In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

on april 20i i bought two red headed agamas from this site. upon arrival i inspected them the female seemed to be i n ok health then she started actiong strange. i thought nothing of it. new enviornment. then i lookied at the male. HALF A LEG WAS MISSING!!! one leg was damages and there were WORMS in his ears!!! AHHHH! i was pissed. i looked again at the female and sure enough she had the papasite in her ears also!!! i called the phone number also and guess what... voice mail, so i left a message, and sent a email. The reply was the the damage done to the male likly happened in transport and the lizards are wild caut so the worm problem i would have to take car of on my own. BULLSHIT!! i paid for health animals that is what i want not to mention the leg was gone not in the bag and not attached so how could it have happened it transit? as for the worms...... in my book a parasite infested lizard is NOT healthy, i want my money back.

Ewww I'm so sorry that just sounds sad and nasty, Poor lizards ugh!!!

Yeah def. post some proof such as pictures, emails, ect..

I so don't do wild caught animals.

I never bought from them..But I did call to ask them if they were serious about there prices a little while back..The person on the phone said yeah I just started laughing at them and told them to jump in the lake..I think they are associated with petsmart..Thats to bad about your lizard with the messed up leg..But if they are mean to each other, why wouldnt they ship them in two different bags in the box..I mean thats just common sense..Maybe you can help some people from making a mistake...I generally try and avoid online shops that are like an "all in one" site..The best results come from actual breeders...

I am very sorry about the injury sustained by the male Agama. However, this was something that occurred during shipping and not prior. Regarding the worms, these Agamas are wild caught and you will have to deal with these issues. You can segregate the male and the female if you do not want any cross infections going on. However, the female most likely has worms as well, so a topical antibiotic ointment might be the way to go for treatment. If the lizards health declines let me know. We cover our animals for a period of one week after delivery.

Thank you,

i received my pair of agamas today at 1045am and upon exam i have found the male to have injures to his left front leg and foot as well as Worms in his ears. i expect my order to be in good health and he is clearly not i would like a reply as soon as possible considering he may have infected the female traveling with him and as far as i know worms can be life threatening

Actually, it is owned by a guy who doesn't have anything really to do with reptiles. He is a drop shipper that has a lot of different sites. I purchased a Venus flytrap from one of his websites a long time ago. That was before he started the reptile one. There are threads here already on this guy.

i ordered on the 17th and receivedon the 20th there were in the same bag and the leg is still gone clearly not done in transport as it is healed over.

I myself have had a bad deal with reptilesandcritters. A few years back a bought what was supossed to be an adult female wild caught Guyana and when it showed up it turned out to be a male that couldn't have been more than 7 months old. When I asked about it he gave me the run around. Due to the weather I did not want to ship it back so I asked him if he could drop the price of an adult since i had paid the original price and gotten the wrong snake. No price cut was made and in the end I paid even more the second time for the right snake. Being a wild caught i knew it wasn't going to be in perfect health and when i found mites and found out the snake would not eat i asked him for records of feedings of feeding attempts or even how long they had the snake and all I got was " were not that kind of company". I wish i still had the e-mails but this was a while ago. I do not recomend this company.

Ok lol..I was confused cause in your first statement, you said you bought it on the 20th...I would contact your credit card company or somthing..It dosnt state them as being wild caught in the adds..Clearly you didnt get what you thought you were told you were gonna get from the add..I would love for this guy to come here and explain...

Your ad didn't represent them as WC, your admission here that they were in fact WC means you need to refund the customer's money, or send a replacement, whichever the CUSTOMER wants.

I'm not dissing you, just curious as to why you sent good money after bad.

Buyer beware for sure!

Selling broken up - infested agamas is just plain wrong. You deserve to get your money back.

Here's something I noticed when looking over the site. This is the strangest Black Dragon water monitor I've EVER seen. Not to mention the price is extremely high. FYI that's a Tegu. Not a monitor.

I myself usually do not trust reptile seller sites where it says "Shopping Cart" ( # ) It makes them sound like exact clones that will all look the same and act the same.... you don't know the details about the animal.

Wow. Fraud on the $4k level. That right there tells us what kind of person/company we're dealing with.
