    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I stand corrected. Also a correct to Gene, I ordered the rack on Oct 21 and the first date got postponed for shipping due to an excuse of tubs not being ready. THe second promisised date was November 21, not December 21 as Gene wrote.

Well, we have Sean on record when he stated it would go out Monday the 26 and if it didn't, I would get the rack plus my money back. FEDex was CLOSED on Monday. Who among us here thinks he will make good on that promise?

Funny all the bs today on this thread but no mention how the rack went out today as i said. .

We have him on record lying to you. After he lied about shipping, it isn't to far out to expect that he will lie about his promise to you.

I wrote dec 26th I THINK NOT i knew better that there were dates prior to the ship date of dec 26th but we were supposed to be proud of him he finally got your order out after screwing you around for over a month he is a fool.

You are correct! I won't hold my breath waiting for a refund AND my rack though. It would be nice if he were banned from scamming anymore nice people on the classifieds here though, but that's not up to me unfortunately!

First off to Dennis and Rich, sorry about the misunderstanding I thought the term "facilitator" was appointed by faunaclassifieds and that is what made me so upset.

The rack was shipped as per the email above on Monday 12/26/2011. The tracking number is 287964015000028 so anyone can see.

We are not perfect and neither is anyone else. The personal attacks and defamatory comments are out of line. There is just no reason for all of it. If we were in the wrong then the CC companies and paypal would take the money back but neither the cc companies or paypal have ruled against us. All I ask is that before you make comments (especially those that don't know me or my company) you either find out the facts or your don't say anything.

We have made no rude comments to anyone on this board. Nor would we, business is business and while there are people on this board and in other areas of life that I don't agree with I would never say some of the things that were said about me and my company in this thread.

There are a lot of very happy customers with our products, we do screw up!!!! It happens and we always fix it and make it right! ALWAYS!! You can go to our FB (https://www.facebook.com/pages/LST-Exotic-Pets/261207650569977) and ask them about our customer service. Over 2,000 customers on there and all can say how we are and how much we care.
 
And, if you have unhappy customers that express their experiences and discontent on this forum, you have Angela threaten them with litigation like she just did to me today. Well, everything I have said is correct and I have a right to express my opinion. So if you want to come out to Nevada and sue me, then that's your right too. Again, in my opinion, I got very little customer service and broken promises time after time after time. Now you demand that I come on here and say it never happened? Dream on! That tracking number you gave me showed NO activity for over 13 days and it said it was scheduled for pick up on Dec 8. As we all know, it wasn't and I was ignored repeatedly when I asked for an explanation. If you reallly have happy customers out there, good for you. I am not one of them and I will never do business with you again which is also NOT AGAINST THE LAW! I won't be bullied into making false statements under threats of litigation because you treated me like crap. So if you want to carry this further, I am ready.

As for your road trip comment, what are you in high school? That comment makes you sound like an ass. You want to start disputes in less than 2 weeks from the initial order and then you make threats and expect me to get on the phone with you and rush to get you racks, grow up. - Sean Trotter

RACK ARRIVED EXTREMEMLY DAMAGED! No suprise here!

The rack finally arrived last night on New Years Eve. I opened it today and this is what they sent me. The damage is on both sides of the base (bottom). Now the load bearing end is no longer load bearing. The side with the worst damage appears as if it was kicked in and after the way I've been treated who knows who did it? What would you guys do? I was going to cancel the charge back but I think at this point I should notify my credit card Co that it was received damaged and unusable. After the lack of customer service I've received I have no confidence what so ever that this will be rectified in a professional manner.:angry::angry::angry: This is what 519.00 gets you from LST Exotics. I've gotten horrible customer service and a peice of crap rack. IF this occured during shipping, let me note that the rack was packaged very badly. It was wrapped in celophane and cardboard, that's it! No bubble wrap.:censored:

So here is what I sent Leah.

We did not kick the rack, why would I want to continue dealing with this?

The choice is simple we either work together to a solution (not publicly) or you can keep all the forum nonsense at this point I don't care.

Your allegations are getting ridicules and as a company we will not stand for it. So lets just work together and get you a rack. I can't have a FEDEX claim and get it handled unless you work with me. If you choose not to then that is 100% your decision.

All BS aside that picture really pisses me off. We pack all of the racks the same way and very rarely have any issues. Looking at the picture it looks like someone stepped on the box. I will call fedex on Tuesday and initiate a claim. Please keep all of the box and the rack because FEDEX will have to come and get it or at least come and take pictures of it.

Stop the negative talk and threats and let’s work together to get this fixed because FEDEX owes me money and I owe you a rack.

If you think you're business is suffering now, just wait until the public sees your rack you sent me. Make it right or make it wrong.
 
Oh and you will need to keep everything to do with the packaging because FEDEX investigators will have to examine everything. If you throw anything away then they will not refund the money.

I've read every word. So if you buy a car and then someone hits it and damages it you'd tell the car dealer they sold you a piece of crap car because of the damage? You really seem like a nightmare customer to me.
 
Bobby, have you ever bought something and not have it shipped as promised time after time after time after time and then have the seller not return phone calls or emails for weeks? I guees not.
