• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Craig, I also suggest getting the square app to accept CC over the phone; there are various other protections that PP doesn't offer. It can be linked to your bank & deposits are usually made within 2-3 days.

The problem with manual input of the CC is you do not have the physical card to look at & ask questions about. It is easier for the cardholder to claim unauthorized use.

Yes much easier for the card holder to claim unauthorized use. Can't remember the exact percent put its more than the normal 3% to charge a card manually because it's a higher risk.
I didn't even realize about the higher % until just recently because of this transaction.
A PayPal customer service agent advised me not to use the PayPal here app if I didn't judt absolutely have too. And to be extra extra careful when using it.
Sending invoices are the way to go. In this transaction I did send invoices but he claims he couldn't figure out how to pay them.

If you know which credit card was used, and know the name of the cc holder, maybe you could try contacting the credit card co. to see if they would like to press charges, against "Jay", for fraud.;)

Also keep an eye on whether you get hit by a chargeback fee if you lose the appeal; this can be $35-50 depending on the merchant processor.

Well if that isnt adding insult to injury if that happens. That never even crossed my mind. But yup you are right. Fingures crossed this all goes my way or at the very least hopefully I win atleast 1 or 2 of the disputes.

That's the main reason I was asking whose card he processed for the transactions.

Awww. Ok now I'm picking up what your putting down. That would give me so much satisfaction especially if I didn't win this case. Atleast he would pay in some kinda way. I'm on the road right now. That is the very next thing on my to do list.

Something else pretty funny to add. He's getting reamed on Facebook. But for some reason he's actually talking there. I'm guessing he thought he would have supporters there. Well that's not working out at all for him.
Here's one of the funniest things he has posted. I asked him basically in a nut shell why he wouldn't post on fauna.
Jays answer in a nutshell - because I'm banned. I can't post.
He was just banned yesterday afternoon. He had all day to post plus the day before. He was lurking the whole time with full privileges. Now that he's banned that's his excuse for not posting.

*** he still will not contact me privately to talk on the record through text.

HH am I allowed to post 2 screen shots from Facebook on here. Jay is now bringin in another huge lie. It's every bit as big the MBD lie.

I would liken Jay to a sociopath. Jay, the only way to prove me wrong is if you post any further...Jay. Just sayin'

Well it's been over 30 mins and he is still on Facebook but won't respond to that specific comment he made. He made time to say something else after I asked but couldn't find the time to address the 8 ambilobis that never showed up.
If he had even one single person on Facebook that was privately on his side that one person is gone now.
He just went from MBD to 8 ambilobis not recieved. That scretch is 10 times wider than the grand canyon.
This new story will be awesome for PayPal.
His initial complaints with his credit card company's were unauthorized use. But to me it was originally a bogus MBD claim. Now he's missing 8 ambilobis. Based on all of this I don't think he's done growing this story.
I'll be happy to use it all to my advantage.
Thanks Jay

And for what it's worth, my attention span for this thread is based strictly on common sense. So far, I'd say Mr. Earp is a good guy/pardner.

Personally what I would do is call his local PD. They will visit him, hopefully talk to his mom and give this dipshit the spanking he shoulda had 45yrs ago!

Craig,
Would you mind posting the portion of the discussion that indicates what was being purchased/shipped? If that part was done via telephone, how about the invoice or packing list?
Thanks

You can report this man to the FBI IC3 - it's an agency that handles fraud committed through the Internet. You file the complaint online and all you need are the man's real name, address, and transaction details. Keep your report brief and professional. Explain that he refused to submit veterinary reports verifying the animals' condition. Submit copies of your conversation that prove this man was uncooperative. If you have any sort of terms of service, send those, too. I had to deal with a nightmare seller once who didn't refund my money after a year and non-receipt of items. I reported him and he got his act together real quick, though it took him an additional two months to produce my refund. I hope this helps.
