I'm not 100% sure on red-ear slider laws. To my knowledge they are illegal, but I am not a turtle person.

Red-eared sliders are a common non-native turtle that has been popular in the pet trade. Red-eared sliders are listed as a conditional species in Florida. Anyone that possessed a pet red-eared slider before July 1, 2007 can legally keep their turtle and no permit is required. However, Floridians are not allowed to acquire red-eared sliders as personal pets after that date.

Anyone importing or possessing red-eared sliders for research, exhibition, or out of state sale is required to have a Conditional/Prohibited/Nonnatve Species Permit. Certified aquaculturists with restricted species authorization from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may possess and cultivate red-eared sliders for out of state sale and for sale to permitted Florida researchers, exhibitors or dealers, or to other certified aquaculturists. Authorized aquaculturists that import red-eared sliders also must obtain a special permit.

Ok just saw that this scumbag made an email with our business name under yahoo and had been using our alias to push his stuff when we only Sell ball pythons we do not have a youtube channel, we do not sell turtles. I do not believe that you did not realize you were affiliated with Anthony as he has you all over his page talking about sales. Also when this issue was brought up in the feedback group you had something to say. I do not know you and have never talked with you. I do believe you had nothing to do with the transactions that occurred here or the slander and threats that followed. You did a great job getting the message to him though as I see he is already planning to make another website on me.

I do now see that you can in fact not trust Rick and I do not wish to be assosciated with his name in any way J9Turtlepower / Cristin Ransom. I was not a part of any of the transactions as you said you believe but I do not wish to have my name tarnished by someone who falsely used my business name, also I feel that if you do include that one comment where I was going based off of information presented that you should include it all rather than the part where I tell you to drop it after you've been refunded as I was just being an admin in the group. Lucille when we first started selling snakes our operation was very small I met Rick, he offered to help me sell some of our lesser quality (less expensive snakes) I see now that this was a rouse to get our business name involved with his and then use our logo and name to make turtle sales as his name was tarnished. He in fact never sold one snake for us and other than one facebook ad that I can recall did he really use our name for snakes. I am only a member of ball python groups so I cant see the turtle groups where he posted the ads and I was not informed that he made a channel under our name with an email he had access too (aka the yahoo one). Once again anything I can do to help let me know.

Thank you, as I stated I didn't think you had anything to do with the anguish and torment Anthony has put us through. I am sorry to hear he was using your business name with out your permission. He made me believe in our conversations before all this transpired that was him and his brothers business name. Come to find out he doesn't have a brother either.

Addison, unfortunately there are times when a legal partnership relationship is created without the parties expressly naming others as partners, they merely work together for profit.
Dissolution is not necessarily automatic when the parties go their ways if the public still sees combined names and there is no notice, and the partners are responsible for what the other partners do.
You admit to the sharing of logo and business name. I strongly suggest you read about partnership dissolution and take those steps (they are not especially expensive or onerous) since Anthony's actions seem pretty over the top and may be actionable, and you may suffer fallout if you do not take those steps.

I strongly suggest that you help Cristen out, maybe with some turtles just as PR, and put distance-legal distance- between yourself and Anthony.

Addisen didn’t you just get a free albino from him? And he calls you his son and true family? You seen all his post on his page about us! You even commented on a few. However I don’t believe you had anything to do with the purchase between myself and him..
I love how he claims we’re stalking him yet we haven’t said 1 word, nor shared any of the screenshots people are sending us. We posted in a reptile feedback group and I made 1 post on my page and group because he literally wanted me to send him a dead turtle back 5 months later! Which is sick.

I did not have any contract or any legal situation going with him he just offered to sell my snakes for a small finders fee, I then saw by some of Cristin Ransom's screenshots that he put our logo with his when selling the snakes to show the breeder they were from. I never expressed any consent to him using my business name. All of this was done in the dark behind my back, we did not merge he just told me he wanted to let his buyers know where the snakes came from and we already had a little logo with one of our world first snakes on it, WE NEVER GAVE HIM ANY IDEA THAT WE WERE PARTNERS NOR THAT HE WAS ALLOWED TO CONDUCT JOINT BUSINESS. We did not share the business name with him. I was not part of the dealing at all I will however help her take steps against Rick.

Partnerships come from how parties deal with one another. No contract or express mention of relationship is necessary. He helped you sell your snakes and there is a logo with the names of both of you.

I am mentioning all this for your benefit. If you choose to not respond or to argue, it doesn't matter to me.

Lucille I understand what you are saying I never gave him the authority to do that and it is on him we told him for when he was playing middle man he could use our name to tell buyers where the snakes were from, he has been falsely using our name with fake emails under solely our business and fraudulently doing this apparently to people and this is the first i've been made aware of it I have made no financial gain or any sales from any of his dealings. Thanks for atleast starting this thread so we can see this man's true colors.

Candipatton I had no idea of all of this that was happening, we have shipped about 10 snakes since the beginning of 2018 all through shipyourreptiles/fedex and no one has ever brought this to our attention. Never saw any dispute or anything of this matter. My lord this is all ridiculous that this guy was doing all this behind my back as the admins and mods can see via my posts here im sure even when I delete old for sale threads. I have never sold anything other than ball pythons and feeder insects here ever. I hope they can back this up for me as well. I am beyond angry at this point.
