    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Actually, that's not true. If you're subpoenaed by the court, and are called to testify, you DO have to do so. I believe the only ones who can't be forced to testify are the spouses of the accused. And you can't be forced to say anything that would incriminate yourself. (In which case you "plead the 5th.") We already know you're not Jason's spouse....so if you have the right to refuse to testify, are you now saying that anything you say in testimony would actually incriminate you?
 
i havent done anything illegal but if hes going to make accusations dont you think he should have to prove it? If not what the hell is this thread for? Ppl on here ask proof from everyone even jason i have nothing to prove other than the fact i did not take or steal his snakes, that animal control did, and i proved that. Jason on the other hand has proved nothing. Why hasnt he? After all of his crap about me, putting my address and phone number where i live and my family lives all over the web. and he gets to get away with that? You critisize the ppl that are said to have done something wrong but not those making the accusations?
 
Ummm negative i dont have to testify they can order me to go to court but i do have the right not to testify on jasons behalf.

No...I've actually said there are holes in Jason's stories and things that don't make sense. He's said he hopes to have his "proof" next week (or whatever) so not much else to do but wait for it. If it never comes...then that, in itself, is some degree of evidence that can be weighed toward his own credibility.

YOU are being called out for your own words...not for what Jason has said. YOUR story doesn't make a lick of sense. And YOU haven't proven anything either.

You say you didn't take his animals...but somehow you do have possession of them. How many? No one can get a straight answer on that.

You say animal control was going to immediately euthanize all the snakes.

Animal control says they don't EVER euthanize ANY animal.

You say animal control called you for support.

They don't have you on their resource list.

You say animal control turned over the animals to you (but not all the animals???....just some of them???).

They say they never turn animals over to private citizens.

That's all on YOU and has nothing to do with whatever Jason has or has not proven.

Why did you lie about being called? They said themselves that they never heard of you.
Why did you lie about "only wanting to save the animals from 'uthanasia'"? They said themselves that they do NOT euthanize any animals or turn them over to private citizens.

That "police report" lists Jason as the victim...so what is the reason you are here?

You are obviously not telling the truth...and answering only what you feel like.

No...you don't. They'll just call you a "hostile witness". If called to testify, you WILL testify or be held in contempt of court. It doesn't matter which side of the court case is making the call.
 
This is enough of the arguing noone wants to see jasons proof thats cool the kid thinks the world is out to get him. Maybe it is i dont know and quite frankly i dont care. I have done nothing to jason. I hope he gets what he deserves whether it be good or bad doesnt matter to me as long as he gets whats coming to him. He can act childish all he wants. In my opinion hes just a pathetic little child in need of some serius guidence. With that note ill chat when i have the time. Sorry but the computer is just not my main concern as it is to a portion of you.
 
Um, it's not all of our main concern either.
No, our main concern is the reptile hobby that we all love, and our own lives. We don't want to see all the bad guys ruin the reptile world for all of us. If you're not a bad guy you don't have to worry. As of right now, though, you are looking like a very shady person to most of us. And you haven't posted ANY proof of anything you've said as of yet.

I beleive most of us would like to see proof from both of you, but YOU are choosing to dig yourself a pretty darn big hole for yourself.

Wow! This is pretty good stuff. I am trying to catch myself up on what has been posted and some of this is great for a sitcom. huffman is listed on the report, but instead of his name it is S1 for suspect 1. S2 is his friend that he had over here with him. huffman is not listed on there as being a witness and they wouldn't list the one person from animal control down as S1 or S2.

huffman is upset about his address and such being posted on a couple sites. If my address is public information, why wouldn't his be as well? He has no problem holding some fictitious evidence over my head about ringhoff that doesn't exist. Praise a criminal for one fake good thing when he has done more bad things?

The report that huffman posted also has today's date on it for being printed. I thought he had this faxed or printed 4 days ago for $10? This report is the initial report that I filed on the day of the incident. The numbers were estimated, not a binding exact on the day of the report. 117 snakes stolen, estimated value $39000. He was in such a rush to get out of here that he missed 4 snakes that were left in the racks and one of those was left in a tub and stacked on with a bunch more tubs. Fortunately, these particular tubs have a small space at the bottom when stacked together and the snake was not crushed.

I can only say the same thing that I am told about getting more information or trying to find answers for the many questions that I have: be patient. This thread is about ringhoff's scam originally. I don't know why huffman decided to jump in here when he teamed up with ringhoff. Wish I could change the name of the thread to include huffman. Pointless to start a new one about his scam. I don't think the world is out to get me; just a couple greedy criminals.

I think much more is realized and provided when other people are able to find this public information that huffman says is out there. I have found that if I provide all the information, then much of it is criticized and some or sometimes many won't believe it. Just one piece of paper that huffman posted shows that his story doesn't make sense plus the phone call one person made to Sedgwick Co Animal Control. If I would have somehow posted that, then it would definitely be viewed differently. The report that I have has a few less names on it since it is from early on.

