Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That was from January 2014. Just showing that the money problems Melinda had found go back at least a couple of years. Of his pitiful anecdotal defenses, just illustrating that the, "I'm not hurting for cash" one hasn't been true for a good while now.

While I can't help wondering just why he started his scamming now and why he decided to start with you, I think it's already abundantly clear that his claims have no basis in reality.

This sure has made a few advancements. The detectives here on fauna never cease to amaze me. After seeing what could he interpreted as a lie was a simple lack of knowledge of technology and a forgotten email. That combined with the video showing all the texts that seemed to have been purposely left out (later said it was thought it wasnt needed) made it look really bad on Craig in my opinion but the more info dug up on Jay it is clear HE is in the wrong in my honest opinion now. Craig I apologize.

If I had to speculate, it's because Jay's finances have reached the point where his creditors are suing him. Craig just happened to be an easy target.

What Jay doesn't realize is the $950 he stole from Craig will cost him many times that amount in the coming years.
 
How do we know the wad of cash Jay flashed in his video wasn't profit from scamming people? I thought that was in poor taste on his end.

Also in poor taste was Julia's offer to answer questions, which she did not stick with. I asked questions that were not addressed in the video nor this thread. I thought they were good questions, and I even offered advice for retrieving the lost Western Union receipt, which we've yet to see.

In the end, it's not about the story or the explanation. Anyone can say anything. It's all about the documentation. Craig, I hope this works out for you. It appears you have all you need to start an investigation, and the FBI IC3 will open up an investigation for fraud and get your money back for you if they feel you are the victim. They then proceed accordingly on fraud charges, as they have the authority to prosecute as necessary. It costs you nothing and they do all the work. It got me back $1,700 and I hope it works for you.

It's funny how he's still trying to play the victim. He had at least 2 days he could have posted here and could have complied with mods and the ban would have been lifted. Yet he seems to think everyone here is unfairly not letting him post. He can't seem to grasp the fact that he did this to himself. He seriously needs to stop whining it's pathetic coming from someone who is supposed to be a grown man.

:iagree: every time he opens his mouth/posts he just proves how delusional he is. I'm sure he believes he's right and Craig is wrong, but his view of reality is severely distorted. Honestly craig I think your better off just using the legal system to recover your money or property, there is no negotiating with people like him. I can only hope they return the money to you and prosecute Jay, he needs to spend a few years in a padded cell.
 
Jay is definitely delusional, he seems to think he was banned so he couldn't post here, when in reality it's because he refuses to prove his identity. He is not Jay McKnight, his name is Jason Ciccone.
 
He thinks the mods are making up rules to ban him so he can't postop here. I tried to explain the only reason he is banned is because he refused to do what he was asked to but he just couldn't grasp the concept. In his mind he is the victim and everyone here is out to get him. He thinks we are all craigs minions which is hilarious, I've never talked to craig in my life and I'm sure most of the people posting here haven't either.

What Jay doesn't understand is we dislike scammers.
