Excuses..
1. my neck from surgery didn't permid me to get out of bed. But my girlfriend is going to ship everything
2. my stupid g/f wrecked our car on the way to ship the animal
3. I went to ship the animal Friday and on the way my friend that was driving went into a really bad seizure.
4. sorry, but I have a new job I started saturday and will be working all day today (Monday), but I will have my fiance ship her out tomorrow
5. sorry I haven't responded in a couple of days, but the new job is out of control
6. my wireless internet has been down since the last time we taked.
7. my dog chewed up my charger wire for my laptop

Yeah, I'm sure that sounds pretty out there and far fetched, but unfortunately all of that plus about a million more things have went terribly wrong in my life lately. I can send you my medical bills and MRI if you'd like. I've never had a problem with the purchasing and selling of animals until here recently and it's ruining my life since basically animals are my life. I apologize if you want to take my misfortune and turn into something that questions my ethic or business approach, but please, and I do mean please, do not under any situation say or suggest that these things did not happen to me. Oh, and you want to hear some more wonderful news from the life of Richard Yingling? I had one of my closet friends pass away at the age of 24 and to top it all off, my grandmother died 4 days later. So, I'm sorry it seems that everything that could go wrong does go wrong with me, but this reptiles are the love of my life and I would never try to jeopardize any relationship I have with a buyer, seller, author, or any and everybody in the herp world.

I just had to laugh when i saw someone had a bad dealing with him, here's what happen with me:

I had a wanted ad on kingsnake for large groups of 3-toed box turtles, he replied to it and he said he had 50 of them, we agreed on a price. Then i asked what about shipping, and he said he wanted $200 for shipping because there were so many. But i said the deal would never be worth it to me after adding $200 to it, so i told him i would split it. He said ok, and that he would send it second day, and ship that tuesday for thursday arrival, it was spring at the time, so i figured what the heck. I havn't done any 2nd day shippings this year at all and really hate doing them, but i hoped for the best. Well tuesday night comes and i emailed him for the tracking number and he said we said he would ship on wed. And i showed him the email where he said he would ship on tuesday! because i already made plans to be here thursday for there arrival@ I told him i wanted them shipped out wed for thursday arrival and you take the loss because it was your screw up, So wed comes, and i get a phone call this time! And it was him, "Andy my g/f hit another car and destoyed it and i have a bad back now, and i have to go to the hospital' But i asked him if he got the turtles shipped and he said yes, he had them overnighted FED-EX. I had my doubts by this time. So thursday morning comes, i never thought i'd see my turtles or my money again, mind you i had over a thousand dollars in this deal, but my door bell rang and i signed for the box and they were mine! The box weighed 52 LBS, i would of hated to see what it costs to ship that! There were 3 dead out of 50. He said he would re-fund me that money, but it has been over two months ago, and still have never seen the money! But hey at least i got 47 alive turtles, this guy though, really seems out there and quite the jokester

got lucky. I had bought a Female Red Tail from him and he gave me the exact same excuses. EXACTLY the same and everyone of them. After about a month he gave me my money back but it was rediculous. After all that he said he couldn't ship because he wouldn't be making any money off the snake. I bought the snake for 85shipped (a steal I know but he was saying he really needed to get rid of her, he didn't have the room) He said there was only one place for him to ship and it was gonna cost like 60.00. I have never heard of DHL charging 60.00 for like a 2lb box??? I am sorry that you got screwed. If there is anything I can do to help let me know. In my opinion this guy needs to be banned from the business. Thanks. SSR.

Forgot to mention that I am reporting him for internet fraud to The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) Maybe that will get his attention!

Oh, and a quick question. Do you have something out for me or something? I know we don't know eachother, but just trying to figure it out. Well first off, this post, you seemed to be making fun of my disabilities or by saying that they were not even real. Also, in the post about sperm plugs, you seemed to act like I was a moron by what I said, which in that post, I clearly said I may be wrong and please correct me, but my answer was my opinion due to other statements I've heard in books and on television. Well anway, I'm sorry if I was wrong about the attacks or if you were just trying to expose me for the disabled half-cripple that I am with a lot of huge, not so common problems occuring back to back. I'm not really sure that helped any of the greif or depression that these things have caused though. Well anway, thanks for making me feel like more of a worthless cripple than I already do.

