Lauren, have you yet come to the realization that you purchased an animal that Mr. Timony did not produce, was not sired by the animal pictured, and if I have the math right, where you paid $450 for this critter, that regardless it is likely worth about $200 ?

According to the seller he did produce the babies and according to the seller the bloodlines are quite good. But either way it's all circumstantial. I'll just have to wait and see how he turns out. And an over priced chameleon is better then none at all. There's really no turning back at this point. I'm just glad I ended up with a chameleon. And I'll be smarter about things next time.

I am glad that you ended up with a nice animal. But for you and all others to learn, the seller most certainly is a flipper, does not produce his own stuff, and has fraudulently represented the animal to you.

This entire thing is ridiculous and I havent responded to any of this because I have better things to do with my time then the rest of you nosey people. I made a good transaction with Lauren and I got right back to her immediately every time she contacted me. Except once when I responded 24 hours later on a sunday and that was the cause of all this. When she received her cham I told her 1 to 2 weeks hell be ready as my ad also stated. She received him 2 weeks later. I gave her a 10 day health guarantee and felt more comfortable waiting the full 2 weeks so he would be a little more established. All the chams were bred by me. I am not a flipper. I inquired about buying a wholesale lot of 60 veiled chameleons from Patrick at colorful creations for 900.00 shipped which was the price he offered me. I was also in the process of purchasing a lot of 15 nosey bes at the same time and got a better offer for them so i went that route instead. All were to be sold at ny and pa reptile shows I vend at. After letting patrick know I decided to go with the nosey bes he was annoyed i didnt go with him. I was upfront about letting him know I needed to decide between the two lots. So I appreciate your 2 cents patrick over a deal you know nothing about and Im sorry your so sour about your lost deal for the ridiculously low price you offered me. Get a life dude. Its sad that this is in the boi saying Im a scammer all because someone got paranoid and jumped the gun. Especially when she got the cham as promised. Also my photos are not altered Im completely computer illiterate and it took me 20 minutes to type this message with 1 finger. My camera was on a setting that blacks out the background thats all. I would be happy to post more pics but being that they all sold in the first week except 1 male and 2 females whats the point? Alot of the people in this boi need to get a life seriously.

That seems to be the latest response from a lot of Bad Guys, that their doings should be shielded and private, and any inquiries (this IS the Board of Inquiry) are needless; but the party in question does take the time to appear and say that he has better things to do than to appear.

I just think its ridiculous that this is still going on. I worked everything out with the seller and apologized for not sending the receipt right away. I had alot of orders for these guys and honestly forgot. Everything else about the deal went through as promised. I never had any intentions as to ripping her off. She also works at the only vet in my area that I can bring any of my reptiles to if needed be. Also they are my personal pets I have 2.2 ambilobes 1.1 nosey bes and 1.0 tamatave. I am a small breeder and only have clutches available every so often. I also didnt realize this was still going on in this boi after Lauren got her cham exactly when she was suppose to get it until today. I saw no reason to defend myself being that the last time I checked this boi Lauren stated she got her cham and apologized and stated she beleives i had all the right intentions. Which i did. I am a respectable person and in no way a scammer at all.

You insist you are a small breeder and not a flipper despite the fact that you yourself were describing, above, that you were choosing between two 'lots' of critters, one of which was a lot of 60, that you were thinking of purchasing.

Your ads show a total of 5 critters for sale. 5 critters, to me, do not seems to be so many orders that you could not communicate in a timely manner, that you could not send a promised receipt.

Take this with a grain of salt...perhaps two, even. But I have been reading on Google that it is not really possible to black out a photo background without using a program such as Photoshop. If you don't mind my asking, what camera do you have? Specs might help determine if it would be possible at all to black out backgrounds without photoshop.
Also...When you sell to someone it becomes everyone's business. As buyers who are paying the sellers, we have the right to know the goings-on of transactions and communications between you and your customers, if they or you so wish to share it. And something tells me that if you had gotten a good guy thread for this with tons of compliments you would not be telling the hard-working BOI people to "mind their own business".

Not to mention the pictures are terrible, you would of been better off posting the original un-edited pictures. I would assume its from a camera phone, sent to your email, and then edited. Then you mention being a small time breeder and your breeders are also pets. Then why would you buy 60 Veilds and another 15 nosey be's. If you were gonna take the picks of the litter and sell the rest, thats fine, but not mentioning that makes you look like a seller/flipper. Which would be true, nobody keeps 60 breeder Veilds lol.
