    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

As a first time customer, I ordered a rack that was promised to be shipped on Nov 21, which was the second time a date was promised due to tubs not coming in on time. It wasn't shipped at that time after the tubs arrived and since then, it has been one excuse after the other. Paypal won't initiate a refund since the rack has not been shipped becasue it's over 45 days of the initial order and Sean knows this. I do have the option still of reporting non delivery to my credit card company and that looks like the road I'm going to have to take. Many more broken promises later, I was promised delivery by Tuesday of last week. the tracking number shows that it hasn't even been picked up! I've sent many emails and have called, but he or his assistant won't respond at all. I've been very patient as this is no way to start a relationship with someone (me) who told him that if I liked his racks that I would be purchasing more. Has anyone dealt with this guy before? All I've gotten so far is lies, broken promises and ignored by LST Exotics. I tried contacting him and his company again today and all I hear are crickets chirping.:angry:
 
how long has it been?try your bank for a charge back it is 60 days or maybe more to do a claim with them
 
Here is what they have on their website about customer service. It's the biggest load of crap.

Customer Service – We are proud of the fact that we take the extra time in listening to the customer’s needs and wishes. We will go out of the way to make sure the customer is always happy and we will communicate via the method of your choice. If you want to call or email us 50 times, DO IT! If that is what it takes to make you happy then we are all for it. Like we said earlier, without YOU there is no US!

If they keep treating customers like they treat me, there will be no "us".
 
well i'm in the same boat with you i placed my order and told sean i must have it by 12/01/2011 i have several snakes ordered. sean even told me to put on the invoice that exactly as stated per him. i did also add to the order twice and each time i let sean know that if it would screw up the 12/01/2011 delivery date don't add it. both times i added to the order he assured me it would not. then on december 6th he called me after 7 days of no responding to emailes phone calls or txt messages. stated to me that my rackes have been picked up and are at the dock but he was switching shippers and would send me the bill of lading and i would have it by that saturday. no bill of lading no return of phone calls, emails, or txts again. then 12/08/2011 i get an email from his CFO angela to tell me sean had huet his hand and i stataed please just cancel my order. angela then responds with my order is on it way to charlotte NC and will be there by tuesday again then states they will not issue a refund under any condition. and again no bill of lading no return phone calls, emails, txt's, or facebook. now thay have blocked me from commenting on facebook do not return phone calls,txts or emails since disputing with paypal that ruled in there favor because paypal is useless now they have my racks my $2100.00 dollors and to date still do not return any means of contact. i do hope he reads this i do promise i will get my money from this thief even if it means a road trip for chrismas!!
 
This is what bothers me about a lot of sellers online,if you don't see any product within 35-40 days file a chargeback asap on paypal!no matter how nice they are because at the 45 day mark you are screwed.

also your bank should give you longer than 45 days to dispute a charge.

But as you can read Sean finally did come through and the customer was satisfied (a few minor problems with her cages but it all worked out good ). I think with Sean he sometimes bite's off a little more than he can chew and it gets him in a bind. Thats just my opinion. I have talked to several of his customers and found out that he does build a good product and at a reasonable price (so I am told, I live right down the road from him and he won't let me come and look at the product ). I my self have never bought anything from him and that is only because he refuses to sell to me sine we exchanged some words (and now I cannot comment on his facebook page ). My wife wife just wanted to see pictures of his white cages and he would not show her any. But he finally did after a long drawn out discussion on here. Maybe I shouldn't even be posting here cause I have never purchased anything from him, but I have been watching him close for several months now and talking to some of his customers and all in all if you have a little patience with Sean and give him a little time, he is pretty new at this from what I have been told. You will get your product, it might take 3 times longer than what you were told but you will get it. And most importantly don't email him or call him and be disrespectful, he does take it personally. Then you might get poor customer service. So be nice and watch what you say cause Sean does have a good lawyer.
 
