Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Alan, you know that I have no problem with you, but I do think it is strange that you are all upset about one of "the dogs" coming after you (in this case, "the facilitator", aka Lucille) considering you are the one that kicked her. Although I must say that this thread I am quite sure will prove counter productive to what you are attempting to accomplish. I hope you concidered that possible consequence before posting this VERY humorous info.
What Rich did was perfectly legal. It may even have proved to be an intelligant move on his part in the long run. I do not know since i don't follow all that web war crap. But it doesn't seem to point at any lack of integrity, morals, or honesty on Rich's behalf. Even the courts dismissed it. (I suppose the judge is on the take? LOL)
If this was done to spite this other dude at KS, than it may be looked at as somewhat petty, or childish in some aspects, but certainly not deserving of the credit or discredit you are trying to bestow upon Him with this thread. And certainly not what I'd expect to see in the BOI.

Ok if I over step my bounds here Rich feel free to remove this post, but this I feel has to be said.
1. The case was dismissed and can never be filed again
2. Rich and Jeff made nice with each other and agreed to not be a part of any pissant bullshit (sorry lack of better verbage) again
3. No money was exchanged except legal fees
4. If Rich and Jeff can make up why in the holy hell can't we all just put our own differences aside when it comes down to helping the community?
5. This whole thing has been picked apart and beaten down too many times for me to count on TRR. Yeah I was a part of it at one time but honestly holding a grudge is just counter-productive.
6. Alan I like you a lot guy. You are quite funny and produce a pretty darn good product. I like Rich too. And all three of us have had a difference in opinion before but you know what? I don't dwell on it anymore.
7. Alan just used the boi for something he felt was important. Many people do that every day. I am not holding this against him because he did what he felt was right. That if I am correct is what this is about anyway. Maybe his shot was a little off last night. But I really feel he used the boi for what it was set up to be used as. I would highly recommend other think on it in these terms and not hold anything against Alan or Rich for that matter.

All IMHO: If it were all that innocent .... kum bay ya ! But with a history of false posting alias', the whole extortion plan with Jeff, which was pathetic, and his inability to express himself without being in some childish attack mode .... maybe his shot isn't just a little off, and not just last night. Probably an excellent cage builder, but with a penchant to make an ass of himself repeatedly here. I'm not putting any trust in someone who tried to sell "inside information" so as to influence a civil legal issue where he had no dog in the hunt, and then tried once again to defame members here. I am not Rich's or Lucille's buddy, but I don't need to be to dislike Alan's actions. I am all for "can't we all just get along", but it ain't gonna happen here so long as Alan stays "stuck on stupid".

I think most of us would agree with you. In Alans case we should emphasize "TRYING", because he fails every time, and he has tried several times before to "cut throats".

Whether Alan's motivation was that "I don't like you because you don't like that person ..." is not the issue here, or in any of the concurrent parallel threads, and is an innacurate characterization of what has happened here. Edmund Burke said, noted British statesman and philosopher of the 1700's, is best known for this quote: ‘The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.’ Thankfully, many of the more level-headed and decent members of Fauna took the time to post their disdain for Alan's actions here. If he wants to continue the trouble .... come on down, cause he'll get smacked down all over again, with prejudice.

Perhaps a bit off-topic, but an excellent point. A few of us expressed significant reservations with Rich's decision to relax rules, membership participation, and allowing banned entities access again. In just a few days the results are not encouraging. This thread is nothing but Alan 2004 and Alan 2005 all over again. The blink of an eye that it takes to burn something down will always be an insult to the time it took to build it up. That certain specific entities have a clear and proven track record of mischief and harm to this site, and are now allowed to be keyboard warriors here again, contains nothing of encouragement. For too many occasional but valued members here, it will cease to be worth the trouble. Again, all just IMHO.
