Not a word has been said about you .
also It was other people that were there that night that told about russ and the vicodens maybe they should speak up.
but they are afraid of russ why?
after all they still hang out with him.
yes this a mess but for russ he was the one that screwed up
he caused all this and thats it.
I didnt know he was dirty or I would not have dealed with him.
and it was 2 mambas not one .
all deals from now on are cash on delivery better yet no more deals all this crap has soured my opinoins of many herpers.

and yes i know nothing has been said about me but i also feel that if you are going to be spreading news it should be fact not fiction and i just wanted to straighten that one fact up because on that matter like i said i was there and it makes me look bad that someone is writing that and it make all people that hold hots look bad for anyone who might stumble on this site including county commisioners ect. so writing it hurts everyone even though everyone wasn't envolved not too long ago i was watching the news and someone got busted with a butt load of pot and had gators and reptiles in the house with them and they said there were statistics that about 39% of all drug raids they find some kinda reptiles more deadly than not so basicly im saying is that by bringing that up your confirming there statistics even though what was said isnt true about the medications everyone knows i was there so you are lumping me in with poping pills ....and yes i do take medications but i also have 4 herniated disk in my back and i do not own or will ever own hots but i do own snakes and i wouldnt want to loose that right because of misstatment on anyones part and yes you might be right on the fact that russes incedent has set the ball rolling but its others that keep it rolling so all im asking is get the facts straight before you write them see ya

I know you were the only one there at the moment he was bit.
Ok, how about a couple hours earlier dave and dan were there right?
If you want to continue to try to deniy that I will have to post the exact nights events as given to me the day after the bite .
If I do many more people will be mad at me cause I have the facts right from his own camp!

So I would drop it I dont care about it all I want is my two medium sized black mambas.

after he pays me none of you will have the chance to get me again cause Im done dealing with guys like these it seem there is nothing but freaks and weirdos and theifs im over it the hobbys shot.

And the problem with worshipping multiple gods is what, exactly? I was raised in the Wiccan faith and I am damn proud of it. I do not understand why anyone could call me "evil" because the faith of my heart and my heritage is different from theirs. Our beliefs have to do with respecting and preserving nature, and also with honor and personal responsibility.

If there were more people in the reptile world who acted like Wiccans, we would have a lot less animal abuse and more people who were concerned to keep their word in a deal, because our religion says that your word is to be your bond and breaking it is spiritually harmful. This isn't to say that there might not be some Pagans (like there are some Christians) who might not live up to the tenets of their religion so well, but a good Wiccan who was sincerely trying to live by the codes of his or her faith would *not* be likely to end up as the subject of a "bad guy" thread on the BOI.

And isn't bringing religion into this thread more than a little off topic?

well bud i dont know about your tempertantrums or anything your going on right now but i do know of 3 time russ has tried to call you and know one has returned his call or answerd the phones but i did talk to him today and he does intend on paying you but as you know or well probably dont care he is not at his best and will give you your snakes when he gets better because he really doesnt feel up to bagging them but he want you to call him and he says you know the number and to give him a call and he will explain it all to you so like i said its in your court

if he would have had me help him the night he got bit all of this would not have happend another reason that you pay off deals rather than hide in the darkness so I would not know he had a black mamba see what it caused.
so I will accept a call from danny or dave I know they are mad at me too but he is their buddy and I can still talk to them without anger.

Yeah? Well I DO care, and it will be your fault if you choose a way to get even with Russ that messes things up for the decent people who keep venomous snakes.

Things seem to be rolling now

Well sorry about my ranting but it has seemed to get the ball rolling.
I have talked to a bunch of people today and several new senarios.

pass this on to russ can go up to bushnell and bag the snakes myself.
that would end this a lot sooner than 4 weeks think about it.
to anyone that I have gotten mad in this you have to understand When you become a collaborator with russ you became a target just like war so maybe you should have picked
your friends better.
I warned all his buddies that I was going to put all this dirt up here weeks ahead of time I got no response too bad it had to get to this stage.
when richard said to me there is gonna be a war he was right.
the only part that he did not know was it would be my war not russes .
And war is hell for both sides I am not proud of this mess but
let it be a example to people so they might not have to loose friends and make enemys of others also.
never trust anyone to pay you later tell them no this will save a lot of pain.

I agree with Tanith, you shouldn't "punish" the whole hot herp community because you made a mistake. My experience has been, and I've never seen this fail, that a loser telegraphs that he's a loser and people who get taken are generally ignoring many warning signs. I consider this board one of the major warning signs. While it is possible to get taken by someone who truly is a loser (like this guy seems) and not know it, i gotta think it's pretty rare.

bud i have talked to him about that and ya you have made some enimies from what he is telling me is that the guy who has them will not allow you on his property and will not bag them for russ to give to you again IM TRYING TO HELP HERE but he told me when he is ready to bag and handel the mambas again you will be the first on to know it and you will get them again bud you take care and ill do whjat i can to help out

I would hate to see Bud do anything silly over this, so I suppose I could bag them if this was an acceptable solution for everybody and if you can't find anybody else who lives closer. It's a long drive for me, so it would be better if you found somebody who was acceptable to everyone (or at least not involved in the feud) who lived closer.

Scott, I appreciate your concern for me.

However it should be clear to all on this thread that there is a standing offer on the table to bag those snakes. I presume that I do not have such an awful reputation that I would not be allowed on this person's property? I assume all risks and have my own antivenom. I do a lot of hands-on veterinary work with mambas; getting them into a bag is no big deal.

I don't think this leaves a lot of reasons for Bud not to get his mambas. It would be nice if you could find somebody closer to do the bagging, but the offer stands. Not being able to get them bagged should no longer be a valid reason to delay getting Bud his snakes.

I can also think of another good idea; why not transport the mambas to Bud in the cages they are already in, and allow him to take out the snakes? The courier would of course take the cages back as soon as Bud had opened them and removed the snakes. That seems like a fairly simple and workable notion.
