I also think its a little imature to post everything on a public site rather than dealing with the situation like men and sitting down to figure how to resolve your issues. and as far as the information concerning the ringhoff case i will not post it on here i know i can help you win that case based off of what he told me!!! I have had one of the roughest days today of this year and have dozed off a bit reading this huffman crap. My grandfather has passed, being another victim of cancer. I will be taking off a few days from writing here to tend to arrangements and family things. Before I take my break, I will say a few things.

ringhoff must have taught huffman how to be a magician. More mis-direction and avoiding answering questions. I don't want or need anything from huffman other than my last three missing snakes that he stole. As far as I know, there is no investigation against me of any kind. Obviously, huffman has no proof of such. Where would anyone look to see if there is a pending investigation against them or anyone??? Makes no sense.

huffman makes it sound like I have done terrible things to him or them; what are those things? Any proof of whatever it is? Just like a true criminal huffman keeps rambling on about essentially nothing and continues to speak of other things that are not true or don't exist. Does anyone on here believe that someone is building a 20 acre tank? Is he now Sea World? Kyle has said that it is already built. Now it's being built??? Or only a design?

What costs $10? I was able to obtain the incident report (for free) that I made against huffman for the larceny he committed. Of course it was an initial report that is on file and has huffman and his friend on there as suspect one and suspect two. Media reports do not give out names.

Hopefully huffman will answer some of the questions being asked of him. Maybe he can also talk about the matrix blood python that he bought from VPI for $2700. He says that he is friends with them. I may have to send the Barkers an email to see if they have even sold huffman any snakes or know who he is. Kyle has tried selling this matrix blood and said 'she' was pregnant at only 500g. I am not exactly a blood python expert, but I think that is a bit small for any python to be 'pregnant'.

huffman goes around throwing around big names to try to make himself sound important and to sound like he knows what he is doing or talking about. The day before huffman stole my snakes he was trying to throw around my friend's name and act like they were friends. huffman also tried to tell me that he was purchasing specific snakes for a specific price. I knew right away that was a lie. I even made huffman mad when I told him that he wasn't purchasing specific snakes for a certain price. For instance, huffman said he was purchasing a breeder normal female for $35 from my friend. Then said it was $50. Wrong. Breeder females were $75-100 each. I know this because most of the ones for sale were mine. The only thing that huffman purchased was some corn snakes for $25 each. No ball pythons for $35. Babies are sold for $35.

huffman is trying to make himself sound like he is a family man and does good things for animals and people. He has in no way helped me at all. I don't know what huffman and ringhoff have planned since they are admitting that they are working together against me. I am sure that most of the people on here do not believe his crap. I have a very busy next few days and hopefully will have some great news to report when I return on here. Just because I am taking some time from writing doesn't mean that people are not going to inform me of what else will be said on here. This is another instance that a bad person(s) have come on here and speak of maturity, drama, and whatever else. I don't care for much drama, but that seems to be what criminals thrive on. If huffman had something that could actually help me, why hasn't he provided that information or whatever it is to me?

huffman obviously doesn't care about a person's personal information seeing how he gave descriptions of where I live to ringhoff so they could post disgusting ads about me. I will post updates when available to do so.

Let's forget the Huffman's for a moment - the back-n-forth crap is getting old, kind of like the back-n-forth crap between "Burgs411", who's been banned (for good reason).

Exactly what are you in violation of, Jason? Is Kyle Huffman the person who alerted authorities to your collection? Did he actually trespass and steal your snakes or was he present when authorities entered your property and confiscated your snakes? Was he called by the authorites to accompany them? How do you know he gave Ringhoff your address?

I understand most of your snakes were returned due to improper procedure and for that, I'm thankful.

I've also seen your posts on at least two sites warning the readers of Kyle Huffman's activities, and posting his address and phone number on those posts.

I'm not defending Kyle Huffman (and certainly not Ringhoff), because obviously there must be a connection between he and Ringhoff - I'm just mostly curious about the citation you received.

Ringhoff called me out of the blue due to your posts about me jason thinking i wanted revenge of somesorts. Ive never given anyone your address it was however on the police report that ringhoff purchased he gave me a copy of this while in los angeles. And i asked authorities if i could help on the seize of your snakes because they were going to uthanize them. As far as the evidence i have against ringhoff in your benefit WOW i cannot believe that without settling your issue with me like a man that you would think i would help you. I also think youre takin this thing that happened with animal control out on the wrong person. And i gave the owner of the blood python the name and adress of the breeder we got that snake from. As far as it being pregnant i have no clue on that one dont know why id sell a gravid snake. But that is not the issue between us.