I don't know what I can really provide as proof. I have many questions that have not been answered yet. I do not have a full police report, nor do I have all of the details of the investigation, regardless of who it is against. I had delayed a few days some info and had to send all communications to ringhoff through paypal for a short time. After paypal didn't back up their buyer protection and said it was all they could do I let loose of the rest of the info. This matter with whatever huffman is claiming to be, or not to be, or soon to be, or whatever else is not just some ridiculous paypal crap. This is a real thing going through the legal system.

Thank you to all that have asked, listened, and researched things on both sides. Not everything is viewed the same by every single person, but a small amount of research can prove wonders. I can not post every shred of evidence in one post. I also can not as easily find out "public" information like some can. This huffman thing is a lot bigger thing for me than the ringhoff scam. I have been waiting for nearly 7 weeks for justice to begin on this matter already and 6 months for the ringhoff scam. huffy just jumped in here bringing up this stuff last week. Please be patient.
 
The report is very suspect as far as I am concerned. He stated it was faxed and that is NOT a fax. A fax would have the date the document was faxed and the number it came from. This "document" lacks any of that. Just another lie. That document looks like it was made in a program and saved in a PDF file. Not a scanned photo of a fax put into a PDF.
Nothing out of huffman's mouth has been the truth, he avoids any poignant questions and has been proven a liar in this thread more than once.

Jason, I do hope you are able to post proof to clear the allegations soon because it looks like this huffman guy is going to do his best to sully your reputation by spewing any trash and lies that he can think of.
 
If I may say something....On the report the only time it mentions Kyle is when it says "V1 REPORTS S1 AND 2 OTHERS TAKING LISTED PROPERTY FROM HIS RESIDENCE" S1 is listed as animal control. Where it says 2others that is Kyle and they guy that went with him.
Can I point out that it also says: "Original Report - Pets (Dogs, Cats, Birds, Etc.);127 BALL PYTHONS WERE TAKEN BY ANIMAL CONTROL...."
It says ANIMAL CONTROL NOT KYLE HUFFMAN. HE WAS THERE BUT ASSISTING AS IT SAYS.

I am just trying to point out the facts Jason. Where is your proof that they were not returned? Where is your proof that Kyle "sold" your animals? You are making accusatios and not providing anything to back them up? I am not taking sides here and trying to stay out of it but I am just pointing out FACTS.
 
ALso you must not have read the report right because it does not even say S2. It says S1 and 2 others. It lists two people from animal control as witnesses. Just let the police do their jobs and handle it. And I know for a fact also that there is at least ONE person from animal control that gives out Kyles number because I have even answered the phone to a couple of calls before and when I have asked them who they are and how they got this number they have said animal control had given it to them. Just trying to clarify. I am not answering for Kyle but I know someone said they don't give animals out to ppl. They do not you are correct but when people have called them they have given his number out on a couple occasions that I know of and the people themeselves have called (not animal control). Like the alligator. And the alligator was returned to its owner and it was really nice to see that.
 
Also, the fax was lost so this was EMAILED and yes opened in a pdf file so that I could upload it on to here. You people see proof staring you right in the face but still continue. It has not been altered. If you knew anything you would know you cannot alter a pdf file or at least I do not know how. I give up. It is nothing ficticious. It has the date and all of the names on it. If you want go to the courthouse and get a copy yourself and have it posted it will be the same exact thing. No one is trying to ruin Jason's name. Or at least I am not but when someone is trying to ruin my husband and I's name (and i had nothing to do with it) I think it is important to get the facts out there and it is only right to be able to defend ouselves. Jason I hope you can post some PROOF soon because I do not think that you have any. You are the one that continues with the lies. This is what I know 1. Someone said you were abusing your animals 2. Animal control was contacted 3.Kyle assisted animal control in seizing your snakes 4. You snakes were returned TO A THRID PARTY SOURCE (they were not suppose to go back to you) 5. You got a fine for having too many ball pytons inside city limits where they are illegal. I am done so everybody have a good day :) This is too much drama for me and i have many other important things that i would rather be doing.

No one said it was altered (which PDF's most certainly can be). All I said was it wasn't a fax. I find it very convenient that the supposed fax was "lost".
Regardless, the thing you seem to be missing is that "report" is nothing more than an incident report and it lists Jason as the victim because HE WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED THE POLICE. Now, if Kyle had nothing so do with this, other than just "being there', why would he even want a copy? How would he have known it even existed? While you're at it, how about answering in questions that he is so desperately avoiding about Animal control not even knowing who he is....so WHY would he have been there unless what Jason is saying is the TRUTH.
No one is trying to ruin your name. Your husband is doing that all on his own. So please save the whining since this is HIS fault.
