    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What bothers me most is this is this what took the place of Mark and Kim in their business that they built from the bottom up. They've had nothing but a stellar reputation from day one in the 80's.

It's sad to see it go from the best of the best to another 'use at your own risk' herp dealer.
 
So did the Bells sell off the BUSINESS (stock, land, facilities) or just the ReptMart business name? Does Reptile Industries still exist under their ownership? I've been to their place, and hard to imagine anyone could afford to buy the entire kit and caboodle that they have built.

I honestly don't know, the rep I talked to didn't specify. Reptile Industries still has a web page, and according to the rep is still run by them. So I'm guessing just the name was sold, but that's just speculation on my part.
