In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Timony. You are a flipper. You did not produce the chameleon at the heart of this thread. Should I post a link to the delivery made to you that you then used to fill this order ?

Go away for chrissakes. God damn liar.

Im trying to defend all of these accusations the best I can. I really dont kno why this is still going on. I havent lied about anything Ive been accused of. I never lied about being a flipper. I am not a flipper and really I dont see whats so wrong with the people that do flip. If someone wants to put out a large sum of money for a bunch of reptiles and sell them for a profit then all power to them. Theres people and businesses all over this site that do it everyday. Thats what originally got me interested in purchasing the 60 lot from Patrick in the first place. Years ago I bred my veiled chameleons and sold them all in one day at a reptile show and had alot of fun. A couple years later I got into panther chameleons and bred my ambilobe pair and nosey be pair and while thir eggs were incubating I got laid off from work. Im a foreman in local 164 IBEW electrical union. We get laid off pretty much at the completion of every job until we get called out to the next one. Which is normally only about a week or two for me. Which is one of the benefits of being a foreman because alot of guys are usually out for a few months between jobs. After this layoff we were told its gonna be awhile before the next job comes up and to do what we can for work til then. So I was doing whatever I could to make ends meet for a few months and was talking to a guy I know at the hamburg show in pa that sells veileds and geckos. He told me he buys large lots online and sells them at the shows. He sells his veileds for 20 to 25ea. Which is what got me to want to purchase the lot from Patrick. I figured Id purchase the lot sell them at the show and if I was successful I would purchase a lot a few days before each show and be able to make some cash and have a fun time doing it. Id be at the reptile shows anyway since I go to all of them. When I sold the veilds I produced myself at an earlier show I sold them for 20 ea and got rid of them all halfway through the show. Thats why I wanted to get them for a low price from Patrick and was very happy with the price he gave and still wish I went with his lot. Most people sell them for around 50ea so I wanted to price them at 20 or 25 to move them and sell all of them so I didnt have 60 chams to care for til the next show. It seemed like a good way to make cash until my eggs hatched and I was able to sell my panthers. This was the first and only time I attempted to do this. I decided on a 15 lot of panthers instead because it was less risk with only 15 chams. Ifigured Id try it with them first and if I was successful buy the larger lot for the next show. Needless to say purchasing this lot was the worst most drawn out nerve racking thing Ive ever done and in the end I received my chams over a month later after i sent payment for them which were all only a few weeks old and clearly not the chams originally offered to me. Well I received most of them anyway. I had no intentions of selling them as my own offspring at all. I planned on selling them at reptile shows and to a local petstore that offered to buy some. I didnt see a problem with doing this as I learned it on this site. So no I am not a flipper and dont see anything wrong with being one. Lying about where they came from is a different story. I only tried purchasing a lot to sell for a profit and got nothing but a headache. All the babies sold from my ad were bred by me. Im not looking to scam or deceive anyone. I also did not mean to attack this forum and apologize for doing so. I was frustrated with the people that right away call me a scammer and liar without a single fact and just say things to be rude and judge. not everyone on the forum. And I agree that I should do what I can to Make Lauren happy being that she bought from me. So I apologize once again. I did everything I could to make her happy and apologized for the miscommunication gave her her cham and thought we were on good terms and thought she was a very nice person. She just got nervous because she gave cash which is understandable. But after we both said we were sorry and worked everything out she posted that everything worked out and she got her cham and not scammed I thought this was over. Then I checked the forum again and weeks later she says shes happy she spared atleast one person. Its like she wants there to be a problem where there isnt. I want her to be happy with her transaction but dont know how to make that possible. I thought I already did. Which is why I snapped at her on here which was wrong and apologize for. I just dont like being called a scammer when she wasnt scammed or a liar when she wasnt lied to. Also to curious george, I have no idea who you are and your exactly what I mean about people bashing people when they have no proof of anything and have no idea what their talking about. Its frustrating because everyone feeds into it just like Lauren did and nothing bad said about me is true just people attacking someone they dont even know based on nothing. A bad picture. Which I replaced so you can see theres no reason to edit this guys photos at all. Hes a good lookin cham. Im really trying here if theres anything else I can do please let me know.

If you have such a link do post and also how can it be proven that its the chameleon from this transaction.

yes I do. I just explained that and said I looked into doing it at reptile shows and it didnt work out. Im saying im not a flipper because I never actually did it and was only interested and wasnt trying to hide or lie about it at all.

I dont know who you are curious george or how you could possibly know anything about me. I would love to see this link your talking about though. I havent purchased any chameleon lots for there to be any such link. The only chams Ive purchased lately were from Jim at the chameleon company. Also I only purchased 3 which are for myself because I want to breed a red body blue bar line so I got ones from the hyperion and bonaroo lines which I still have. Thats the reason I sold my nosey be pair from screameleons. Those are the only chams Ive purchased in quite some time.

nothing bad said about me is true

Aside from any of the chameleon related matters, the way you treated your customer, who had valid issues, was unbelievable. You cannot just gloss over that by saying that you snapped and apologized. Who would want to deal with a seller who might say those kinds of things in print in public? Not me. Not anyone.

This biz is competitive and there are just too many sellers who are courteous and helpful if a customer has questions or issues.

I asked TCC for this info, and permission to post it. Mr Timony bought two male chameleons from The Chameleon Company, a hasty purchase on the night of Wednesday, 3-14. To be shipped out on Thursday, 3/15. Delivered to Mr Timony on Friday, 3/16. And then into the hands of the original buyer on 3-17.

The buyer was made aware of how it went down, as once I and The Chameleon Company became aware of things, she was notified. A week or two after it happened if I remember correctly. TCC wanted her to know the true lineage, and was disgusted by it all.

And the plot thickens...

So, any updated info on whether or not there are photos from chameleon company of which chams were shipped. And Brian, do you have photos of either the clutch you produced or pics of the chams you bought.

I do have pics of the chameleons i bought from tcc. I also still have the chameleons which i bought to try and produce some red body blue bars. I also bought a female from hyperion a week or two before i purchased the males. I was waiting until i sold my nosey be to buy the males so i had room for them. I will post pics in a few minutes of the clutch i produced and the chams I got from Jim and still have. And I was very nice to the buyer and thought we were fine. If she had any concerns she should have let me know instead of assuming things and attacking me on here. With not one thing that has been true so far.

Actually i will post the pics of the 3 chams I got from jim later on today with a newspaper dated today so noone can say I could have taken the pics when I first got them and I can prove I still have them. I will also call Jim and explain this to him. I have alot of respect for Jim and he has always been my go to guy for any chameleon advice and I would never do something like that to him.

How do we know you actually produced them? Nothing else you claim has been the truth, so why should we believe you on this? Show a picture of the parents on today's newspaper. And where is the promised picture of the three chams on a dated newspaper?
