    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I might not get you your money or any refund back but you could possible help someone else in the future. In this hobby we need all the good guys to stick together to rid ourselves of shady people. I cant force you to do anything but if it were me I would read the BOI rules, get all my e-mails & factual information I had together & post it.

If everything you mentioned here in this thread is true then the worst that can happen is you waste a few minutes but who knows what good could come from it for someone else. It might even benefit you as well. I seen a simple BOI post do some amazing things in my short time here.

Agree with Chris. The BOI is a useful tool. One must think of the BOI as an outlet for a POSSIBLE resolution for YOURSELF, but also to protect the honest people that are present in this hobby as well. Become familiar with the BOI rules and posting capabilities and spend the time to do it. Even if you are up :censored:creek, you MAY protect someone else, which is inherently a darn good thing.
 
He did in fact tell me also that he was about to sell to someone for $1300 and that the deal was almost sealed that he just had to send the paypal info for them to send it to me. Obviously your friend had already paid though, and he had also told me that some other person offered him $1,750 which I'm not sure if its the new guy that just commented a few back. I'm amazed though that he actually came through and handed me the boas though because it seems like he left others without anything at all. I'm not sure if its because he didnt have to deal with shipping with me as I lived close or why really. Obviously his plans were to screw some people over and make some money, and he did indeed get a couple of us if we can't do something about it. I am going to try and call my bank today if not first thing tomorrow morning and see if they can do anything abouy it.

Well it's obvious he will screw over as many people as he can & you can "do something about it" as myself & others recommended earlier. These 5 pages do nothing to stop him from continuing to scam & dont even stand as a warning to his next victims. I get from your story that your not the bad guy but sitting on this thread now after feeling like you were scammed rather then posting a BOI just encourages him to do it to someone else. You'll never be heard if you dont use your voice, but hey it's your decision, best of luck to all involved...
 
I get what you're saying and i never said i wasnt going to, I will as soon as I can get all of the info and emails together. Not to sound selfish though, just being honest, my main goal at this point is trying to get my money back and aiding those who I can that got scammed by this guy as well by leading them in the right direction if I can get somewhere with what I am attempting to do. There is a certain time zone that I must abide by in order to fight this and get this fixed so it may seem that I don't care, but I do. It's not fun and i don't wish it upon any one else. So once I get a chance to look in to the rules and all that, as well as get myself organized i will be going through with doing that.
 
Say everything that was written hear is 100% true, I'm still not sure that would be the right way to go about things, even after all other resorts have been taken. On the other hand though, if it was me I would be pissed & with how things work today some folks will never learn without a real lesson.
