    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It doesn't jake a Juris Doctor to see the obvious, Victor. It is a simple, irrefutable fact that you have engaged in a pattern of criminal behavior. This is not an opinion, nor it is subjective interpretation. It is as plain as day. Shipping snakes via USPS is illegal- there are no grey areas on that.

What remains to be seen is if you heed the sage advice that was given to you by manning up and showing some maturity and integrity. Or, you can continue to act like an immature man-child and let your own actions and words do far worse damage to you than any "bad guy" thread ever could. You're definitely your own worst enemy.

As Mr. Heilbrunn has pointed out, there are indeed attorneys that participate on this site. Likewise, the staff here at Fauna includes a practicing physician, a sworn law enforcement officer, and USAF Combat Search and Rescue.

Nope. I believe that what this site does is it allows anyone who has an inclination to do so, to grab a rope, wrap it around their neck, throw the rope over a tree limb and the whole time they are yanking on the other end complain vigorously about everyone yelling at them, pointing out the mistake they are making, while the "victim" lies their ass off about being the one yanking on that rope, saying it is THEM who are actually pulling on that rope. Then they will badmouth this site because it had that rope just laying around and didn't forcibly take that rope away from them. And after they have THOROUGHLY strangled themselves in public, demand that we bury the evidence of their own public self hanging.

Listen, Dan...er...um...I mean Victor....You just resurrected 2 bad guy threads about yourself in an attempt to belittle a past unsatisfied customer. You proceeded to make an ass out of yourself by acting out in a juvenile manner while you repeatedly posted praise from the one customer you actually managed to satisfy.

This thread was DEAD!!!!! You brought the focus back on yourself, and now complain that people are ganging up on you, etc, etc. Here's an analogy for you to ponder: If I break into a warehouse and steal a few things only to be chased away by a pack of angry watchdogs, do I return the following week to poke said watchdogs with sticks?

I personally would like to see you post some comments about your lawyer and how you've never had a legitimate complaint. Perhaps even thank fauna for increasing sales 1,000% wit their :censored: BOI threads. That would greatly improve your situation. Good luck!:thumbsup:

Then I'll copy it and show it to my Hispanic and African American and Anglo staff and we'll all have something funny to laugh at again, and at your expense to boot. You make us all laugh.

One of my first jobs was washing dishes at Dennys when I was in high school. I had no idea that if you washed dishes for a living, which by the way is a worthwhile job for many, many people, white, black, hispanic or otherwise, that it made you a "minority". Nor do I think that suggesting you wash dishes for a living makes me a raciest. If it was good enough for me, then it's good enough for you pal. I hope that dishwashers everywhere hear of your uncalled for slur on their profession and in return you get served with dirty dishes upon your next dining adventure.
 
Oh, and just for the record, I had no clue you are hispanic. It never really dawned on me. I treat everyone the same, so I guess I just ignore gender and race to that extent. I was not trying to insult hispanics by any means. Just you

I took a few minutes to look up your previous posts. Not just in this thread, but ALL your previous posts. You have a few classified ads listed, other than that, the tenor of most of your posts has been whiny and combative, ie fostering a hostile negative environment.

Why don't you go away for a while, cool off, and take a fresh look at YOUR behaviors. Then, see what you can do to be productive here. Just stop whining.
 
This guy's a scummie anyways, my partner was in this store yesterday and said it had a totally creepy vibe. As well as a $300 baby nile monitor.
 
Victor, I do not know you, aside from this thread have never heard of you and read this with complete objectivity. With that said, you lost, not because of what others said, but because of your own posts. I worked for several years in a pet store that specialized in Herps and I know how difficult the general public can be, so I would take your customer's complaints with a grain of salt, but after reading your crazy and self implicating responses, I have to believe you and your business are to blame. Take the little bit of constructive criticism from Lucille and do yourself a favor.

Just so I'm clear, I'm never doing business with you because of your reactions and words, not those of the others. Oh and there is absolutely nothing racial posted whatsoever. In fact you played the race card, no one else. No surprise though.

The store your partner was in was a completely different store. There is a retail shop, also called reptiles plus. Victor is not retail .He's doesn't even carry inventory he is a jobber.
he works for an anonymous wholesaler. (probably a shady one like HAHA). You order from vic he orders from them and they send out the animal. Vic gets the commission or profit. I highly doubt that vic ever sees the animals he sells. The reptiles plus store on the east coast is a completely different owner, but is a retail shop. They are pricey.
Vic, You did good in fixing the problem with your customer, but you couldn't let it lie.
And for that I will never spend another dime on your animals, Period. You are not in any way a professional.

first off brrrman talk what you know i do see the animals i buy if fact i travel 2 hours out of my way every week to hand pick my animals thank you. also i have never bought any reptiles from haha why do that when i can hand pick my own. what a joke:rofl: again people talking what they dont know:shootfoot for you info i do business with the three largest importers in state of florida and a few private breeders.:thumbsup: and as far as you not buying from me again brrrman that ok just remeber one thing we reserve the right not to sell to certain customers and i know who you are. good day