Own, keep, or harbor, sell or offer for sale, barter or give away any animal whose possession is prohibited by federal or state law; or any exotic animal as defined in by this title. This section shall not apply to: tropical or other fishes; birds, except those prohibited by federal or state law; animals such as gerbils, rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, and ferrets; small mammals raised for harvesting of fur salable into an existing market, such as chinchillas, nutria and mink; nonpoisonous amphibians and reptiles, not including pythons, anacondas, boa constrictors, monitor lizards, iguanas, alligators, caiman, crocodiles and turtles. I have never seen this code until huffman pulled that crap on me. I was cited for having pythons. That's it. Pythons. I can harvest chinchillas, but can't have a ball python? They also say turtles are illegal according to that, but they have gone on tv saying it is okay to go out in the field and grab one to keep as a pet. They would just like you to return it to nature before it gets too cold outside if possible. You can't, but you can?

huffman also had an aligator that is stated above to be illegal. He gave that back since it was known to the public that someone had pics of it and gave their phone number. Why didn't he get animal control involved in that? I wonder if animal control even knew of it?

I see that huffman jumped on here still avoiding the simple questions. I will post the whole story of what happened when I have all of the information that I need. There are several versions of huffman's story out there. I don't know how he is so creative on that giberish that he speaks(just like his buddy ringhoff). Larceny doesn't exist? Read the report that you have. It is stated on there. Go and learn to read a book. And still with the $10??? huffman shouldn't need to give ringhoff my address, just the description of my house like color, size, surrounding buildings, and so forth like he did. ringhoff already has my address since he shipped me the 11 snakes in March and I believe it is on the protection from abuse for harassment/stalking order that I filed on him in March. According to huffy, the burgs411 person is ringhoff's wife. No way can I believe that huffy is going to go to bat for me against dinggy. He also has not contacted me about giving back my last few snakes that he stole. He says animal control has them. I guess I will be calling them after Monday to find out if they received any ball pythons from huffy. When did huffy try calling me to give those back and when did he give them to animal control? No dates, no phone records,no proof, no truth.

Jason just so you know...animal control gave the person that found the alligator Kyle's number and animal control told the people that called they couldnt' do anything but euthanize it but to call Kyle. If it had not been on the news the owners wouldnt have been found and therefore had their animal returned. I will let Kyle explain that to you but you acting like he was the bad guy here and all he did was help out! Also we don't live in wichita so our city ordinaces are not quite the same. From what I found on the interent it is not illegal to own a alligator but is illegal to capture one fromt he wild. Not 100 percent sure on that but that is all i could find. ALSO you CAN purchase a copy of the police report for 10 dollars if you go to wichita courthouse or you can buy it online. Look it up. It will be a report stating that the police and animal control were there and that KYLE ASSISTED with the animals. He did not STEAL anything. If he had stolen them animal control and the police would not have been there. He only did what was asked of him would you rather of had them all euthanized? This is so ridiculus you act like a little teenage girl with all of this drama and your right no matter what the facts state. You need to find peace and get over it. Really dragging someones name through the dirt and posting personal information everywhere is not very mature is it?? How would you like it if someone posted bad things about you everywhere and didnt get the chance to defend yourself? And someone posted an ad about you? I have not seen it? Also how do you have PROOF of who posted such things??? Do you have an email address saying it was kyle or anyone else? I am sure he is not the only person who knows where you live! You and your husband keep stating that animal control would have euthanized the snakes if you hadn't taken them. Animal control can not do this without going through a process which includes a court date where Jason could fight to get them back. The judge must award the snakes to animal control first before they can euthanize. Oh and just because cops and animal control was there and said it was ok for you to take the snakes doesn't mean your innocent and can't be held accountable. If you, the cops and animal control really did search and seize illegally... you all will be in trouble criminally.

I wasn't there so I don't know the whole story just what I have been told and yes it was wrong that they let him take the snakes without a warrant I believe that is what the investigation is about now. They failed to get a warrant animal control did not follow proper protocol. The snakes were taken and then returned to my knowledge. I just want all the back and forth crap and all of the posts to stop that is all I am asking. What was done was done the police will handle it from here so stop posting personal info everywhere. That is all I am getting at. I was not involved I just know what kyle has said the report that i read and what jason has said. I am just tired of seeing crap everywhere. Thats all.

I understand that. I wont be I wasnt there but kyle yes. That is what the investigation was about because they told him to take them and then come to find out had gone through improper protocol. He was in the process of opening a rescue and got a call saying snakes were being abused so he just did what he thought was right with animal control. That is how I see it anyway it was a mistake and he has been paying for it ever since. His name is ruined now so I dont understand why it wont stop.

Being state licensed as a rescue means EVERYTHING! You will be inspected to make sure your facilities can hold the animals and they will also make sure the animals are being provided for and that proper adoption is being done...at least that the way it is in Missouri. I'm curious how did your husband care for the stolen snakes? Did he have proper caging, food and have them caged separately? Or did he take the cages and supplies as well? I have a gut feeling he seen $$$$ signs and wanted those snakes for himself.
