As a first time customer, I ordered a rack that was promised to be shipped on Nov 21, which was the second time a date was promised due to tubs not coming in on time. It wasn't shipped at that time after the tubs arrived and since then, it has been one excuse after the other. Paypal won't initiate a refund since the rack has not been shipped becasue it's over 45 days of the initial order and Sean knows this. I do have the option still of reporting non delivery to my credit card company and that looks like the road I'm going to have to take. Many more broken promises later, I was promised delivery by Tuesday of last week. the tracking number shows that it hasn't even been picked up! I've sent many emails and have called, but he or his assistant won't respond at all. I've been very patient as this is no way to start a relationship with someone (me) who told him that if I liked his racks that I would be purchasing more. Has anyone dealt with this guy before? All I've gotten so far is lies, broken promises and ignored by LST Exotics. I tried contacting him and his company again today and all I hear are crickets chirping.
