Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well first off billz is the one who said he lived 1 hour drive from me that would put him in

brooklyn not long island we didnt find his address until someone emailed me with it so

that is how we found out where he lived so we were wrong in that aspect as far as

the dirty tubs that is what bill said was the problem with us the begining of his complaint

but he didnt mentioned that till two days after his first post our point that it was bs

as far as his legal problems they will be posted as soon as they come up


starzman has said nothing about any problems with how we do business just that my name

appeared on my account and not arties ( which is handled )

It would have to be something pretty bad for me to take disciplinary action against anything they say to me at this point. I've taken a somewhat antagonistic approach with a few of my posts, and that pretty much takes me out of the moderator role in this thread...or, at the very least, it means that anything I act on will have to be a VERY clear violation of site policy, so my response cannot reasonably be called into question.
That does not, however, mean that these two threads can in any way be considered unmoderated.
 
so as it stands you guys have nothing to say about any business dealings with us

however if you do a simple search of this site there is 2 post which are favorable to us

I know what you mean, but I don't really think anyone would notice them after trying to decipher what Laura and Artie are trying to say. I'm not sure why any of us are even wasting our time with them other than for the entertainment value.
 
Just got an email from Lartie. When I asked that they not clutter up my Inbox, I assumed they'd understand that that request extended to all of them, not just Fauna PMs. What was I thinking when I made that assumption?! Anyway, just thought that I'd post it, since it's just so awesomely ironic that my posting public information about Artie would get them so worked up. After all, this thread's sole purpose is to be a petty insinuation of misconduct being presented as an equally petty solicitation of dirt on someone who has ostensibly done nothing wrong. By posting this thread, you've forfeited any right to complain about anyone's perceived pettiness toward you.

By the way, if I've ever had any direct interactions with Artie, it's news to me. I haven't been to Hamburg since 2009/10, so I kinda think her story is based in :icon_bs:, or a weak little threat. I suppose that it is possible, though. However, if it did happen, it was in the context of a nameless buyer dealing with a nameless seller. Whatever I may have bought must not have impressed me enough to remember him. :shrug01:

I take it the above comment was directed to the site and its owner and moderators simply because it followed the comment about being suspended.

Let me make this quick and easy. You can address members (yes, that includes moderators) however you see fit if it falls within the rules of the site.

Suspensions, banning, infraction points, etc. fall within a moderators duty. In performing these tasks, Antagonism will not be tolerated.
You'll be done here real quick if you keep it up.
 
I have read this whole thread and nowhere have I seen ANY proof that Rob Starzman has ever done anything wrong. There is nothing illegal, unethical, or even against the TOS of this site about partnering with someone to sell animals. If I missed something, please tell me. And if there is something else, where is the proof? Don't most people who come here about a person/business have to provide proof of wrongdoing? This is clearly a crock of sh** and is only here as revenge to drag an innocent, good person's name through the mud. There is no real point to this thread accept to give Lartie a place to rant. I'd love to see it locked and forgotten about!

thread you shouldnt post rob has already admitted selling animals which he didnt own

alone so when he post them for sale on this it was a violation of tos post animals that

are not his in reality he never cowned them or ever hade them in his care .


but again this thread is for info nothing more i havent accused rob of anything other

than what i believe he did the 2 things it been well noted that he he has no problem

calling the police over "threats to him and his family " that dont exist they may have

harse words but no laws were broken .I believe rob to be a rat for whatever reason

you really think its was ok for rob to post the

begining of this thread with no recourse its long time coming when people are held

accountable for what they put on computer posts.
 
He didn't post anything that wasn't public record...and the information wasn't even new to this website. I didn't even know you were a member here until you posted in the original thread about the story back in September.

I posted here bercause I have had personal dealing with Rob and know he is a good guy. It is NOT against the rules of this site to partner with someone and sell the animals on YOUR ACCOUNT YOURSELF. Are you new to the business? Several breeders do this and I've never heard anyone, besides you, try to say it's unethical. Rob has done nothing wrong. If you and Artie didn't want people to know you are crimminals you shouln't have broken the law. As was said this is a matteof puplic record and was in the news. And Harald the way I took the posting of your address was another attempted threat, "I know were you live" sort of thing.

Here is Robs post. Where does he admit to selling other people's snakes? And since you missed it, I posted my experience with Rob. Wasn't that what you asked for? Your problem was posting on our WIFE'S ACCOUNT AS YOUR WIFE. And what about the threats from you and Laura?
 
Laura/Artie....not sure why you are attempting to redirect at me, but I will gladly tell you that Matt dropped off a few females last year that I bred to my males and we co owned the clutches together. I don't know why you feel the need to answer to you because I posted your name...no need to be secretive, maybe the publicity will help you move some animals.
