I am amazed by all the soap opera drama that surrounds this matter. I know both parties have bought snakes from both there are rumors out there flying around about both, people should start growing up move on he was found guilty he is going to serve his time and every one will forget in a year or two Scott will be back selling and breeding snakes as well Kevin will not be going anywhere. But for know lets just keep dragging there names and the hobby thru the mud no one will have any animals if we can not stick together put the energy you have in making rumors into protecting your right to own reptiles and all would be better off. just my 2 cents. hope you all have a bountiful breeding season good luck.

I'm pretty sure there's things that haven't quite been said here. not sure if there true though, but i"m sure heard them from you two. like a week or so before you turned rat you where sitting wit kevin and dan bilodeau at nerd and dan bilodeau made you a offer of any snake in the room knowing it came from kevin and wasn't that same dan bilodeau you guys told someone should rob his house for his snakes and that someone was told just how to do it......"Now i know how you gays role, don't come around these parts". what about how jon was BUGGING someone to met wit cindy and dan one sat. for a "breeders meeting, really a witch hunt" and was drinking and talking S*#t bout scott the whole time and then jon all buzzed out said that scott wanting to kill the snake rather then give it back and the weeks leading up to that, jon was all bent up about scott not letting him do rats anymore, not selling him a "bee" that he wanted and couldn't stop sh*#tting on him.....let me gather myself and i'll have more to say.

Are you really saying Kevin gave Josh the slap on the wrist deal? My knowledge of criminal law is hardly perfect, but last I checked the victim has very little to do with the bargains offered in most areas.

Even if they asked him how he felt about it, I don't believe in New Hampshire he'd have a right as a victim to reject a plea bargain, especially if the prosecution felt it was the only way to take down the other guilty parties.

Really Jay? Are you just pissed you had to clean rats 2 weeks in row alone in Scott's rat hole?? I have nothing to hide, the truth was said and we dont roll like that either up here. Its a collection of things I chose not to be Scott's customer anymore, I was never Scotts friend and got that message loud and clear when it was nothing but a one way street (Scott's way)... Not just one but many problems I had with Scott many you dont know about... From gettin f-D over with rats to never being able pick my purchases from Scott. To the constant lies of just about everything Scott said to me to making rude comments about my daughter to me.. Do you want me to go on?? How about you Jay? What about the night you got Jason all messed up and brought him over to see Scott just after he testified against him?? The DA know about that too.. Jay I always payed my way with you, I think more than my way.. I beleive you owe me at the moment.But the fly on the wall wants to start talking. I have told the truth even when I get drunk I tell the truth.. What I said to Cindy and Dan that day was the truth! There where 4 of us in that office.. Me Jason Scott and Scott's dad. I know exactly what was said and everything that was said in court was and is the truth... The guilty was punished and you are upset about it. You know just as well as I did he knew exactly what he purchased, he chose to lie about it, he chose not to come clean about it, he chose to laugh at the police and DA about it, he chose to continue to lie to his lawyer his family and his customers about it... When I first saw it that day about an hour after he purchased it I knew it was worth a sh*t load more than $500 try adding several thousand dollars to that,and Im just a hobbiest breeder. There was no mistake about it, he moved that thing around the store about 30 times before the police came for it. Now would you do that if you didnt have a stolen snake???

now I know your full of it jon. The night when we went to scotts, we were stitting in Jays driveway talking about the whole thing and how scott and his dad where at the shop and wish they had a chance to talk to Jay. i think we had 2 beers each at that point and smoked one, so by no means was jay messed up. i never asked him to go over, just the fact they wish they could talk. NO ONE made Jay go over there what so ever. when he said lets go over there and spark one i asked him if he was sure he wanted to do that and HE SAID YES. the fact you said the DA knows that means nothing to me, cause you guys are full of it if the story you just wrote on here is the one you so called friends told him.....bulls#@t. thats why i starting writing on here jon. couldn't beleive you two would bring me into it. what, you thought i wouldn't find about what you lieing rats where saying about me. i knew the fact i owe you money still is on you. you sat outside my house that night for like a hour while jay sat up here and i told him how i felt about all this shit. even sent him down there to tell you to come up and still you hid. i lost a respect for you that night you couldn't even man up and talk with me.

Yes absalutely I had very little nice things to say about transaction between Scott and me and on just about every interaction I had with Scott.. Made no secret of that... You and Scott tried to make a chump out of me and now your trying to do it again in a forum.. If the DA came looking for me which they would have if Jason refused to answer the question the DA had for him, I would have answered truthfully... He said without a doubt HE WOULD ASSUME KILL before he gave it back to Kevin...
