Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The issue was NEVER about Laura posting ads...it was about you posting on her account - that's why you have your own, now, remember? This thread is not about your infractions, or your failure to comprehend site policy; so please stick to the topic of the thread you created.
From this point forward, you'll start racking up infractions if you can't manage to do so
 
Now, back to my non moderator question -
Your opening post referenced getting people to join in a lawsuit; but you couldn't manage to respond to my prior inquiry about that:
Do you have a lawsuit pending against Rob Starzman? (That is a yes/no type question)
Are you simply fishing for dirt, hoping other people have had problems with him? (again, yes/no)
Are you simply raising the implication of a lawsuit in an attempt to impact his business/reputation (yes/no)

You readily admit that this is strictly retaliatory, and you don't seem to care about the impression you're giving people; but please provide something of substance, or crawl back under your bridge.

Everything I sell I own. I do post on kingsnake as well using my registered business name. Since sustaining a back injury last summer, I have been unable to work in my regular job so I have decided to try and make a living in the reptile business, something I’ve always loved and will continue to have passion for. I appreciate all the kind words from everyone and thank you for helping to support my family….selling snakes is by far a lot more fun than collecting disability on the taxpayers dime.

In April of 2011, I sold Artie a male lesser platinum ball python and he seemed happy with the deal. We have had no other contact other than a few basic sales inquiries until last week.

After I posted Artie’s name he started threatening me and in a private message I told him that if his hostility didn’t stop I would post the Newday article of his arrest. I now realize this was a mistake since it has led to numerous threats by Artie on me and my family. I’ve had to file a report with the local police precinct and have been advised by the officer working the case to not engage him and politely ask him to not contact me any further.

Artie, I am sorry for posting your name and your arrest. I had nothing to do with you getting arrested nor did I provide any information to any law enforcement agency concerning the Burmese pythons. While I don’t condone owning illegal animals, I would never rat out a fellow herper regardless if it were Burmese pythons, alligators, or something as dangerous as hots.
 
Unfortunately, Artie has lost his posting privileges because he can't manage to keep his posts relevant to the threads in which he is posting. (in the other thread)

On a personal level, Artie, you started a retaliatory thread, with some vague comments that you refuse clarify. Your behavior throughout this thread has been rather trollish...sorry if you find that reference insulting, but I doubt many would argue its accuracy.
 
I have to admit that I've given some consideration to withdrawing the infraction that sent Artie out of here, because he made the post prior to my final warning...but I'm not going to do it. Whether he doesn't understand, or simply doesn't care about the rules, isn't for me to say - I suspect it is a bit of both.

That is, of course, your choice...but violating the rules of the site does come with consequences, and you can only do what you want for just do long before it catches up with you. That attitude is what got your other account banned, remember?

i dont know why you did it but you did i have gone thru every email you have sent us

the problems with you and artie came after you posted the address ( i would expect more from someone in the business newsday i can understand but you )

you decided to post his arrest and choose to include my address in the post

that was your choice you and artie never had a problem before this why did you

decide to make problems when most of us on long island know that justin supplied you with

money to buy and flip snakes you do not own your collection alone.

you also clamied to another party that a hidden gene woma that you were partners with

died and then a short time later sold a hidden gene that looked very simliar to another person

lastly , hh artie may be a bit over the top but you had a hand in putting him there

For the record, I didn't issue Artie any infractions for anything he said to me as a result of my questions/comments...his problem was simply that he chose not to abide by the rules of this site. I even warned him privately that he would only get away with it for so long before he ran into problems.

has led to this when half this site has partners, and I dont see there names listed on

there ads i think after i sent you my id YOU should have stopped the thread but YOU

for whatever reason wanted it to continue once you recieved the id it should have been

over but like my husband told rob you cant light a fire and run away what happens from

here who knows

I do know that rob didnt steal anything from me

but he is a rat he made his statement on this forum about me posting for my husband

for no reason, making it appear to be something serious when i think everyone agrees it

was nothing he also siad that he already reported artie to the police for threats i have

thru emails i dont think meeting at mma gym is a threat but i understand he made a

mistake and cant take it back i just hope it gets settled soon
 
If you guys are as happly married as you say then wouldnt you know what is going on with him? Seeing as you are both in this together, one would think that both parties would know what there going to say or do.
 
clarification of above - I thought you meant the actual content of the response was the problem...yes, Artie using your account to reply is a violation of the TOS.
