Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I post in the Bearded Dragon forum a little bit and put up classified adds in the bearded dragon for sale area. Is a new shipping company that I was fortunate enough to test out a few times before they went public. I have shipped to Virginia, California, and My last package was to ALASKA!! Every label was easy to print, the prices where more than fair and when I had to call about customer service with questions about shipping to Alaska, Deb was extremely helpful. I dont ship snakes, but I know they have the paper work to allow for snake shipping. The guys and gals at Reptiles Express get a solid thumbs up from TND Dragons.

I will be using them for the first time today :) I have no doubt everything will go smoothly. These folks mean business and are very easy to get in touch with & work with.
 
I just saw a link posted in a forum today and checked em out. I'm signing up for an account to see how it goes. I did find this in their guidlines which I thought was interesting.

"We will supply you with our “NON-VENAMOUS SNAKE WAIVER” we have from UPS to help with any problems you might encounter with your drop off points"
 
I sent off my package yesterday with them, and it arrived at it's destination flawlessly this morning :thumbsup: I'm very excited about their service!
 
these guys are great, I opened an account, got approved, got a phone call!!!! when I had some trouble, ................... im still waiting to hear from fed ex!!!!(certification) ect,....... rock on reptile express!!!!!!:thumbsup:
 
What is the date on their snake waiver. It seems odd that a site offering the same services as ProExotics/ShipYourReptiles would just pop up shortly after SYR announces a suspension of their snake shipping waiver. Something doesn't sit well.

Disclaimer: Perhaps the David Young/Reptster fiasco is still a little fresh?
 
Has anyone compared their rates to FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping? I would love to offer our customers a better deal on overnight shipping. Our shipments on average are running $60 to $65 from Arizona to East Coast. I do however use a larger shipping box 15x11x7 with 3/4" foam. Personal preference and which I will not change...had great success with this box.

Any information would be great. I checked them out and started to create an account. They require you to have a credit card on file. No biggy I am just not confortible giving credit card info to such a new service/company until I do my research.

From what I have read all of the feedback has been positive.

If you go on their main page they have a quote box. For the ship to zip, ship from zip, and the lxwxh of the box, along with weight. You can compare the quote with your typical FedEx fee.
 
Just signed up. I gotta tell ya, even though I haven't actually shipped through them but I like the website and the way they go about having you sign up and all. Definately says something about them and there love for the industry. If SYR would of approached it in this manner I believe they would still be around for a long while.
 
If you are a certified shipper through fedex the prices are basically identical (Least for my account they are). However, it will be nice to have a option for customers that want to ship through UPS over fedex.
 
I had a shipment arrive via ReptilesExpress due to arrive on Wednesday (7/16) but was trying to get UPS to hold it at the nearest hub so I could avoid it being out on a truck (our drivers have a tendency to deliver here rather late). Brendan and Debbie were great. Debbie went well out of her way to try to get things straightened out for me. Even though she was unable to get the package held at the hub for me, she was up at 4AM trying to get it take care of. I have never received customer service on such a level. She deserves accolades!

I will definitely be using ReptilesExpress when I need to ship snakes out!
 
I shipped out a package through them yesterday that included snakes... Dropped the package off at the HUB with the Waiver and UPS decided to give me problems with shipping the snakes... I called Debbie right away and she took care of it in no time!! I will DEFINATELY be using them again and again and I must say... Their customer service is TOP NOTCH!! Thanks so Much Debbie for EVERYTHING!! The package arrived safe and sound and hopefully UPS won't give anymore problems!! Three thumbs up from me for this company!!!
 
Yes... the waiver had a different name then what was on the label... Debbie and the company is trying to figure out how to take care of it... They are relatively new and still have some kinks to work out ;however.. Debbie treated me like a person and not just someone to make money off of which impressed me to no end!! She was very apoligetic to the whole situation and extremely efficient in taking care of it!!
 
Has anyone had problems with the tracking number you purchased from R.E. not showing up on UPS' website?
I get a ">>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later. " when I enter in my tracking number.... and the package was dropped off at a UPS store 3.5 hours ago.
