cases, necessary - there comes a point where that takes on a life of its own. Since this thread hasn't really had anything to do with Repti-Racks for some time, I'd say we have reached that point. Continuing on about the issues with Almando's handling of things is pretty much off topic.

I doubt that anybody will ever post a good guy thread about him (though he did request that Nick do so); but a thread in his name is really the best place for this stuff.
