    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

A little over a month ago I posted an ISO male gravel. I had one person answer me. Snakelove321 / tory day. Selling Selling snakes for her husband. The money I was going to use for for the snake pair (1. Aproven gravel, .1 proven YB) had fallen through and was pushed back. I explained this and she was nice enough to hold them for me. As I have no way to see the snakes up closed I researched her posts and came across this thread.

She mistakenly tried to sell an ivory as a highway. And posted a photo of her male that was supposed to be gravel. Further down I'm the thread it turns out that it was only a male yellowbelly.

I compared the male yellowbelly in the photo to the male gravel she sent me a photo of. I'm 100% certain she has tried to sell me the male yellowbelly as as gravel. I asked about this and she is now claiming that fauna account is not hers. I have plenty of photo evidence, messages and texts to prove what she is doin.

The first photo is the snapshot of our conversation on fauna and at the end you can see the number she told me to contact her on

The second and third are our last couple texts, you can see the matching numerous is the same as the one she gave on fauna messages.

The third is the photo she is claiming as the male gravel. And looking dorsal markings you can tell is the same snake that was mistaken in her thread as as asa gravel that she later said she was wrong, and and the original breeder sent them Them a highway yo fix the mix up.

In the textts you can see she is claiming that is not her account, and the one in the photo on the thread is not her snake.

The first is from the thread claimed to be a gravel but turned out to be a yellowbelly.

Second is the one she she tried to sell to me

Third and fourth are close ups of the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th dorsal marks that match up 100%. I chose them because they are re the easiest to see.

It may be my lack of experience with bp's but I wouldn't say that's the same snake. Markings don't line up in my opinion.
 
I tried to show what I am seeing here with the yellow marks matching up the markings

I remember seeing that thread, she was absolutely convinced that her ivory was a highway (which it very obviously wasn't). So she may have sold you it thinking it really was a gravel, but she should still has to take responsibility for this and either refund you or make it up another way.
 
I was thinking the same Nick except the PM convo above shows 6/17 as the date and on 5/27 she posted in the for sale thread

I really don't understand the 'IDK' response when you point out they both use the same ph#. Did the person you were texting ever give you their name?
 
If the phone number wasn't enough of a connection, she also has the same typing patterns in the texts as she does the fauna posts with multiple periods in between fragments.
 
yes it was the same person. And according to that thread she knew well before her first message to me that it was not a gavel and indeed a yellow belly. And yet she still tried to pass it off to me as so. I never bought it because i didn't come up with the money yet. Luckily. I just want to inform the world incase she tried to pass it off as a gravel to someone else. And her "IDK" was her denying that the account was her. When we spoke in text about the exact same stuff (I.e. snakes and prices).
 
Just in case anyone isn't familiar, a proven breeder male yellowbelly can be had for $75.
 
Yes!!!! Exactly!!!! As I said, luckily I did some digging. Long story short I'm on the disability list and I was under the impression I was going to get my first check much sooner, and and still have yet to get it. But she was constantly texting me asking if it came through yet. Every time I kept saying not yet I will keep you updated. And she came across so pushy I thought it might be a good idea to do some digging. She seemed way too eager to get rid of a proven male gravel for only $500. Thank goodness I came across that thread. That was dated back in may and we started talking purchases at the end of june. Between the dates, and the fact that she all the sudden didn't have all fauna account. I knew it was wrong. And I just wanted to get it out there besides this snake she could very well do it with anything.

After we corrected her on her classified post,she gets a male highway from the breeder of that male yellowbelly that she purchased as a gravel. Now she tries to sell that same damn male yellowbelly as a gravel again??? I believe everyone knows my stance on what should be done to rabid animals!:deadhorse
 
Yupp that's exactly what I thought.

There is no way she or her "hubby" believed it was still a gravel. I agree about rabid animals.
 
Oh my god.... to make things worse!!! She sent me a photo of a highway that she said was produced by the "gravel".... it's the same high that was given to them from the original breeder to make up for the gravel/yellowbelly mix up!!!!!

What is wrong with this person?!?!?!

Okay. I was wondering if the PMs/accounts were the wife but the ph# and texting was with the husband. There are prior texts missing from your screenshots so it wasn't clear.

I sent snakelove321 a PM to alert her to this thread since she hadn't logged on since June. The account logged on shortly after that (this morning) but logged off with no response.

I really don't see how this could have been any kind of 'innocent mistake' and I'm glad you didn't send money for the BP.
