Am posting in good faith here. My job has me working some strange hours for the time being, and I don't know if I'll have time to post when my 2nd package arrives.
Friday I arrived home to find my expected package sitting outside my gate. (UPS strikes again!) It was delivered in a timely manner, and I have no doubts that it was packaged just as ordered, but UPS smashed the box to the point of breaking the seal, so My merchandise wasn't in the box.

Probably, it's rolling around in the back of the truck like the box obviously was.
However, I sent Rich an email with pictures of the box as I found it, and he assured me via call back, (a matter of minutes I might add) that a new order of 3" flex watt will be sent immediately come Monday.
No haggling involved, no getting cussed at, or called a liar, the way I've seen other companies deal with this sort of situation. Just straight to the point, and taken care of. I have no doubts that the package will arrive....again.... and my order will be safely inside this time. I just hope the cages I ordered don't meet a similar UPS tragedy.
Just wanted to say Rich is a class act. Even though My email was not quite my best work, (UPS had me upset at the time) he presented himself in a professional manner, and dealt with it like a Pro!
