    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Bad Guy Robert Ringhoff of PA,

When a package is shipped via Delta, is there a weight that is put on the label?
Would that not help in determining how many snakes were or were not in the box?
 
Robert, pick which version of the truth that you are going to stick with. You did send me some of the pics that you have posted on here, but not all of these. And if that is indeed a male lesser in the pic that you have labeled as such, that is a sorry looking lesser. Looks like I didn't miss out on much not receiving that animal. I would provide a picture of the mojaves, lessers, and the couple normals that you kept, but I don't have them to take pics of since you kept them. You even agreed on the phone that your pics were crap and that you were having 'computer problems'. You are now telling me that I am gullible for buying into you scam. I did get pics, but not all of the ones that you are now posting. Who would care if they received pics of some normals? Still haven't seen pics of the other females that you allegedly sent to me: no lesser, pastels, and no pics of either a male or female ghost that I supposedly received. I will have to get one of my friends over here to take some pics of me popping these two extra male pastels that you sent me.

I also didn't know that your wife and I have screwed. You brought your wife and kid into this, even your "brother". Part of your annoying phone calls were "my wife wants to know if you want the snakes or not" and "look at these prices online that we should sell them for if he isn't going to buy them". What was the call about making the payment? I told you the payment was pushed back a week for tax returns and still offered a 25% down payment that you turned down. Then I get a call days later that your wife is mad because there is no money yet and there are too many snakes in the house. After that, the next week she wanted half the money and the other half the following week. Also at this point, I told you that I didn't care what your wife had to say about any of this since I have never talked to her. That's when you said that she is just an idiot and bitchy. A few days later the full amount was paid as agreed.
 
The delta slip said 28# and the online info said 27#. The 27# would be from the 'attempted' first and second time that Robert supposedly tried to ship the package. The package was supposed to be multiple boxes taped together, but all of a sudden was only one. Can't figure that out. Still no heat packs with the stuff; fortunately they were warm enough in flight. Robert also said that it cost him $50 to park for a few hours at the airport. Does any airport in the world charge $50 for three hours of parking???
 
Jason, enough with the hearsay, fabricated phone conversations and he said she said bs. Proof is what people deserve to see. I am content in letting this community make up their owns minds based on fact not your fiction.

Actually... I have not seen enough proof posted by either of you to know who may be stretching the truth. Therfore I will not even begin to make a judgement on who's in the right or wrong. My only thing was with the words that you typed. Nothing more... nothing less.

As to my business practices... my business ethics are without reproach. I normally go above and beyond what is needed to make my customers happy. There are members here that can attest to this and have in my own BOI threads. But this thread is not about me.

You spoke your mind and I pointed out flaws in your logic. Dont be mad at me because I dont see the world as you do.

Right now I'm sure most who are reading don't know who is lying, and if they are smart won't deal with either of you.

I can see how others may be confused about who is telling the truth. I can vouch for Jason, and that he did not receive what he was supposed to. Again my husband is the one that went to the airport that night to pick up the snakes. Is there anything I can do to prove this?
 
Where is my fiction? You haven't provided any emails that you say you have other than the 1 that you posted that I had already posted. You are the one that said I called you and told you that I am unhappy with the animals that I received. You STILL have not provided proof that you have even accepted that alleged call from me. When was that call made??? It's not on my phone record.

The community is already making up their minds. You are not answering hardly any of their questions or mine and continuously changing the context of their words. If you are so sure that you sent me the correct animals, why can't I return them for a refund?

I am not as concerned about people make a possible future purchase from me as I am concerned about people making future purchases from Ringhoff and getting scammed. I am more than happy to to not make a sale if it will save someone all of the problems that I have endured with this thief. I can not and will not force someone to take either side. The only thing I can tell them is I told you so when they get scammed with Ringhoff. I also would not have submitted the scam to the FBI IC3 if I was the scammer.

Photo or video documentation while opening the box would be idea... but I would bet it doesn't exist. :shrug01:

I am having a hard time following what is being posted. There really hasn't been any proof produced from either party, per se.:shrug01: There is a TON of he said she said going on!
 
What other proof can I provide? Did anyone notice that there are no date stamps on the provided pictures? Being given this info, he can take the new pictures like he is already doing and change the date on the camera that he is using to make it the past. I don't have video of opening the box. It had multiple layers of tape on it so I would probably be accused of opening the improper styro box before recording it anyway. I can provide all the proof in the world, including a signed notorized contract if there was one, and could still not be believed. Like I have said many times, it's up to YOU to if you want to risk buying from that scammer.
 
why dont you post the pictures that you received from me? I think that would prove when the pictures were taken and the validity of them, as well as how you say they were such horrible pics. You claiim that I recently took the pics, well then that means you have different ones right? Prove it.
 
Then why don't you come over here and hold the camera and take the picture while I pop all those males that you call females to prove that you can't properly sex snakes??? I can't hold the camera and pop them at the same time. The animals that you just took the pictures of yesterday can't be taken here ovbiously since you still have those several animals. Are you going to answer anymore of the questions that have been asked of you the last couple pages? You only answer about 10% of the questions. All of your mis-direction of changing to something else or only answering one question is tiresome to say the least. Why are most of your pics being double posted? Is that a trick to make it look like you are posting pics of all of the snakes? Your pics don't prove that you sent me all of those animals. As ridiculous as some people are like you, some will think/claim that I am taking pics of different animals or leaving some out just like you left out a bunch of the snakes that were supposed to be sent to me. Next.
 
According to the Delta packing slip that I received on this package, why did the box with supposedly 16 snakes from your list only weigh about 28 lbs? The list of snakes adds up to almost 40 lbs; the box and 11 pillow cases you sent only weigh about 3-4 lbs; heat packs didn't add any weight since there weren't any. That means the package should have been around 45 lbs, not 28 lbs. How does this add up?????????? Did Delta give you around a 15 lb discount?
 
Jason, please post the bad, crappy pics that Rob sent you so we can see how bad they were.
 
Leason I learned on here when getting in new snakes.
1) pic of box unopened
2)pic of opened box and "guts" (newspaper, heatpack and etc)
3)pic of snake with laser temp gun reading (still in box)
4) pic of snake on scale.

so far never had to use this to back up anything, but it is always there.
 
Jason, you had me sit on the snakes for 2 weeks while you were waiting for your income tax check. I told you that three females were gravid. The females laid their eggs before being shipped. You would have had the eggs too if you would have just brought them when you said you originlly going to. Pics of the eggs attached. When will you post the pics youve been asked for?
