I purchased a male jungle carpet hatchling from them a few months ago. They must have improved on their shipping by then, because they packed him very well, and he's in great health. He wouldn't eat at first, I assumed it was due to stress from shipping, but now he takes pinkies like there's no tomorrow. The only problem I had with them was they refused to answer my emails about getting our UPS issue resolved. One of the UPS trucks left without some of their shipments, one of the boxes being mine, so he was stuck in Cali for an extra day (this was proven by checking the tracking info on UPS's site). Laura and her husband were quick to find out what happened, and got the package redirected to my home address for Saturday delivery. I tried to contact UPS about getting some of my money back on shipping, since they missed their deadline by 26 hours, and was told the shipper had to call them to request it. I sent them two emails asking for their help, and they never replied. I guess that goes along with their habit of "once they get the animal, who gives a s***."
