In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy SCAMMER!!! Jay Mcnight / Jason Ciconne/ Franklin Chams Chams/SCAMMER

I would not advocate calling his boss. While I don't believe it would rise to stalking, it could clearly be seen as harassment and if this case ends up in civil court could significantly reduce your award.

Def not even considering that anymore. I just put a lot of my eggs in heebie jeebies basket.
I promise to update with that specific situation.

I just wasted almost 33 minutes watching the "defense video", Jay paid $800 on a $900 deal with $50 in shipping, so his balance was $150 when these were shipped. Craig asks about invoicing you for the $150 and some how this is now proof you sent another $1050 for animals in an empty box? Jay you found animals you thought were sick in the first box but then held a lengthy conversation without opening the 2nd box??? Everyone I know would have torn open that 2nd box immediately to ascertain the condition of those animals as well. And before even opening that box you are asking for $400 back, or did you open the box? No mention of $1050 anywhere, you say you were scammed but have not presented one thing in writing to support any of your claims. You have zero evidence and at this point zero credibility as well, you should have sent back the animals for a full refund.

Hold on a min. Somehow this has slipped past me. I havnt watch the video but I've heard all the comments. I sent 2 boxes taped together with 4 ambilobis in one and 4 tamatave panthers in the other.
Are you saying he's claiming one of those boxes was empty??? Is he claiming that I shoved all 8 of those animals in one of the boxes leaving the other one empty.
So this is where and how the $1050 story started off with the mysterious money order.

When I shipped the balance of $150 was already paid. As hard as it was to get to where I was at that point. There was no way that I would have shipped to him with even a $5 balance much less a $150 balance.
Animals were 100% paid in full when I shipped. ($950)

Craig, Jay claims that he only received four chameleons from you when he should have received a total of twelve - he said that there was an additional agreement for eight more chameleons at the price of $1,050, which he claims to have paid by Western Union money order.

I would strongly recommend watching the video instead of waiting for other people to interpret and disclose events regarding a situation you have a vested interest in. I know it's long, and there is much unnecessary profanity and talk of unrelated topics, but it would do you well to be on the same page as those of us who've watched it. The claims Jay makes in the video affect you, Craig. They don't affect us.

I think his claims against me at this point don't effect me I think they at this point they only effect him. I could be acting narrow minded but I think atleast for the most part I'm on point with that statement.
Maybe I'll go ahead and bite the bullet and watch it.
With your last post I'm more confused than ever.
The deal was $950 for 8 animals(The real deal). From what I understood before he made that claim of $1050 being for another 8 animals.
But your saying he's claiming he was expecting 12 in total. I thought his new story was he was claiming 16 animals. (8 from PayPal and another 8 from his fictional story book)
I know for sure his $1050 claim was for 8 ambilobis. So does that mean he's claiming to have paid $950 for 4 animals?

I'll watch it a little later on. This way I'll be on the same page as everyone else.

Heebie Jeebie one more quick question. I'm wondering how long before I should expect a response from what I did concerning what you recommended me to do. I'm kinda asking about your own personal experience. How long did it take you. I know it's only been a half a day basically and I'm not expecting anything to happen overnight. But just curious.

He claimed he opened 1 box and found 5 or 6 defective animals, he inferred the 8 he paid $1050 for should have been in the other box but it was empty so he did not bring up the $1050. He then showed a text with you asking about the $150, I assumed it was for a balance owed, he said you left out a 0 and it reflected you knowing of the $1050. You should watch the videos as tough as it is, 2nd hand info can be interpreted differently by anyone.

Holy cow!!!! Well that's 30 mins of my life that I can't get back. Well if there is even one single person that has even a slight idea that he just might even being telling just a half truth listen to this. First off did you notice when he started to make up the story about the extra ambilobis he was tripping up on his own tongue. I think he had a rough idea in his head on what he was going to say but when it came time to tell that story he was pausing and lots off bla bla bla to fill in the gaps.
Well he said in his own words that he only recieved 2 tamataves and 2 ambilobis. Well he hasn't posted any of the ambilobis but he has shown pictures of atleast 3 tamataves. Maybe all 4. He totally screwed up and posted one if them for sale that he never showed a pic of during this whole time.
Then did you notice he slipped up and said I was sending him 8 tamataves. Thought his story was 8 ambilobis. He changed his story and didn't even realize it and posted it!!! Jay that was an awesome video and I couldn't be any happier now that you posted it!!!
Besides changing story's in his video he also slipped up and put up the sub adult tamatave for sale that he never showed anyone at this point.
I'm going to go ahead and watch it again. I know I'm leaving out something. It's in the first 5 or 10 mins of the video.

