    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am perfectly ok with giving you time, JAson. YOU have not proven yourself to be a bad guy. To me this is the same BS that was in the other thread. I think Kyle is only trying to derail the conversation from the proper topic and taking the heat off ringhoff.

I want Kyle to put up or shut up, and, Jason, you might want to just post your proof as soon as you are able and then just ignore the thread.

I think that Kyle is just trying to turn you into a bad guy, because his good buddy ringhoff has been outed as a bad guy.
 
I want to clarify something, because I feel like words are being put into my mouth regarding my conversation with animal control. I never said they had "never heard of Kyle Huffman." I never used his name at all during our conversation.

What I did say is that he is not on their resource list of folks they call for help:

They have other, professional people that deal with reptiles.

I can't rule out the possibility that SOMEone who works at animal control might know Kyle and hand out his number to random people with reptile issues.

What I believe my conversation DID establish is that there are a LOT of gaping holes in Kyle's story about how he came to be in possession of Jason's snakes.

Not intentionally...no. Just a misunderstanding. But I've seen too many times where someone gets misquoted...just a small misquote can lead to a big misunderstanding...and then that misquote gets repeated over and over again until everyone reading it assumes it is accurate.

I just wanted to nip that in the bud before either of us had to look like we were back-peddling to explain what was really said.

You're right, you never said Kyle's name directly, I did. I did C&P the numbered list as well as ask why your questions were not answered. Sorry for the misunderstanding. It was not meant as a quote, which is why I did not quote the post with the little doo-hickey quote button. I did not intentionally mean for it to look as if I was quoting you or putting words in your mouth. :) Sorry if it sounded that way!
 
I would like to clear a couple of things up. This thing has gone way out of hand. I do not know if Jasons snakes were being abused or not I just know what someone said and that this someone made a report and that is how animal control got involved. Kyle had asked to be put on the list for animal control a little before then since he was getting ready to open a resuce. I do not know how he got called or whatever but I know that he did go to help them seize the snakes. You can say that it is convienent that the fax was lost if you want but with two children one in school work and school of my own plus Kyle flying out of state it did get lost. Things do happen and sometimes I would probably loose my head if it was not attached. The report is the only one there is. It does list Jason as the vicitim because he was the one who had snakes taken. It also lists animal control and 2 others which is what I was trying to get at that animal control was there and they were the ones who are on the report. I never said that Animal control did not know who Kyle was. I dont understand what you are saying here "Animal control not even knowing who he is....so WHY would he have been there unless what Jason is saying is the TRUTH"???
The reason we got a copy of the report was because we thought it would clear up some confusion as to who was there and that Animal control WAS there and Kyle ASSISTED. That is what I was trying to proove. It probably shouldn't have happened the way it did but it was not all of Kyle's fault. Animal control should have known the proper procedure to go by. I am not saying that Jason is wrong Im not saying Kyle is wrong I am just saying that what happened was unfortuante but there were no ill intentions that I know of.

I think he has explained the story over and over and I think that the report states on there that kyle assisted animal control in seizing the snakes because there had beeen a complaint and that pythons are illegal in wichita so they had to remove them. I dont understand what holes are there left to fill? The snakes were returned to a THIRD party not in wichita. Thats all I know. I have tried to put my input in and I am not "whining" about anything I just dont understand how people can be so judgemental and throw someones name around negatively if they do not know the story or any of the details. Like i have said Jason has not proved anything otherwise but he continues to post trash and lies that are not true. He also said there was no report but I managed to find one. I am just not understanding why the trash talking cannot stop. I get that he is pissed that someone took his snakes and messed up his collection I would be too but it just seems like it will never end. It has gotten to the point where no one wants to talk to either one of us about reptiles because of all the posts that jason has put out there about our stolen snakes. We have red tail boas that are not stolen. We have paid for all of them and have contact info for each one we have purchased. Also we have rehomed ball pythons-all normals is that a crime? None of them were "his" snakes. We have not had balls since way before this thing went down. From the posts he has put on craigslist Kyle just goes around stealing peoples snakes..that does not happen. Does he have proof of that? Because one resuce went bad and animal control did not get a warrant then that means Kyle is a snake stealer?
 
Also, you are right this thread is for that other guy. No one is trying to take heat off anybody so carry on talking about him I think we are all done talking about this until someone has some proof to offer.

So "Lynn" was either Ringhoff or your husband. I am leaning more towards Ringhoff, but one never knows. You cannot say without a doubt that it was not Kyle. You are not with him 24/7. (not saying it was, him... just making a point)

No one here would have known about Kyle, if "Lynn" hadn't tried to smear Jason. No where in that incident report, did it mention dead snakes.

I don't know how Wichita Animal Control handles reports, but if it is like here, there is probably a copy much like the police incident report, stating why they were there in the first place. . . . Oh, yeah, they were not there legally. (meaning without the proper paperwork)

All this back and forth is ridiculous.

The question has yet been answered why Kyle keeps saying that they were going to euthanize the snakes, when a member called and WAC said they do NOT euthanize ANY animal, including snakes.

I have called animal control and they will NOT give a me a copy of the report stating why they were there etc. All that I was trying to prove with the police report is that animal control is listed. Kyle is not listed as a suspect. I know that animal control was not htere legally that is the whole deal. They failed to follow proper procedure and get a warrant. They told kyle to seize the snakes. Shouldn't have happened that way. This back and forth is ridiculous. Just trying to clarify some things. They do NOT euthanize animals at ALL so he wasn't 'told' that. Kyle's story isn't adding up, period. He's made several false statements in this thread. He is also not on the contact list, nor is Kyle a rescue. They cannot legally ask him to remove anything. I am not saying Kyle had bad intentions but his "story" does not make sense. To me, it feels like he is hiding something. In addition, he is attempting to bribe Jason (ie, make it right with me or I won't testify on your behalf). That speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. So anything he claims is questionable.
The reason Jason is listed as victim on the incident report is because he is the one who called the police. While it does not specifically state Kyle's name, S1 and S2 are the suspects, which according to you AND Kyle, were Kyle and his friend.
 
Im just gonna say it if jason has an issue he needs to call me personally to resolve it if not he just needs to keep his mouth shut.

No, no he doesn't. If I recall correctly, this matter is in the laws hand now and it's their responsibility to handle this "issue." Commanding someone to "shut their mouth" makes you look more guilty than anyone has so far.

I would suggest you practice what you preach because right now, you're only digging your hole deeper.

Then I would step away from this thread and get your case together. I can tell he doesn't want to work with you on this from his first reply when you stepped in here. So if that's your goal, it won't help. He doesn't need to call you.

This thread isn't even about you, but now it has more than one post where you've come off quite intimidating and have tried to silence him. I would have done filed harassment charges or some sort of protective order on you by now.

I'm not trying to be mean, but he CLEARLY does not want to work with you on this. These rant's and off topic posts are further derailing the topic off of Robert Ringoff who's happily smirking right now.

This is at least the forth time I've seen you correct everyone so feverishly, all the while I have quietly asked myself why.. what difference does it make ? You are correct, it does say S1 and 2 others..do you think that the title "2 others" doesn't make them suspect? now if you would kindly put forth the same effort you have regarding this towards answering MUCH more important questions that have been asked and re-asked and still gone unanswered, this BOI very well may have a quicker resolve. It piques my curiosity that someone would so diligently side-step pertinent questions to correct such a mundane detail. IMHO of course.
