    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would avoid doing business with her. She has stolen my photo of my sire on many occasions. She has used my photo in her website, facebook, ads.
I would not trust her, especially since you do not know who the sire is for chameleons she is selling or even what locale they actually are.

If you bought a chameleon from her Please be aware that the chameleon might not be the locale she told you and that my sire is definitely NOT the sire of your chameleon.

Proof that this is my chameleon. 1st photo is the my original of the stolen photo. 2nd and 3rd photo is the same male. I can even take more photos if necessary.

As I have just received word of this. Yes this is my sire, I can also show you pictures of him growing up as he passed away last summer. I can take picture of his cage along with having the other picture of him sleeping where you can compare his lines if you like. I can also show you the room where I have the same blinds behind my current baby cages.. I am sorry if my picture resembles yours, however I had Carrots for many years.

I will say that this is the first I have heard about this. I would have liked for you to contact me as apparently you know how to do so.
 
Kerri, How about a pic of the cham showing the left side with the date and BOI on a piece of paper in the photo. That will help settle this. You are not looking really good at this point and you can clear this up easily.

If you have any more pictures of "Carrots" can you please post them here, I would like to see them. Also some other photos on your website were stolen from others. I attached another picture of the other stolen photo.

Unfortunately Carrots last summer. So I can get a picture of the cage, and I will attach some of his pictures. The first is when he was about 14 months or so and the next was another sleeping picture at about 2. I'm attaching a photo of the date on my screen of when they were taken.
As for the picture of the Nosey be. I freely admit I do not own that one, nor have I ever claimed to have babies of that male, or even the male. I have posted my male nosey Be on my website, and simply searched for a picture that was not copyrighted as a neat cham picture.

I don't see the resemblance. Notice the eyes on chameleon is the same as the photo she claims as hers. Also "carrots" looks smaller than my chameleon.
 
The pics provided by Kerri do not appear to be of the same animal as the allegedly stolen photo. Panther chameleons change color, but the shape of their bars remains the same. Bars don't match = not the same animal. Convenient that Kerri's animal died. Raphael, is your cham still alive and under your care? If so, could you take some brand new, dated pictures of the chameleon to show a bar match?

If you notice the lateral line his electric blues are coming in, also his eyes are the same red. As for looking smaller two different camera angles can do that.
I see a very similar chameleon, I was actually very surprised. However I am trying to find the breeder email I got him from in 2011 I will post it if I still have it. I think I got him from a breeder in California. Now I will continue to look for it.. Now I have shown my picture dates, so where are yours? I acknowledge you have male that is lovely, but I had carrots.

Just because you do not see a copyright notice does not mean a photo is not copyrighted.

I think that Carrots is actually your chameleon (cannot be certain of course), but I know for a fact that the chameleon you are advertising on your website, facebook, and in ads is MY chameleon. Same exact photo.

I am not sure what else I can do for proof except give the dates. My pictures date to 2012. The current clutch of babies I have is Carrots only clutch. They are pure Ambilobes and I resent the implication they are not. I have been very upfront with anyone who has asked that I do not have Carrots anymore.

I am not denying the fact that Carrots is your pet. I am, however, asserting that the picture you have been using and claiming as your sire is, in fact, my chameleon. These dates do not prove that the picture is not mine. All they prove is that Carrots was at one point your pet.

Ok now, if dated pictures do not prove I had carrots in 2011 on then how would you like me to prove it. I'm not going to dig him up. The bars match and I have produced the breeder I bought him from.
So in essence you are saying because my cham is dead that you don't believe this is his picture. Because there is No way two chams who look alike can be taken in the same pose. Because obviously no one uses the pothos in their cage with a zoo-med (i think that was the brand) climbing rope. I will admit even I looked at it in awe.
Honestly if you had contacted me and expressed your concern before posting on BOI I would have done my best to assure you and I probably would have even compromised by using another picture of carrots. However since it was immediately escalated to this point, where my reputation is being threatened I can't even compromise due to the fact that it will look as though I am trying to cover my tracks.
The picture of the Nosey be I have said isn't mine and I will remove due to the upsetting nature of it. I have not tried to hide anything, I have produced what proof I have to your unverified claim.
I am not sure what else to do in this situation.

Honestly I am not very computer savy, so I yahoo searched chameleon clip art and started paging through pictures. Some I knew weren't usable because they were marked by screamelons. SO I just chose a cute picture that wasn't trade marked.
I have removed the picture of the Nosey B and I am currently replacing it my Male Nosey Be.
