Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Robert Ringhoff of PA,

Great mis-direction on that one too Robert and your incapability of reading. So how does the weight of the box add up? Avoiding that simple question still? Payment was delayed by one week which you haven't disputed. You kept delaying the shipment of the snakes. Now there are eggs from the snakes? Now people are seeing even more deceipt from you. Why is this the first that any of us are being told about clutches of eggs? That explains why you kept two of the normal breeder females and why the one that you sent is skin and bones. So you delay shipping to get eggs out of a snake and then ship it out as soon as she pops before she is even feeding. Was my bonus getting all of those extra normal males? You sent me three of those. You are really proving yourself now.
 
You are amazing Jason. First of all I have incubators, so there was no need for me to keep the females after laying their eggs. You specifically told me that you were not concerned if they were gravid or not, that you were only interested in them being female. Lastly, the weight of the females dropped after laying the eggs (something that I assumed you would figure out). I have proved myself numerous times. All you have is blah, blah, blah.
 
The clutch has no bearing on this. You told me that you only cared that they were breedable females. Not one of your posts or emails state that you cared about the clutches. Are you disputing that the eggs are yours too? Give me a break.

Neither have proved their case imo. And I believe they have abused the BOI and not used it in the manner that it was meant to be used in.

I'll make sure that I avoid both of you in the future.
 
Ya know what, Im ok with that. This thread was started out with someone calling me out to be a big scammer and that he was an innocent victim betrayed by me and paypal. If there is even a glimmer of reasonable doubt to his story than thats atleast all I can ask for. Ive provided what I can. I cant do anymore than that. I again appreciate being notified of this thread and the opportunity to defend myself. Thank you.

With the weight's given it should come out to just under 39 pounds for the snakes. So if you have a packing slip that shows the package only weighed 28 pounds, take a picture and post it. This would greatly improve your claim. Also post the supposed bad pictures that have been asked for several times. Whether you like it or not the burden of proof is on you and not providing the evidence that has been asked for makes you look less believable.

You would think that someone who is truly innocent and wants a good name in the industry would do whatever they can to clear their name. Wouldn't your receipt from delta also show the weight of the package sent?

At this point I would bet most people don't find either party's story completely believable at this point. It seems like neither side is willing to actually put out the full story.

:iagree: Neither side wants to show proof of what they each say. Questions and requests continue to be ignored on both sides. I'm going to unsubscribe from this thread and put both parties on my DNBFOSTL and move on. Enough time has been wasted here for absolutely nothing. Good luck to you both!
 
I have supplied everything I was asked for. Please tell me what it is you believe I have avoided to supply proof of and I will gladly provide it if I havent done so already.
 
What more proof do you people want from me? Do you want me to double post some pics so I can be told they are not the actual pics? I have already said that the scammer has already posted some of the pics that he sent me. Doesn't that sound like I am in partial agreement already on that issue?
 
I don't think my carbon copy of the delta slip will show up well in a picture since the person that filled it out didn't press hard enough on the slip. However, here is the waybill number so whoever can pull it up themselves to see the weight of the package on delta's site. www.deltacargo.com and enter number 006-13048943. Is Robert going to answer how 15 lbs of snakes didn't make it into the box? I didn't know that these snakes were laying eggs before he was going to ship them and why would I let him keep them if I was paying for them? Three clutches of eggs don't weigh 15 lbs.
 
Robert still hasn't imported that phone log were I supposedly talked to him the night I received the snakes and supposedly said there were dead ones and what not. I know that ATT phone that you have already has that call on your log if it really happened.
 
John and whomever it may concern- if you would have read this thread, you would know that it doesn't matter to me as much if someone believes me or not about Ringhoff's scam. I have already said that it is up to each individual to determine what they want to believe. If this means that I lose out on a possible future sale of an animal, that's well worth it if I can save anyone from getting scammed by Ringhoff and going through this whole ordeal. You are more than welcome to come over to my house and see for yourself the crap that Robert has sent. The crappy styro box is going in the trash so I don't take a chance of contaminating any of my collection. Fortunately, I have an available separate rack to house the 11 snakes that I did receive from the scammer. I don't know what has been done to these snakes while in Robert's possession and don't want to mix them with my established collection. FC BOI is not a court of law and I am only warning people of the scammer Robert Ringhoff of PA. I have to let law enforcement and the courts do their thing on this matter. Robert was worried about someone posting that he is a sex offender, not of the real reason for this thread. His empty threat of slander on my voicemail, since he is too coward to talk to me on the phone, has no bearing on me since I have not provided any false info. Feel free to do business with the scammer at your own discretion. I am told to post certain things like pictures or what not, but at the same time I am told they don't count/matter anyway. Some of you people can't make up your mind on something as simple as that. If there is something else that I can provide that WILL make a difference, I will try to provide that info/material the best way that I can. Otherwise it is pointless. Good luck to you all that choose to do business with Ringhoff and remember that I told you so.

No offense but that makes no sense. Why would someone decide to not buy from him if they don't believe you and don't believe he scammed you? No it's not a court of law but that doesn't mean it's still okay to throw out accusations that can hurt someone's business without providing real proof.

Now thankfully you seem to have provided at least a little real proof finally. I'm not sure why you couldn't have just provided a screenshot of the tracking a while ago since it would have helped your argument, but for those who don't want to go look it up, here it is. Clipboard02.jpg

As for robr73, can you explain why the package was only 27 pounds? Assuming what you say is true and some of the females did lay eggs before being shipped out the package still should have easily been at least 35 pounds. So did you lie about the weights of the animals originally or did you lie about how many you sent? I really don't see any other options but feel free to clarify if I am wrong.
 
Jason, if you would have looked at the pics I sent you on the scales (wait I forgot the pics that you still wont show proof of were so horrible) ok, the pics that I posted of the same pics then you would see that we BOTH did a rounded off estimate on the weights of the snakes. If you add up these figures and minus the 5-6 pounds of clutches, the total weight for all snakes (after laying the clutches) is approximately 12402 grams and add the container and heat packs and the weight is pretty much dead on. I never disagreed with you about the weight Jason. I do disagree as to your statement that you couldnt make out any of my pics and all the ones I posted were because I recently took the pics bc I still have the snakes. If that were true, then Jason, just show the community the different pics that you have because they couldnt be the same, again since you say I just took them. Please do that.
 
I didn't post a screen shot because I don't know how to capture and post them. I didn't provide a tracking number until now since it is not being disputed that I received a package, BUT I remembered someone mentioning something about weights and that is what made me think of it.

Regardless of what is said by anyone, go ahead and buy from Rob. I have a feeling that anyone that reads this thread won't be buying from him. I doubt if anyone that looks on FC would be making a purchase from me anyway whether or not this thread occurred.

I guess now ringhoff has indicated that he sent me an email this evening. Still waiting for it. Maybe he can provide proof of the email that he supposedly just sent me, too? ringhoff must be a magician instead of a tow truck driver. He is still using that mis-direction technique instead of answering any/all questions.
 
When did you get the indication that I was sending you an email. That post or conversation never happened. Tell me when this came about because I think youre losing it Jason. There is no email, but Id like to know where you came up with that. STOP AVOIDING THE QUESTION AND JUST POST YOUR DIFFERENT PICS I SENT TO YOU.
