    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Lil, smart move insisting on pay pal, if his pers check he gives them bounces you won't be charged. Hope this gets resolved for you soon and happy herping. :)

this story has more twist and turns in it then my mothers perm!!!!

First they were sister and brother, she does rescues and he raises bearded dragons, but at the same time she has an ad begging for a free dragon for her son. now they are husband and wife, the accident first almost killed her, and she was in ICU, now she has no memory and is in a wheel chair, oh but going back for more operations to a new hospital. The accident that happened, happened 3 days after the real one! their vet is unknown to the world, and thier lawyer is an electricain!!!

Well I'm glad to hear you should be getting your money back soon. I checked my complaint staus with paypal and it says that Tracey is supposed to send them proof that they already sent me a refund.Well her brain damage must be really bad because no refund ever came my way.So I guess I need to decide if I want to go your route Lil La and email them until they send my money back or cut my losses and chalk it up to a learning experience. It's a shame you deal with somebody in good faith and keep up your end of the deal and they do everything but tell you the world is coming to an end just to try to rip you off.But on the other hand it's good to know all of you are out there suporting us.I really want to thank all of you for all your help and replies.

sandy do not touch that money...not sure how it is in az.which i think is where you are from but here in oklahoma by law if you take partial pmnt. of a bad check your are considered paid in full by law.i would be willing to bet that since paypal comes from a checking account it could be viewed the same way ??..it may not be that way there but i found out the hard way here. and the attorneys told me notta thing i could do..i accepted a $40.00 snake for deposit on a $1200.00 hot check and the d.a. and every attorney i could find said he knew how to work the system and there was nothing i could do.

We called them today as there is still no money from them or pay pal..

At much to my suprise they know nothing!!!!
I know shocker huh! lol
They were advised they have one hour to get it to pay pal or basicly all hell will break loose..
They are say ing they don't know what we are talking about and that maybe there is another David and Tracey Lyons in MO that also like them have a couple of bearded dragons..

I guess they have the same phone number and address and rent from their mother as well.. amazing they don't know eachother...

I am ready to send someone knowing on thier door..

they are NOT going to keep my money!! I don't care how long I have to fight them for it..

I wouldn't care if it was $10.00 at this point..they are going to learn not to screw with peoples hearts and money!

I can't figure out why PayPal showed a pending refund for the $240 and then they tried to PayPal you $59?? Is the $240 refund still showing up?

as per our phone call she advised me not only are they not the same david and tracey lyons with the same emails phone numbers and address, but that she was on parole!