Yes, unfortunately those things DID happen, and if those people would've written more about the entire story, they would've had included the parts about our converstations about my stuggles from day to day and we had worked out an agreement. None of them have brought it to my attention that they were upset with anything. All I've gotten from them is "Take your time and when you're in a better situation we can sort this out" or "I'm really sorry about all the trouble you have been having and you we can fix everything when you get in a more stable financial standing". But, I guess that's the way things go. I keep being torn further and further down until I feel like nothing and it seems like every time I turn around there is another foot stepping on my head. Anyway, like I said before, none of those people showed any sign of anger or aggrivation towards me and I had no idea they felt that way, so to them, I apologize. But, like I said, it may take a while but I can provide you with all documentaion of the car accidents, different types of surgery, and all up to date information on the several conditions I have in my spine and vertebre. Also, to you, I apologize for the response "thanks for making me feel like a cripple". I was freaking out because life just seems to be getting worse and worse for me with nothing to look up to and in the comotion of me crying and wondering over and over what did I do to deserve this, I got a little carried away. But the truth is, that is what my conditions make me feel like. Would you like it if your doctor told you that you would never be able to do any of the physical activities you once did and that you were going to be addicted to pain killers for the rest of your life. I mean, when your own doctor has an outlook that awful, it's kind of hard to think positive although I do my best. Well, here's the end of this one. I'm sorry if the writing about me has caused you all to question what type of person I really am and I can't blame you. I would probably be wondering to if I saw those things. I also know that you all don't know me very well so it may be easier to lean toward the negative person. Anyway, for what it's worth, out of every since person i PERSONALLY know, I seem to be the sweetest, most caring, giving, and thoughtful person out of all of them. I hope a few people that talked about a few mess-ups I had and didn't bother to mention that they had never shown harsh feelings towards me and they were actually really supportive of my whole situation do not act in your decision on whether to like me or hate me and think I'm something that I despise (liar/thief). I've been a herp head since I could walk and I love the things you people do, so I would really hate to lose it over something that was put out completely out of context to what the person and I were communicating about, but I thank you for your time and would just like you all to keep in mind that there are many things in life we can't control and even sometimes they happen over and over to some of the best people in the world.

Dude you say you never want to jeopardize your name, but did the lady get her hognose yet? you said to her that you had friends that told you not to sell it because it may be a new morph, well you should have asked them before you made a deal with this other person. Once a deal is made, it's made regardless of anything else. People that back out of deals suck and I know I have no respect for them.

Your customers don't care about your problems, issues or tragedies. They just want their animals.
If it is such an issue delivering on what was promised then you obviously aren't ready to be "in business". Give the woman her money back.
Personally I would never do business with some one who is victim to so many calamities. I'd be ascared of that black cloud following them around.

I think I would set a date to hear from him by. Email him that date and say if you don't hear anything by then you will refund her money and add it to his bill.

I find it odd that you are now trying to break the TOS upon your name being plastered all over the BOI for not refunding Jenea's money for the western hognose that you never shipped to her. As it is, I'm taking the $60 refund out of what little money you've sent me as it should have gone to her in the first place.

How are you taking food from your kids when it was my money to begirn with me. Nevermind, I don't want this to get rude or anything like that. My spine is so crushed, I can't work, therefore, I have no source of income. 2nd I'm waiting on my lawyer to prepare my case so he can take what little money I do get form disability. I broke both my hips and a vertebra in my spine while SERVING MY COUNTRY, yet I got no help other than a boot in the ass to go back to Wisconsin with a medical discharge and a chunk of change. I get no help, I put up with my injuries and work 2 jobs despite the pain and limited abilities. The VA has had my claim for over a year now but do I mope about it and tell bill collectors my sob story? No. I still have to pay my bills, they don't go back on contracts or forgive debt if you get injured.

Um...You know, through all the garbage this kid told you there is one very minor detail that nobody has remembered:

DSL will do a pickup from your house. Especially on a live animal. I've shipped live animals overnight and have had them pick them up as some of the shipping stores around here won't take a live animal from me.

So all these excuses about him amazingly not being able to drop off the snake is crap