It is both amusing, and sad, that you're just now coming to this realization. Your progression through this thread has almost a cartoonish quality (I don't expect most to understand the mental image that led to that statement)

I just didn't want to further agrovate myself by watching the video. But I'm glad you think it's cartoonish. Atleast if it's true once someone starts reading from post 1 they won't be able to stop until they here it all.
What I really need to do is watch the video from the start with a pen and paper and tear his story apart. The only thing that's true are the factual text messages now the talk going along with it is something from a different planet.
I'll throw facts at his post just a little more right now. Then when I have a good hour available I'll watch it all over again and take notes along the way. But here's a couple fun facts that I'll ad right now.
-First off I have never called him a fat F-ing yankee. Has nothing to do with the story but he threw it in so I'll throw it out. That's not even in my vocabulary. Lol. But that's my word against his.
-the young ambilobis that I offered him in the beginning he immidiately declined because he had the exact same babies. These babies come from the 3rd party I was talking about being someone that I/we could have used to resolve this
- I shipped on Tuesday July 6. He claims that exact day he mailed me a money order. Yeah so dude lies to me 6 times about paying me inside of 4 days but all of a sudden I'm just trusting this guy to send me this money order and I'll send him on his words 8 or 9 more ambilobis but later in the story he changed it to tamataves. After he recieved the 4 tamataves and 4 ambilobis there was only 1 single phone call made. Funny because after that phone call we went straight to texts. Why no mention of your brand new claims at that time?? Ohhh I know because you invented that story after I posted your BOI.
-he acts like he's thinking I'm getting the $150 actual final payment mixed up with a $1050 money order?? Then in the text about me saying invoice for the $150 final payment text he BLOWS right over that. Hmm wonder why. And why if he thought I was getting $150 mixed up with $1050 WHY DID HE PAY IT??
And why is that the last mention of money?? Well until now when I posted this BOI.
-since the transaction I have talked to him 3 times total. Once the day he recieved them. Second time was roughly 4/5 days ago and the 3rd was when I tricked him into talking about those 8 mysterious chameleons and I nailed him on the recording. That last one was just the other day on August 20th at 8:20pm.

What I think is sad is the words just chose to write. That right there certainly present it own image. It was NO SECRET that I was choosing to watch that video. Why didn't you say anything to me then. Another member just convinced me to watch based on a post they made and then a post to me reply.
Should I have watched it and said nothing? Idk what your thinking but what what I choose to post are my decisions. I have been nothing but forth coming. I have answered all questions and posted every single thing that was asked of me. Sure the emails took a while but so what I figured it out with nicks help and posted them.
I might not always be the sharpest pencil in the box but I am the most honest guy in any room of people. Maybe in those rooms I just tie with others for first place sometimes. But you get the picture.
I sleep well every night is all I can say.
I didn't come here for random insults.

Craig,
I have not watched the videos; and I'm certain that I have paid far less attention to the full content of this thread than you have...and I understood that he was claiming one of the boxes was empty some time ago.
Why should I, or anybody else, have to convince you to watch a video which is purportedly "the other side" of the dispute? If you don't want to look, despite feeding on all the commentary, that's your own issue.

I watched the video several days ago, so I'm afraid I don't remember the details too well, Craig. But that was the impression I got from him. I could be wrong. I don't have it in me to watch the video again to verify. He was very unprofessional, going off on tangents and more concerned with being funny or witty, plus for some reason there's a second video that's about eight minutes long.

I reported a toucan breeder last August after he twice failed to deliver babies I paid for in advance. My claim was fraud since I sent him the money and he couldn't produce a valid receipt of goods. The breeder was refusing to respond to me, and then he received notice he was being investigated. He finally responded and addressed issuing me a refund, though it took three months from the time I filed the report. It's a completely different case from yours, though, in that mine ran over a year of failure to deliver as promised, and I was the buyer. The length of time, I'm sure, varies depending on the facts and time frame of each case, and acceptable documented evidence.

But I did look and your post was made after I looked and commented on the video. Either way this particular little discussion is off topic and it speaks nothing to the issue at hand. I would prefer to keep it on topic. It's been extremely good up until now.
For everyone else if you have anything that I might have missed somehow please tell. Or anything new. It will not in any way shape or form embarrass me because I missed something. The more info the merrier. I sent PayPal more evidence yesterday and I'm already starting a new list. So far it's pretty short because they already have most but I would like to make my case as overwhelming as possible.

Ty for responding.
Atleast I set the train in motion. Hopefully I'll win the PayPal dispute and this other thing will be a nice little bonus for all the agrovation.

I remember a case about a year ago when someone won a live animal PayPal dispute partly due to a BOI thread.

Ok cool. That gives me a little extra hope. I did also include a link to this thread in the claims. I pointed out every bit of evidence that I have is included in the thread. I also separately sent tons of screen shots.
But when I first addressed these claims before I created this thread i put quite a bit of evidence in that too.
From the get go they have seen the texts where I immediately offer a full refund. Plus I put some other random evidence and facts in there too.
