In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy SCAMMER Brian Timony "Mr. Parsons"

I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with the transaction. I did finally get the chameleon but it was, as I learned, misrepresented. It definitely didn't have the prestigious Kammers and Screameleons bloodlines promised in the add.

How'd you find out for sure his bloodlines were misrepresented?

it was the first clutch of ambilobes Ive ever bred. Ive also bred 1 clutch of nosey bes. In the past all I bred were veilds from my 1 male and 1 female and use to sell them at reptile shows from time to time. I did post Patricks chams for sale before I received them to see If I could sell any before the show. I do not deny that I was brand new to this site and didnt know any better. I figured Id post the ad buy the chams and have them the next day available if any sold immediately. Patrick got in touch with me about it and at the time was very understanding and cool about it when he asked me to remove it. So i did. I wasnt being misleading just jumping the gun. Also 60 chams is hardly a business. Ive done very few shows with my veiled cluthches and sold more than 60 every time. I also never even bought the clutch just inquired about it. It also only took Patrick 1 or 2 days to reach me to remove the ad. And it was almost a year ago.

No one can say for sure, but given the validity of his own statements its highly suspect none the least. The main thing is the fake pics and the misrepresentation of the original breeder bring everything in question. So no one will ever know for sure, I wouldn't advertise them as being as such if I were her if she bred them being it was such a questionable transaction from an amature.

Brian, thats a start. You are saying you planned to buy my clutch and did not tell me you were choosing. You have to then understand my suspicion of you selling someone else's chams on here and perhaps misrepresenting them. I have no real bad feelings for you but we spoke and you told me you were new and I tried very much to help you. I don't like the fact of the altered pics. I think you want to do more than have this as a hobby and that's cool but you have to do better. I'm inclined to believe you actually produced the cluch being that no one has said otherwise and they're not that many available right now. Just make sure to take care of your end of the deal and if you buy other lots (that's fine I do that myself) make sure you state that. Honestly, good luck with your cham breeding just do it the way it needs to be done.

I have nothing to lie about or hide im not pretending to produce chams that I havent nor have I altered any pics. I dont even know how to. I have alot of pics of him but only the 1 where he fired up orange and pinkish which ive only seen him do like twice which is when he looks crazy but its rare. He always fires up yellow with purple bars or a mixture of yellow and orange and is an awesome cham and theres no reason to alter his photos. Its not the best photo I agree. I just wanted to show off his colors. Hes badass every way he fires up I just love the orange. Its honestly just the way the pic came out. and the tree hes on is fake with led lights in it and thats the color of the branches. If I knew I would have caused all this suspicion I would have chose different pics. They would have sold just as easy with another clearer pic of him. I took the pic of the nosey be i had for sale on the same day 5 minutes after on the same tree from a different angle. The pic of the nosey be did come out clearer i agree. I couldnt tell you why though I just thought it was a little out of focus. And yes its just a hobby I only have one breeding female and dont have any more babies available. Im a union electrician thats my career, not chams. I live in a 1 bedroom apt and have no room for the amount of females to make a living. Yes selling my chams offspring is quick easy cash and I have a huge passion for chams and it makes money once in awhile but its just a hobby. If I was able to do it for a living Hell yeah I would but im not. And Patrick the whole time I was asking about your lot I told you I might go with a smaller lot of panthers instead and that I wasnt sure. After I told you Id send paypal I got a better offer for the panthers and went with them instead. I also sent you a text saying im goin with the panthers for now.

Actually no you didn't but who cares veileds are not hard to sell at all, whatever on the pics, take better ones especially if you're going to charge $450.

Again I will say I was in the wrong when I didnt send Lauren her receipt right away. She was the only person I met in person and didnt do everything through email with since she only lives 2 minutes away from me. I sold 11 chams the day I met her and shipped all of them so I was busy and forgot about it. I was dealing with multiple emails at once. I also gave her my real name and address which should prove enough I had no intentions of ripping her off. She lives the next town over which is about a minute away.

No one is saying anyone got ripped off as far as not getting their cham but the pics suck. And a future lesson should be don't offer them until they're ready. That should've been a handoff and you wouldn't be having this problem right now.

I just put the price high because of the bloodline and I wasnt in a rush to move them. I paid 555.00 shipped for my male from Screameleons so i priced them the same. And beleive me the next time I will use more and better pics of him. I would have changed his pic this time too if I didnt get rid of them all first before knowing about all the controversy. Hes a cool cham and all his pics look cool.

Alot of people post there ads a little bit before their ready to go. I didnt see anything wrong with that because I stated it in my ad. If I knew how fast they were going to sell I would have just waited til they were ready. But again I only had a problem with 1 customer and it wasnt that big of a deal and Im sure she will be happy with her cham. He was one of the most colorful for such a young age.

That's fine, just learn from this. Selling animals worth that kind of money is a big deal to the people who pay for them, remember that.

I didnt mean I shipped them all that day. I just meant they were all to be shipped so everything was done through email and not in person. You know how its a bunch of emails to make 1 sale. Well I was dealing with 11 other people that same day sending payments and emailing receipts and 10 day health guarantees and I forgot about hers.

Frankly, if you're selling animals that expensive, it would really be in your best interest to invest in a good camera, and/or a lightbox, or something to help you get better photos of your animals for sale.

When you're dealing with animals like chams, crested geckos, etc, that change color a LOT as they grow, vary so much individual to individua, change color with mood, and color is so important in the value, you're hurting yourself a lot posting crappy images of high dollar animals. Accurate color representation and good will go a long way in trying to sell them.

I misunderstood, sorry. Yeah alot of people post ads to take deposits, but I think you learned its not that good of an idea. Especially if its only 2 weeks it just seems like more of a hassle to me rather than just making the transaction when they're ready. That's my opinion, I'd just wait next time but that's up to you. Take care.

I agree and I will post clearer pics next batch. I have a good sony cam and pics come out good on it. The nosey be came out nice and clear. I must have moved while taking it. He was just showing the coolest colors in that pic so I went with it. Honestly if I knew people actually edited pics on here I would have chosen better. I dont beleive Ive ever seen an edited pic on here but I havent been looking on here for that long either. I will be sure to post numerous pics taken outside next time.