I don't care if he has a good lawyer, I can back up everything I've said. I asked for a refund too after many delays and that was denied. I sent him my final request to respond or I would follow any avenues I saw fit to recoup my money and make sure that everyone knows how he treats his customers. I have all his emails saved where he "promised" me that my rack would be delivered to me by this date, then another date, then another date, including a bogus Fedex tracking number. So as of today, my credit card company has put a hold the funds transferred to him an issued me temporary credit to be completed after I sign the paperwork they are sending me. I will get my money back and he is now a scammer as far as I'm concerned. DON'T BUY A THING FROM SEAN TROTTER. All you will get is a con job.

i did not get a bogus tracking # but all the rest is a diddo. as for a good lawyer mine is not to shabby though i don't think it will come to that. i'm thinking road trip

I have a lot of respect for war hero's like Sean being a Marine myself. A little respect will get you a long ways.

One of the lowest excuses that can be made is to use service experience as an excuse for poor customer service, but here, he has not done so, you have.

If he is swamped he can show enough courtesy to his customer to make contact, and arrangements, or he can hire more help.

RESPECT!!! IN WHAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN HAS BEEN DISRESPECTFUL. ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT THEM FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW WITH NO RESPONSE. BEING TOLD MORE THAN ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED NOT GOING TO BE BUT IS SHIPPED AND YOU HAVENT GOTTEN IT YET. WHERE IS THIS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY KEEP RAVING OF ON THERE WEB SITE. I HAVEN'T BEEN DISRESPECTFUL IN 1 VOICEMAIL, TXT, OR EMAIL TO THEM. TO NOT RECIEVE A RESPONSE FOR THIS LONG IS THE DISRESPECTFUL PART. MY ORDER IS ONLY $2100.00 BUT WHAT SEAN IS NOT AWARE OF IS I WAS LOOKING TO ALSO HAVE 30-40 8 FT X 3FT CAGES ALSO BUILT FOR MY QUICKLY GROWING COLLECTION. Bill Bethea, REALLY??? Since Oct 21 I have been getting nothing but smoke blown up my rear end. I spent 519.00 on his non existing racks and have gottten no customer service what so ever except lie after lie after lie after lie + bogus FedEx tracking numbers. I've seen no evidence that he's military and neither have you. The military also has tons of bad apples and they have ways to deal with them to. Also, WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH HIM BEING A TOTAL SCAMMING THEIF?

This is Sean and I am not going down a long road of back and forth on this. Leah you are 100%and correct that we are way behind on your rack. Your tracking number is good but it has not been shipped yet. As you were told in an email we upgraded the rack for you because of this but I u derstand it means nothing if you dont hace it. It will be in fedex's hands on monday. You have the tracking number. If not I will refund you the money and send you the upgraded rack too. You have all of these witnesses here on this forum to back that up!

Gene I have had Angela deal with you because you placed an order on 11/25 requested it for 12/01, added 2 more racks to it and then 1 week later filed a paypal dispute. So after paypal ruled in our favor we got back to your order. Now your trying a credit card dispute that eill aldo go in our favor. Evedytime you open another fradulant dispute all production on your orders stop until the dispute is closed. Your doing this to yourself.

As for your road trip comment, what are you in high school? That comment makes you sound like an ass. You want to start disputes in less than 2 weeks from the initial order and then you make threats and expect me to get on the phone with you and rush to get you racks, grow up.

Just so you know I would sell to you no problem. I would even meet you on the way to a delivery or freight company to show you a cage. We just turned down a big order that was dependent on the buyer coming here first. We are going to be building a nothet cage for Kathy within the next 2 weeks if you want to see it.

first of all the order was placed on 11/19/2011 and i told you will you have it to me by 12/01/2011 and every time i added to the order it was no problem for that date. you even told me to put it on the invoice so you can make sure to have it to me by that date. if it were you should have been man enough and said you couldent but you must have been more worried about the sale than your word. i made it very clear that date was extremley important to me for my buying decision. sean you told me and then angela did that my order was SHIPPED the dispute was started until 1 week after the second time i was lied to that my order was SHIPPED and would be here on tuesday by angela. now above you admit my racks arent even completed so what is it. your statement above contradicts every thing you and angela have told me. as to my comment you and angela keep lying to people and it just might happen. you have my phone # if you would like to work it out call me if you need it let me know.
