    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

RJ's Exotics inquiry

All i can say is with some luck RJ is going out of business soon. he has gone from a house he was selling out of to a half-way decent location in a plaza, to a dumpy little warehouse kind of place with a rat-room off the side. From what I am hearing now, he now is working out OF the rat-room. If this isn't the dying throws of a failing business, I don't know what is. Thank god.. maybe all of those animals that he was keeping in there will actually have a chance now... Call RJ's up and get in on the animals.. may be able to get them cheap... Oh wait, you cant... his phone is disconnected.... get in touch on he website.... oh wait... you cant, it is down... Hmmm enough said.
 
there is nothing more satisfying than seeing this scumbag suffer and loose his business. I hope he doesnt get the chance to rip anybody else off.
 
Exactly... couldn't happen to a nicer guy.. what goes around comes around. I'm sure he will still rip someone off...he still has some animals to sell...

at least you got a nice albino for about the price of a nice albino. still sucks that he lied to you and still he did rip you off. good luck with the albino though
 
Thats what I had told Eric after it was discovered that it is in fact an Albino... He paid a good price for an Albino... would have been a GREAT price for a Sunglow, but it is a good price for an Albino.. Still think its BS that Rob scammed him to get him to buy it. Like i said before, atleast he is almost out of business... as he told me in an E-mail when I got into an e-mail exchange with him.... He is working on his "fight career"... all I can say is I hope he is better at fighting than he is Reptiles... cause if he isn't he is looking forward to a LONG painful experience.
 
lets just hope this is true. If you are truly his good friend you should consult him as to his business practices because he screwed up his name really bad.
 
i no he did and i think this is why he shut down there is a lot of people he screwed and that hate him so i think that is main reason well for people who hate him all there days should be happy. But this is true he shut up his shop
 
I don't think anyone hates Rob for any other reason than the way he treats his customers. I mean, you can only treat people like they are stupid and misrepresent your animals for so long before people get tired of it and say something to you. RJ isn't out of business because of people not liking him, he is out of business because he put himself there. He could have done well if he wanted to put himself out there as an honest person and do right by his customers. Hopefully he will do right by Eric on his latest "scam", but I am afraid Eric is out... then again, at least he didn't pay Sunglow prices... he still got a great looking Albino.
 
Well, he was in it as of last weekend... what has happened in the last few days that he can't be bothered to atleast answer his e-mail.. he is hiding from people... If you talk to him, ask him to try to save whatever face he may have left.. He has to be a man someday.... may as well start now.

I **think** its the same one I was looking at, I actually bought 3 albinos from him over the last few weeks. One was my one eyed wonder Popeye, which I knew had the one eye. He was a cage mate to what I was told was a female and what I think is the one you have. He wanted $750 from me for that one, never said it was anything other than an albino to me. I also bought two others- I was told they are argentine albinos, maybe, maybe not- that I got from him. I paid $450 for the one eyed, and $900 each for the argentines. Luckily, they seem healthy, though they did have mites when I got them.

No offense Eric, but if I wanted that posted on here, I would have just posted it on here myself instead of sending it to you in a PM.

Other than the mite issues, I have no complaints about the snakes I got from RJ's. All have eaten enthusiastically and seem to be fine. I dealt with RJ's on and off for years, and while I am not defending Rob, now I know why I got my snakes relatively cheap. It must have been his version of a fire sale.
 
Rob couldn't have totally dissappeared from the face of the earth... He hasn't even read the e-mail that i sent him... It's sad really... screw all that you can to get fast money, and Boom.... gone for good..
 
I think he is he is no longer going to have anything to do with reptiles and i heard he is moving out of new hampshire and going somewhere out in the states maybe to start a ne wlife who no maybe he will change and we will see him again in a few years with a new shop.

I unfortunately have a friend who is in for @ 2k with Rob. He has sent money but now Rob can't even return his calls or emails. Hope all works out and he ends up getting his money's worth. One can only hope....

Well, if what you are saying Lizard, and he is moving out of state, I hope that I never hear of him doing anyhting with reptiles again.... People don't change.. they just find ways to make people THINK they have. If he is a scammer now, he will be a scammer until the day that he dies... Unfortunate, but very true

That sux. I hope he gets his money or animals but i wouldnt hold my breath. Wish he would have checked here first.
