Has anyone done business with and imported from Spellbrink in Germany? Importing and shipping is not too cheap, so I want to be sure I get my money's worth.
Thanks

I sent Mr. Spellbrink 6500 usd for 3.3 indigos advertised as 6 to 8 yrs old and flawless. I was a little unsure of the guy so I asked for photos of each animal.. His camera is broken he says, (that got me very suspicious). I said will you take 6000 usd for them, his answer, a pressure tactic, is "I've already sold one pair so no I won't budge, but I can get another pair and still have 3.3" (that sounded like marketing Bull sh*t to me) So I accept the buy ( I don't want to lose the offer) and share the order with 2 other breeders. I say to him ok I just need you to declare that they are adults, that they are 3.3, and with no physical or internal flaw that you are aware of. He goes "of course, yes." Only 1 of the 6 I received was adult, the rest were maybe 2 years old or 3 max..all had cuts and scrapes on them (poached wild-caught? I had to wonder) 2 of them had physical deformity, around tail and 1 of those 2 was GROSSLY deformed with big bumps and mangled scales around its vent..I complain ..he gives crap excuse and says he'll find me some replacement for that pair. I remind him every month..he does nothing, he sends me nothing..he's a liar, a deceiving businessman, and I'm sure he sometimes sends out perfect animals, but he's proven when he needs to move a big ticket item, he has no problem with lying, cheating the customer, and failing to make repairs to the damaged deal once he has his cash...DON'T give this guy any money..if you do, please tell the guy you want your friend Pat Dring to get his indigos he promised. ;-)RNPreptiles said:Has anyone done business with and imported from Spellbrink in Germany?
