Alan, I'll be blunt. You're nothing more than a shamelessly self-centered individual with no class or integrity.

First you incessantly complained about getting warned for whoring your cages in various BOI threads that had nothing to do with you. Your complaining was rather amusing, because like a three year old that got caught with his hands in the cookie jar, you denied any wrongdoing. This despite the blatency of your actions. It was explained to you time and again that BOI threads were not your personal classified section. You chose to ignore that, and you were dealt the consequences.

Then, you claimed to have some damaging info that simply did not exist and tried to extort money from Jeff Barringer for it. Jeff knew you for your true character and turned you away. That must have really gotten under your skin, as you did not get the attention, or the money, that you were demanding.

Fast forward to today, and you tragically seem to think that you are someone of consequence and want to try once again to throw someone under the bus in order to make yourself somehow seem relevant. Sorry, Allen, you showed your true lack of integrity and emotional development some time ago.

Go ahead and watch tv with your son. Perhaps he can teach you something about maturing while the two of you are at it.

I see nothing nefarious in what you have posted. I don't see where Rich said he was out to get or ruin KS with his actions. What I do see is Rich using the purchase of Kingsnakes.com to get a good laugh out of it and pissing off Jeff B. to no end. Basically a tit-for-tat thing. Jeff pissed off Rich so Rich runs out and does something to piss off Jeff. Kinda of like what is going on with this thread and many others recently.

Now you have also made statements that Rich "lost" the lawsuit. I also seem to remember you claiming you have evidence to prove this. Please post this information as I believe we would all like to see what you are claiming to have. (If it was not you, I apologize in advance for the error.)

Kingsnakes.com was bought to get under Jeff's skin at that time. Hey there Captain Obvious, that was stated publicly even before you came across this "secret." Little hint Alan- it's only a secret if the everybody and their brother doesn't already know.

Once again, your vain attempts at self-promotion at someone else's expense has only hurt yourself. Par for the course with you, Alan.

As I said previously, you really need to be getting some lessons on maturity and emotional development from your son. That isn't a jab at your son, Alan. Quite the contrary- I'm stating that even lacking a mentally stable father figure, his intellectual maturity most likely supercedes yours by leaps and bounds. He could probably provide you with some solid mentoring. In short, in case you were too obtuse to grasp it, it was a commentary on the sad state of affairs that is you.

Also, Alan, I feel compelled to correct a key bit of misinformation that you tossed out there. When you approached Jeff, trying to sell this oh-so incriminating evidence and were turned away, there was no talk of settlement. The matter was still pending, and talk of Rich and Jeff putting that behind them didn't come until approximately one to two months later. At the time you tried selling your dud of a bombshell, both parties were still litigating, as shown by court documents.

Finally, Alan, since you are prone to misinformation for the sake of self promotion, let me correct your assertion that Rich lost the case, or whatever the fib of the month is. The verifiable fact of the matter is that the case was dismissed with prejudice on 12 Oct 2004 by the Honorable Lee Yeakel, U.S. District Court Judge. I believe that you stated that Rich, Jeff, or whomever couldn't divulge this info- it's public info, Alan, and is available for those who know where to look. Heck, I'll even save you the time, trouble, and money (after all, that $0.08 per page fee can be a real deal breaker)... it's posted as an attachment to this reply.

I believe this thread, and others inspired by Alan today, show the need to not only trust yourself once again with the ability to ban people for cause, but also to find as many ways as possible to compress as many links to the causative posts as possible. Every time someone views any post by Alan anywhere in this site, they should see that he has had serious issues here, and then click onto the most impugning of them.

Thanks for posting that Ken. Pacer is a wonderful tool. That right there shows both parties agreed to have the case dismissed, no relief (damages) was granted, and it can never be filed again. For those that may not know or are wondering, any case that is dismissed with predjudice can never be brought/filed again.

Ok well lets start this off by asking if people think Rich Z AKA Webslave is a fair even ethical man that does no wrong and doesnt underhand people for donations , paying to view things then setting the rules back ( when the vague rules cant be found much less upheld evenly to all members )


So let me ask you this In the Kingsnake Vs Fauna classifieds lawsuit was rich Z responsible for his loosing the lawsuit to Jeff B for using the website name "kingsnakes.com to draw traffic from jeffs site as a redirect to faunaclassifieds.com ....??

Did Rich Z mislead people by inflating the member base of this website to then draw in new mmbers having them pay him for services and then change the services over 1/2 a dozen times along the way ??

Does rich Z use peoples personal PM's and other items against them when they disagree with him or may have some unflattering comments to be made ? does Rich Z shelter loosewheel from any subjective comments like a 5yr old ???
