So Sara has moved her act over to ball-pythons.net. I guess she is running out of places where people don't know her name and the kind of person she is.

Forgive me Alicia... But she didn't make things right not by a long shot. She betrayed the trust of several people she was close too. How do you make that right... And I believe she only repaid the money to be left alone to sell on other websites. My money says she pulls the same game somewhere else.

Yes, it's illegal. But he was already giving me a hard time and i just wanted to get something out of this deal.

OK, but i am not responsible for his shipping abilities and i was. And rats are feeders, if they were shipped better and still died, but had cool packs i could have froze them and still used them.

Just to clarify this is her new ads on ball-pythons.net and her website. Shipping mammals carries a lot more regulations. Shipping through UPS is unacceptable.

Steve if you are going to bring another site's issues into the this place would you at least give a full explanation, and not allow yourself to make it sound like you are banned from posting ads! You know very well you are not. BPNet instituted a limit on free advertising for members so that no one member could flood the free ad forums. It's a very liberal allowance and you had simply exceeded that amount for this year. That's not a ban and pretending it is to the members here is very unfair and misleading.

As far as Sara's ad, it's less than 12 hours old. It's already been reported through the reporting function of BPNet and I'm sure will be dealt with. As you well know that site has two of it's Admins and one of it's Mods on vacation right now so I expect giving the remaining Mods/Admimns a day to deal with this isn't a ridiculous expectation.

I expect you're upset with BPNet for a lot of other reasons than the fact that one person with a bad rep on the BOI posted an ad at BPNet.

I understand what you mean....

but... i always feel bad for people. Maybe thats just my flaw and im just a lil too weak. but... my vote being gone dosnt cause the standing of her being a bad guy(percentage) to go one way or the other, So its like i never voted in the first place.

She didnt exactly make them right in the personal sense of things(trust,friendships...you know the deal) , but in the business sense, yes, i feel at least THAT was taken care of. and bobby was just kind enough to say "hey, you screwed me over, but im more concerned for the animal, and hes in a good home now..." ....that and hes probably got a better home than he would with sara... lol

You are right 100% and this could just be a way for her to try to continue whatever crap was going on before at other websites, and if we see more of the scamming/lying/hiding out from debts sure my vote will go back up. but for now. My vote remains undecided, she didnt make things RIGHT 100%... only paid sammy back and was forgiven for the other. she fixed what she messed up for the most part.
I know people are angry that shes done this, but as for everyone in this thread that has been screwed over... they have been paid back ( or let it go)

And...( not to go off topic so much, but its relevant) The thing with Chris A and Me ( herpluver) Things got hectic and he lost contact. but... he DID make things right, and all of the animals are healthy and happy with me now. He was a friend, and crap happens. People just make bad mistakes, or things get out of control. That whole thing happened with alot of other people too, but, everyone, in the end, got their stuff. and ive long since forgiven him for it. Lesson Learned.

Excuse me? I've posted a couple of times in response and were by my own admission off topic in two different threads. When a Moderator requested in both those threads that everyone stay on topic I offered an apology for my posts and immediately stopped. I don't have a "personal issue" with Steve (either of them) I simply dislike people that use the internet and different forums to play these sorts of games.

I don't deal with people I don't know "offline" and any further discussion will not occur here, as I stated and in respect of a Moderator's request. "Clearly"? Don't make assumptions, they generally aren't terribly "clear".

According to the page she linked on her website, she ships these poor things through UPS?!?!? Why in whoever's name would anyone ever ship a live mammal through an overnight carrier? Especially after we see firsthand how they handle our reptile packages that are supposed to be certified and "handled with care?" This disturbs me.
